The hotel has a long history and is next to the stadium with a large swimming pool inside. The rooms are novel in design, complete in facilities, clean and sanitary, and the area is relatively large. The front desk staff had a good attitude, took the initiative to take the luggage and helped to call the taxi.

One of the most legendary old hotels in Paris is the boutique hotel transformed into a swimming pool. The world's largest hotel professional swimming pool. It was a fashion landmark from the 1930s. It is the perfect choice for the Roland Garros Tennis Center.

Rented a suite and there's not even a closet to store your clothes. There is just 4 poor hangers for hanging shirts and dresses. In order to get an iron and an iron board, I had to go down to the front desk since nobody was answering the phone… Right in the middle of the shower, the water becomes suddenly boiling hot. Thinking the mixer was broken, I tried the water in the sink and I had the same issue: just no cold water at all anymore. Of course, this happens right in the middle of the shower. Called the front desk, but nobody was answering, while it was just late afternoon. The problem happened again the day after. The day of the departure, I left around 4.30am in order to go to the airport, and the garage door didn't open. There is no button to call the front desk, therefore I had to leave my car on the ramp and go walk to the front desk in order to ask for the door to be opened. The front desk man said ”oh, I though it would open by itself…” Coming back from the ride around 6am, I tried to call the front desk to get a taxi booking, but nobody answered the phone. I went down in the lobby and the hotel was literally empty. I went back to my room, tried again to call and after 10 minutes somebody picked-up the phone. I told him ”if you're asked by the taxi company where am I going, just tell them destination ABC”. To which he replied ”oh, you can tell the driver yourself when they will ask”. Clearly not listening. The day before leaving, I went to the bar for a dinner since there restaurant was closed… I ordered some food that was brought to me in a pot that was being opened right in front of me and just put in the plate. Just like that, in the pot with the branding and the list of ingredients… I ordered a cold cut plate and it was clearly not fresh at all: the camp was as hard as skin and discolored on the sides, the sauces were discolored as well, the cheese slices were glued one to another. The service is given to kids who have no sense of class or refinement, and they're not even shaved. The lamp that goes from the bar to the outside (which is located inside the bar) is covered with a massive spider net from. As compensation for the cold cut board, I was given a bottle of cheap Bordeaux.

Although the language is unreasonable, the people who serve it are very enthusiastic and try to understand and help solve the problem. The room is very good for hotels in Europe, and the rare thing is that the environment is especially good! The pond is beautiful, or the place that Corot has painted, with a cultural atmosphere.

The Restaurant is simply delicious: the varied menu with vegetables from the vegetable garden; special mention to Paris Brest chocolate. The setting is very beautiful, we can't wait to enjoy the garden and the service is top notch: Jimmy was perfect!

Convenient transportation around the hotel, convenient for dining. The rooms are large in size and include a terrace with good sanitation and ample breakfast. The front desk staff is very efficient.

In the evening the flight arrived very early and the room was full and there was no way to check in early. I sat at the front desk and waited for work hours. The front desk girl came to remind me that there was a room, so I checked in after 9 o'clock. It was good, but there was no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I had to go to Auchan to help I called the rental and everything went well

Really nice little hotel! Browsed through a lot online before this one however the reviews seemed excellent. It was in a peaceful little area of paris, about a 40 minute walk from the eiffel tower however 2 metro lines a couple minutes walk away. Metro tickets 2.10 per ticket so very easily accessible! The hotel itself was lovely, the reception being in a nice little garden. Just a nice chilled vibe. We arrived here at 12pm, check in time was 2pm so we came to leave our suitcase… they, however, had our room ready for us so we were able to check in 2 hours early. The reception was so accommodating. The hotel is compromised of 2 buildings, we were in the other however it is only the next building over. It is key card entry and exit only so felt very secure. Our room was lovely and clean, nice looking too, the only drawback is some may find it slightly small, but for a couple days it is lovely. We opted out of breakfast as we prefer to try cafes along the way, however breakfast looked nice enough when we passed it. Tv in the room was great as it had chrome cast, meaning we could easily watch the shows we wanted. The shower in the room was lovely too, had a rain shower head and a normal one, and was quite big, toiletries provided were nice, as well as a nice dressing gown and slippers each, and some little amenities such as cotton buds and a nail file provided too! Our room also had the little terrace, which we didn’t use but in nicer weather would’ve been lovely. All in all a lovely experience at hotel botaniste.

Our visit to the Hotel Botanique was sadly too short, just two nights. The hotel is stylish and the garden is beautiful. The hotel’s staff are very friendly and attentive. Our double room was compact but very well thought out with the bathroom nicely divided from the bed area via a well designed headboard/wall section - clever! Our breakfast was included within the price and well worth the extra. Lots of bread and pastries with hot options too. Very good. The location of the Hotel Botaniste in the 16th district is excellent with easy access to the Metro and bars/restaurants located within walking distance. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough… We look forward to a return stay in the near future!

Awful experience with this Best Western hotel. We had 2 rooms for family of 4. So, the same experience for both rooms below: No hot water for almost the entire stay (5 day). Staff just lying (they have been told) about some hot water boiler problems. We only had hot water once, so the showering was challenging! Yes, lukewarm water was available first night. And the hot water magically appeared on the day 2. That was it. No iron in the room. No fridge or cooler. No ice. No coffee making machine in one of the rooms ( you need to ask for it if you need it). Very noisy one side of the hotel - facing the loading deck of the big supermarket. Delivery is starting at 7 am in the morning. The piping in the hotel is very, very noisy, so if someone is taking shower above or below your room the entire side is just screaming! So, if you want to get sleep- make sure wear ear plugs entire night! But Staff is very friendly and helpful and they do speak English! Anyway, if you still need some room in this hotel (maybe it will be cheaper;), avoid section with *05-*06 rooms!

Enjoy the area it was clean and attractive and safe area in Paris. it’s a great place to stay and the travel into downtown Paris is about 20 minutes. The metro is very close and note that it can be crowded especially at city centre. A lot of people take this route. Hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfy.

The small hotel in the city has a small parking lot. The car is too big to drive in. Be careful. The room is small but very complete. My friend lives next to me, and I chose this hotel nearby. Everything is small, haha, but it's all complete.

Where do I start. After travelling nearly 10 hours by car from home and finally getting to the hotel we reached around 7/8pm checked in for our 4 night stay. Went out to grab food from a local restaurant and as we got to our room walking through the hallway this metal grill fell of the wall and onto my foot… my foot started stinging quite bad and we called the receptionist who then came and saw the situation and realised this grill wasn’t screwed into the wall the screws were missing I took my shoe and sock off in front of her and she saw how my foot had swollen quite bad She then ran down and got ointment came to my room and told me to keep it till end of my trip. Next morning soon as I came down they were nice asking how I felt and she could see I was limping slightly but we had bought the Paris pass and had things booked for each I couldn’t ruin my kids holiday. They also advised as it was Sunday the general manager would like to speak to me on Monday as he was aware of the situation On Tuesday whilst out I was getting calls and emails from the hotel. Got back and the manager was chasing me wanting to speak We had a sit down and chat and they felt bad about what happened “good service” I thought He then offered me a partial refund of my stay which I thought was nice seeing as the Paris pass had cost me over £300 and I couldn’t do half the things we had booked Next day on checkout the “issued” the refund and would take a few days Couple days later after checking my acc just over half the amount that was agreed had gone through I emailed the general manager on the same email he sent me, it came back rejected I wrote a separate email- no reply I’ve now gone down the complaints route and if not resolved will be taking legal action RESPOND I will happily change my review if you stick to what you promise
