Unfortunately, the pool was closed and the sauna was required to login and the sauna area was able to use just 1 hour. The opening hours of the sauna from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekends are absolutely unacceptable for such a luxury hotel. We were very angry about it. When booking we have not received any information about the time in the spa is so regulated and it is completely closed in the pool area. At the reception, we received information that the pool was closed due to energy saving measures and also lacked staff. We believe that then the overnight prices must be adjusted accordingly if a significant part of the services cannot be provided. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy our stay as we intended!

Advantages: 1. Excellent location, the main attractions can be reached on foot, there are many good German restaurants around. 2. The breakfast was unexpectedly delicious. Although there is only one restaurant (Italian cuisine), the hotel tastes good. There are different Rieslings in the wine list. 3. The high-rise room can see the scenery, it is beautiful. Disadvantages: 1. The room has no master control and needs to turn off the lights. 2. There are too few plugs in the room, which is inconvenient.

I was attending a conference in Berlin and stayed at the Adlon Kempinski Hotel, adjacent to the Brandenburg Gate, close to the Reichstag Building, and not too far from the Victory Column. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room is not too big and relatively compact, but the facilities are complete, the bedding is excellent, and you can have a good rest. The breakfast conditions are very good, with complete dishes, rich fruits and elegant environment.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Brandenburg Gate. It is a luxury hotel. The service is very good and the breakfast is very rich. If you like retro luxury style, you can try it.

The location is extremely advantageous. It is located in Potsdamer Platz in the center of Berlin, so the safety factor is very high (unlike East Berlin and other places where it is very chaotic). It is a one-person trip! Highly recommend this place; you can walk to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall and Brandenburg after saving. Famous attractions include the Gate and the Berlin Film Museum. The room area is very large, starting at 40m². We recommend the king bed room with a view. The window faces the main street and the scenery and lighting are very good. Breakfast quality is very good!

It is the cheapest Ritz-Carlton I have ever lived in. It costs more than 2,000 yuan during the summer vacation, and it is still worth it. It would be great if you add some porridge, noodles, etc. that are suitable for the Chinese stomach for breakfast!

I have stayed in many places throughout Europe, and the service and experience are always a toss-up. Orania Berlin made me fall back in love with Berlin in a very special way. From the moment you walk into the hotel, the staff is top tier. I have heard it’s one of the more exclusive hotels in Berlin, and I definitely agree. The rooms are so chic and spacious, with massive windows everywhere. The breakfast was included with our booking, and when you hear ”included,” you think it would be mediocre, but this food was amazing, down to their morning pastry called “Cinnamon Snail.” There is a free piano concert almost every night that you can just walk down from your room to experience. The gym was simple but effective, and you can plug in your own music, blasting the noise without it ever affecting the guests because it’s in the basement. I would recommend staying here as it is such a treat.
The room was lovely but somewhat quirky. After you figured out the lights it was better (one turn, they come on, two they get brighter, three they turn off). But we could have used another lamp by the chair. The shower was great but you could not help but get the floor wet. I wish they would put a top sheet on the bed. As a ”hot sleeper”, the duvet was entirely too hot but there was no other way to cover in the bed. The mattress was wonderful. The shampoo/body wash left a lot to be desired. I ended up using some shampoo from another hotel that I had. Our biggest problem was unless you like duck plan to have dinner elsewhere. The breakfast was very good. The atmosphere is very comfortable to meet friends for coffee or drinks, it really was nice.

I guess it is always difficult for a place when the expectations are pitched higher than the reality. Walking into the Waldorf Astoria, one was full of expectation. Wanting to experience the fabled service and amenities. Walking out was a let down. The hotel did not deliver. It all started with the check in process. The staff refused to check me in because the booking was in the name of my partner and he was not there with me. I had the confirmation number. The room was booked for two people. I was ready to give them my card and passport but the wonderful woman at reception refused to check me in because my family name and my partner’s family name don’t match! Give me a break. Surely in this day and age couples with different family names are a common feature? So I had to kill a couple of hours at the restaurant waiting for my partner to get back to the hotel. It’s one of the worst experiences in the world. You have just got off a flight. Your luggage has not made it. You have spent hours at the airport filling up forms and going through missing luggage hoops. All you want is to get to your room and stretch out. But no. The staff at the Waldorf thought I was a security risk The only bright spark was the Concierge Philip who gave us very good advice about the delayed baggage. The bar was not particularly exciting. The drinks were a disappointment and the service was okay. The maitre D at the restaurant was very good but the well done omelette was very underwhelming. Patchy and poor. Those two words describe the famed Waldorf Astoria in Berlin. Skippable.
- MeenMenon
It was a great facility in a really good location. We booked 2 rooms. However, due to cleaning issues, one room was keyed at 16:00 and one room was keyed at 18:00.

