Love the hotel for the space, which is rare to come by in Japan. The hotel is well located, giving you easy access to Shinsaibashi and Dontonburi. The downside is that there's no washing machine in the room, so you have to bring it down to the laundromat, which is a paid service.

First of all, the location is close to the subway station. It takes a few minutes to the north to Yotsubashi Station. A few stops north of Yotsubashi is Osaka Station. Two or three stops east of Osaka Station is Osaka Castle. The hotel is a 15-minute walk south to Nankai Namba Station, where you can take the train directly to Kansai Airport. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Glico, Don Quijote, and Dotonbori on the southeast river. There is a 24-hour Matsuo at the door for breakfast. There is a Family Mart and a large drugstore (also selling food) across the road downstairs. There is also a YAMAHA musical instrument store downstairs, which has a full range of musical instruments. There are hoop, origami, and pinball games in the hotel lobby. The room is quite large and you can cook. The front desk receptionist speaks fluent English, and there is a lady who speaks Chinese. What I am a little dissatisfied with is that there are motorcycles on the street at 23:00 in the evening, which is very noisy. But this is the social culture of Osaka, and it has nothing to do with the hotel. In addition, the door of the emergency exit is a little leaky, and the lower bunk of the bunk bed facing it is a little windy, so be sure to cover yourself with a quilt when you sleep. Of course, it doesn't matter in summer. Overall, it's very cost-effective.

I've been hearing complaints about the service at the Waldorf Astoria Osaka, but perhaps the hotel has seen the complaints. From the moment I arrived at the hotel with my luggage, they helped me carry it, directed me to the front desk, and upstairs. Afterward, they showed me around my room, and there was someone there to serve me. Overall, it was excellent. The lobby bar is upstairs, with a great view. It would be a shame not to have afternoon tea. The New York cheesecake was really good. I have a question: there's a layer between the comforter and the bed. Could it be that, as some online rumors say, the hotel doesn't change the comforter during peak hours? I hope this platform can clarify. The pool is nice and warm, perfect for swimming. The facilities are among the best in Osaka.

First off, I have to voice my disappointment with the inconsistent service quality of the hotel's front desk staff. While some were enthusiastic and professional, a small number were arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. They handled my room extension request clumsily and with a poor attitude, didn't even offer a receipt unless prompted, and their English proficiency was generally poor. When I asked for help booking a restaurant, I was met with impatience and a clear desire to dismiss me. Overall, the hotel didn't make me feel welcome, which was quite off-putting. Also, a heads-up to fellow travelers: booking directly with the hotel is more expensive than through online platforms! The hotel's location is within walking distance of Umeda Station, making it very convenient for shopping. The interior design is a rather standard beige business style. As a hotel newly opened in 2024, it offered no surprises. The room amenities and breakfast maintained a consistent standard. What truly deserves praise is the high quality of the bedding and bathroom facilities; I slept very well. The lobby and breakfast restaurant are on the ground floor, and the surrounding tall buildings block the views, which makes the space feel a bit oppressive.

Very good experience, all facilities are very clean and perfect. I have been insomnia for many days and I can sleep well for a few days. The sheets are very comfortable and clean. I will definitely come here again next time I come to Osaka.

The Conrad Hotel is a high-end hotel under Hilton. Its biggest feature is that you can experience the view of Osaka city skyline. The high-altitude view is really shocking, just like living in the clouds. There are many beautiful artworks in the lobby, which is very suitable for taking pictures. The hotel's breakfast and room ordering are relatively rich, and there are many suitable for children.

The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and hence the cleanliness part is coming into question when our rooms were being cleaned, I mean I am again nit picking here but it isn’t up to St Regis usual standards. The gym room is adequate but there isn’t a pool in a 5 star hotel 🙃.

It's actually a new brand from Capella. The hotel enjoys a tranquil location with beautiful surroundings, offering excellent views from both sides. It's conveniently situated right next to Osaka Castle and a lush green park. The design is modern and elegant, with exquisite details. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the entire hotel embodies a sustainable and eco-friendly philosophy. It's within walking distance of the Chuo Line station, making it very convenient for visiting the Expo. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. We were extremely satisfied with our stay, and should I return to Osaka, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I'm not a picky person; good enough is good enough for me. The room was spacious, but the foul smell from the drain was a definite drawback. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Shinsaibashi – that's a big plus! 👍 The breakfast selection was decent. There was no Chinese-speaking staff when I checked in. The Japanese lady at check-in asked me to pay extra for breakfast, and I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, because my booking clearly stated breakfast was included. Was it because I don't speak Japanese, or because my English isn't great and I'm easy to fool? I hope the service quality can be improved a bit!
