Recommend telling the porters as soon as you arrive in the lobby that you're staying at the residence not the hotel otherwise you'll end up going to the 92 floor for no reason. There's a separate entrance for the residence but all dropoffs happen at the hotel lobby.Stay was great breakfast is on the residence lobby 60ish floor and not with the hotel. The pool although incredible has the odd rule of always needing you to wear swimming caps like your swimming at the Olympics. Would recommend.