My recent stay at SO/Berlin Das Stue was nothing short of exceptional, as this luxurious boutique hotel truly surpassed my expectations in terms of style, comfort, and personalized service. The bathrooms, with their luxurious rain showers and premium toiletries, added a touch of indulgence to the overall experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, the staff members demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Their knowledge of the local area, including restaurant recommendations and transportation tips, was invaluable in helping me make the most of my time in Berlin. Culinary delights await guests at SO/Berlin Das Stue. The hotel's restaurant, Cinco by Paco Pérez, offers an exquisite dining experience, combining Mediterranean and Catalan flavors in innovative ways. The dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors, showcase the culinary expertise of the renowned chef. For relaxation and rejuvenation, the hotel boasts a serene wellness area, including a spa and a fully equipped fitness center. The spa offers a range of indulgent treatments and therapies, providing a sanctuary of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The fitness center, with its modern equipment and panoramic views, allows guests to maintain their workout routine in style. The location of SO/Berlin Das Stue is ideal for exploring the city. Situated near Berlin's iconic Tiergarten park, it offers a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of major attractions and cultural landmarks. The nearby Kurfürstendamm shopping street and the Berlin Zoo are just a short stroll away, providing ample opportunities for leisurely walks and shopping sprees. In conclusion, SO/Berlin Das Stue is a haven of luxury, art, and personalized service in the heart of Berlin. From the stylish and comfortable rooms to the exceptional dining experiences and rejuvenating wellness facilities, every aspect of this hotel exudes a sense of refinement and elegance. If you are seeking a unique and memorable stay in Berlin, I highly recommend experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of SO/Berlin Das Stue.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good. The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

This hotel just doesn't work. We chose it for its great location and interesting history, but its desire to be cool sacrifices any real comfort. Almost everything is dark and is trying to be what? Mysterious? Not sure. This includes the lobby, making check in... interesting. The only area that's bright (during the day) is the beautiful restaurant. I think that might be the reason there are so many photos of it in the other reviews. We booked a suite that included 2 small balconies with a fantastic view of the TV Tower. But even with the large windows open, the room was dark. So dark in fact, I had to put on makeup in the teeny room for the toilet. Oh, and about that toilet room - it was inches from the head of the bed. Another design decision that didn't take into account how people actually live. But what about the electric lights? Surely they were bright enough to put on makeup? Nope. The bulbs were a glowy, antique yellow, used to evoke a time gone by. I guess a time when lights weren't very bright? These bulbs were controlled by odd steampunk switches that never really worked. Speaking of never working, may I introduce you to the air conditioning? It was a warm, not hot, few days in Berlin, so we hoped opening the windows would be enough. But the combination of the heavy comforter (we asked for a lighter one and were told there was only that one kind) and the heat rising to the top floor made the room very hot at night. Despite being incredibly loud, the A/C never worked. Hot air poured out. A visit from maintenance didn't change anything. We were told that the units were ”temperamental.” Not what you want to hear when you're staying several days. There are so many lovely hotels in Berlin. We've been before and have been very happy. Don't spend the night here. Why not have a drink in the moody bar? Or dinner in the unique and lovely restaurant? Just don't stay here. You won't sleep. We didn't.
The hotel itself is very nice and the room spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The problem is with the billing. I prepaid for the room but due to a billing system error, the hotel didn't recognize the prepayment and pre-authorized upon arrival a much higher credit card payment to cover the room. They only recognized my prepayment when I dug out the prior credit card charge and showed it to them, so this was a stressful way to arrive after a long journey to Berlin. When I checked out five days later, I explained the issue I had upon check in and asked to see a final invoice to ensure it was correct, but they said the billing system was down and they couldn't share it with me, but they would contact me if additional charges were due. A few days later I received a charge for breakfast and incidentals, including mini bar charges I didn't incur. I contacted the hotel to reverse the mini bar charges, but never heard back, so I disputed those charges with my credit card company. It is a nice hotel with a pleasant staff, but I probably wouldn't select again as I found the billing issues too stressful for what was supposed to be a relaxing break in Berlin.

There are no photos here because my friends stayed here. Just looked outside. My friend said it was pretty good, but the price was quite expensive during the exhibition. It would be better if it was cheaper. I just happened to see a double rainbow, good luck.

We stayed 5 days at Louisa's place. This is a place to recommend to anybody who needs a central location in Berlin, with huge rooms/appartments and a top service quality. The hotel is located on the famous Ku'dam with anything you need around it (from restaurants to smalll supermarkets to luxury shopping ...). We travelled with our 2 French Bulldogs and they were soooo welcome, very rare in the world we're living in! Thank you also for the possibility to have a private and closed car park (even if a bit narrow but we did it!). We'll definitively come back for a thrid time!
Excellent hotel with brilliant staff. Everything was so nice and easy from first contact until check out. Had a lovely stay with our kids, who always felt welcomed, for a special family occasion. Would love to come back again. Indoor pool a great plus - heated & super clean.

