Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

Stepping into the resort, I was immediately drawn to its Southeast Asian charm. The white buildings are covered in lush green vines, making for great photo opportunities. Although the resort isn't beachfront, it's a convenient 15-minute drive to Semporna Jetty.
The rooms are cozy and tidy, adorned with Southeast Asian-style decorations. This place is excellent for dining, accommodation, and activities. They offer complimentary airport transfers, and the fried vermicelli and Malay pastries for breakfast were absolutely delicious.
For island hopping, you can coordinate with the butler who can help book boat tickets and rent snorkeling gear. The trips arranged to Mataking and Mabul islands were absolutely stunning – perfect for snorkeling! Just remember to bring extra clothes, or you might catch a cold!
Every evening, you can pre-order freshly brewed bird's nest soup, which comes from their own bird's nest farm. Paired with coconut pudding, it's simply divine. The overall experience was comfortable, the service attentive, and it's definitely worth another visit!FromSGD 92

The environment is beautiful and much more comfortable than living in the town. The accommodation in the town can be described as terrible, dirty and messy. Here, you get quiet, beautiful, and the service is also ok. The lady at the front desk is very responsible!
All the attractions can be booked with the hotel, the price is reasonable, and the car pick-up is provided.
Speaking of eating seafood, the hotel has a shuttle bus that departs at different times. It only takes ten minutes to go to the seafood market in the town. You can eat seafood until you are full🧛🧛♀️

This is the only hotel on Pearl Island, and since we visited during the off-season, there were only two people in the entire hotel. After placing the reservation, the hotel emailed us the boat dock, and we called to confirm our itinerary. We asked several people, but they couldn't clearly explain the dock's location. We went to the wrong dock that morning, and immediately asked again, fearing we'd miss the boat pick-up time. We had originally planned to stay at this hotel so we could hike in the nearby National Forest Park, especially from the top of the mountain overlooking Pearl Island. The day before, we contacted the front desk, and they said we'd book the boat the next morning and pay the boat and guide fees separately. The next day, they told us there were no boats to the National Forest Park, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is certainly nice, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Starfish and small fish were clearly visible on the seabed below our room. However, snorkeling requires walking to the other end of the hotel, and you need to be careful when descending the steps to the diving area. The water is cool and there are a variety of small fish and starfish. We even saw a sea turtle on the way to dinner. The meals, while free, were mediocre.

The water house is located on the island, 40 minutes by boat from Semporna Pier. Although the journey is long, the scenery on the island is super beautiful and very pleasing to the eyes. Under the balcony of the water house is the crystal clear sea. From time to time, the Bajau people come to sell seafood and coconuts. If you are not so fond of snorkeling, you can choose to drink tea and relax on the balcony.SOLD OUT

Good location, hotel is a bit old but also looks recently renovated, so it's a mix. It's still clean, just that you can notice the old part. Service was ok, but I had issue with the wifi in front of my room (15), and despite restarting the router and modem, the connection was still without the internet, and that was very frustrating because even my phone was only able to get 4G signal. I managed to connect to a wifi for rooms 1-5, but it's a bit further, so the signal wasn't very strong. Couldn't do much work or gaming unfortunately. Hopefully this will be fixed.
