Overall it was an excellent stay We had a disrupting issue while checking in due to the attitude of a poorly trained receptionist and a problem from trip.com regarding the number of breakfast that a double room with 2 adults and 2 children can have. I have to thank Mr Ahmad Ayoub the Maestro for solving out problem very professionally and kindly. Trip.com staff was also provide a proper prompt response. House keeping provided an excellent service in the tenth floor during our stay. I believe that the guy’s name was Jahgam or something similar. Breakfast can better. No luxury items available (salmon, shrimp, nuts other than hazelnut).

Awesome service from start to finish. Perfectly located near gate 79 for Umrah. The breakfast and evening food was excellent with a range of options. Will be staying again inshaAllah. All the staff at the Oasis were very accommodating, especially Omar at the tables and Nabawi the main chef.

An amazing stay..hotel very near to women gate (16-17) and male gate (17-18)..not to far from gate 25 (women’s raudhah).. Very convenient stay and would recommend to other travelers..worth for money!

The overall experience at the hotel was good. Its location is a convenient 3 to 4-minute walk from the Haram, though the slope on the way back can be a bit challenging for older individuals—but it's manageable. The food quality stood out, with fresh and delicious options. I particularly fell in love with the croissants; they were irresistibly fresh and crispy. The room size and furniture were comfortable and met expectations. However, one peculiar observation was the noticeable smell in the hallway, which I couldn't quite place.

Very nice hotel, good location. And all staff are really helpful. Breakfast also awsome there are many food local and international. Very recommended hotel if you want to perform umrah since its very close to haram you can just walk down the hotel to haram within 5 minutes only.

While the cleanliness and amenities could have been better – particularly the malfunctioning hot plate – the staff addressed the booking issue efficiently when contacted. Rooms were almost ready before Zuhur prayer and they checked us earlier before the actual timing. Negatives: Cleanliness and amenities could be improved (especially the non-functional hot plate). Booking issues arose as we booked two rooms but only one room was appearing when we reached there, but resolved promptly by contacting trip.com.

Hotel good but I was expecting a better breakfast where beef , fish , chicken would be offered, and not just sausage. The Hilton and Doubletree in south east Asia are much better in terms of choice and meat/chicken availability : rendang, roasted chicken , steamed fish etc. Also , too much salt are found in many meals, that is so sad. Stop putting excess salt , customers can always add more themselves. WiFi could be much better to connect and having decent speed. I had to complaint about it and was given a code. I came for my umrah , so spiritually I was my too much affected for being in a double tree that has drop its standard I used to in other double tree and Hilton hotels. Also a razor could not be provided , unlike many other hotels that provided me one.