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! We attended our son's wedding at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr during the second week of March. The hotel is a beautiful resort property, with great amenities and a wonderful view of the Grand Mosque. What set this hotel apart is the superb service and care provided by the entire staff at Fairmont over the duration of our stay. With more than a hundred guests in our collective party, they managed to make everyone comfortable and well cared for. From the reception to the concierge to the wait staff in the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. While it is always hard to remember every name - and one inevitably leaves someone out - we do want to especially recognize Fidan Aghayeva (Restaurant Manager) and her team, Cyril Anne Amorato (Assistant Sales Manager) and her team, Zahid, Jose, Rajeev, Tariq, Joshua, Raymond, Roy, Serian, and so many more. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! We will definitely recommend Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel to our friends and family.

It's an older hotel that doesnt live up to Sofitel brand standard anymore. However its still clean and fairlly well maintained. There are few important things that make up for this lower rate. Low water pressure and hot water being just slightly warm. Worn out equipment in the room - e.g. iron that can burn your clothes, a speaker that doesnt connect to your phone. The bed is pretty comfy, although my wife complained its too soft for her. Also the gym - trademills are not really good for more experienced runners. They seem cool but are not practical. Swimming pool water doesnt look clean (thats subjective though). Next time i would rather spend a few hundreds AED more and book a different one. And I'm all club silver member and do stay a lot in hotels around the world so I collected quite experience to be able to compare within Accor network and with other chains such as IHG. To me this Sofitel can be rated lower than some Novotel quality level hotels in Asia and MENA.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

Staying at the City Seasons Al Hamra offers a mixed bag of experiences, with its strengths lying in location and dining, while some of its facilities show signs of wear that could impact longer stays. Positives: - Great Location: The hotel's location is advantageous for those looking to explore the city, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. - Decent Buffet:The food at the buffet is decent, providing a satisfactory dining experience for guests. Areas for Improvement: - Room Update Needed:The rooms, particularly noted for their old carpets, are in dire need of an update to match contemporary standards of comfort and aesthetics. - Lack of Warm Water: The absence of warm water in the shower is a significant drawback, especially for guests looking for a more extended stay. For a short visit, this might be a minor inconvenience, but it could become a major issue over time. Overall, while City Seasons Al Hamra shines in its strategic location and offers decent dining options, the condition of its rooms, specifically the need for modernization and the issue with warm water availability, suggests a pressing need for renovation. These improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for both short-term and long-term stays.

The staff that attends this hotel in all its departments knows exactly how to serve a guest well. They are always willing to help and provide comfort and convenience to the guest. Theri attitude to serve is your best ally. Congratulations. On the other hand, the location of the Hotel and its cleanliness are two additional positive factors that incline the preference for this Hotel. I will gladly return to this Hotel and highly recommend it. Finally, I would like to highlight the breakfast service, especially Krichelle, Hasna, Alwyn, Sheron, Chane and the entire team, they were very kind. Thank you.

The hotel is inside Adnec, literally a hallway and reach the exhibition, excellent location, near embassies. Also it has outdoor seating with pool, but during my visit pool was under maintenance sadly. Big rooms, comfy beds, but some rooms were lacking the hotel facilities such as toothbrush, sandals and etc. Nice city and pool view but other rooms it was just rock view. For the coffee in the room they used paper cup’s which was unacceptable since i will drink coffee more than once and it was getting loose each time, and i should each time call the workers for coffee cup, tissue, and others. Some receptionist were friendly, but others were literally rude, which was not nice from them. They took too much time to check me in, I waited a-lot, and no enough seating place in the reception, which was getting crowded fast. Good luggage service, and while checkout they were cooperative. They have separate level for smoking guests, so non smoking guests don’t get bothered, which was great. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of food, also the waiters were super helpful and friendly when asked for something or help. Hotel decoration was quite crowded with colors which i personally did not like. Overall hotel was good and for business purpose this hotel is your place.

The Radisson Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Jessica and Elvie provided superb room service and kept the room tip-top along with my coffee supply. Vijay rajbhar provided excellent laundry service All of the staff at breakfast made it a very enjoyable experience (but be prepared to queue if you arrive after 9am) However the hotel warnings regarding queuing are very clear, the early arrivals, do not queue at all. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The happy hour provides excellent food and drink especially Evangelino and the rest of the staff in the executive lounge Use the opportunity of their Yas beach free pass. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone

W Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Abu Dhabi and the architecture of it is stunning, the food options and drinks are great as well, the rooms are big as well. The only downside of the stay was that the hotel is next to a race track and the noise is too much 😅
