The hotel is overall clean and cozy. Areas requiring improvement is the toilet door which is quite heavy to slide sideways. Moreover, the staff service in the morning buffet session needed improvement. For example, the waitress was too fast in cleaning up the plates when we were still eating which caused disturbance. The staff who refilled the porridge did not clean up the food she spilled. Furthermore, the staff responsible for cooking the noodles pulled a long face. I don't mean to be picky but the staff service definitely require improvement in order to claim itself a 5-star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, very nice and clean, 5 start hotel feeling with an affordable price. Friendly staff even if they couldn't speak much English they managed to communicate using the translator. I very much recommend this hotel ❤️

Spacious and clean room. Love how they have fruit platters. A bit disappointed with the service tho. I have high standards with this hotel as I have been to this hotel several times. I love this hotel. There used to be a bellboy to open the car door and help me with my luggage. This time none. Didnt see anyone helping me during the 4 days i stayed. They dont serve tea to guests anymore. All these services were something that I like about this hotel. Now they dont have it. it was disappointing, but I guess i had to accept it since they changed the way they served the guests. Wifi is very unstable. Affecting my work greatly. Aside from that, all remain good.

there is a mall across it which is very convenient with a lot of restaurants to choose from. the staffs are polite. check in check out process was fast. there were weddings and birthday parties everyday during oir stay. its quite popular for parties.

Pros: The room is big, the hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby Room service is fast, the price/performance ratio is quite high Cons: 1. I hope the hotel can not put the family planning supplies in a conspicuous place at the head of the bed, it really ruins the view. I went there with my children and put them in the cupboard immediately after seeing them. 2. The hotel is not soundproof. I didn't know that the dance hall opposite was too loud at night. It didn't end until 2 o'clock. 3. The bath water is too cold... I went there during the May Day holiday. It rained and I went back to the hotel to take a bath. I didn't dare to rinse too much. The bath water was cold

This time I stayed at Atour and the breakfast was rich in variety. Not only was there a Chinese and Western buffet, but also local specialty snacks such as noodle soup, which tasted amazing! When checking out, the waiter also took the initiative to send me some warm water to drink on the way. This little detail really adds points. I will choose Atour again next time!
