It’s such a good place to go very good service mind. The hotel is so clean with the good hospitality. Tha facilities are very good and convenient. The location of the hotel is very near mall and shopping place. The food also excellent we are so happy there and planning to go back again.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel their genuine hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was super fast. They proactively introduced all the hotel facilities and provided helpful local information, which immediately made me feel at home. The room itself was exceptionally clean and tidy.

What a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, the view was spectacular, the staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel and friendly staff. The guy at the bar helped me buy flowers online for my friend since it was her birthday. They also gave her a bottle of wine for her birthday . We enjoyed our stay. They breakfast is good too Amazing cocktails at the bar too

The hotel is a bit far away. The room I booked only included breakfast. The morning was very good, the food was diversified and the food tasted very good😋. The room was large and clean. The hot spring water I soaked in was very clear and clean. The place is just a bit far. But if you go to a hot spring hotel next time, will you go there again? Overall, it’s still very good👍

Location's unbeatable, right next to Central Park station on red metro line. Christmas lights at the park in the evening is a huge plus.

It is situated rather close to airport, hence a bit far from everything else, especially good food. However is of walking distance to some major Japanese department store. The main thing of note is the lobby is situated on the 25th floor. One take one lift up to lobby and then another lift to rooms every time. The rooms were spacious, but the bottom of beds were not vacuum for days. Amenities were minimal and do not reflect on price of room. Electrical sockets were limited and USB sockets don’t work. Many of the decorations in the hotel or the rooms are not suitable for kids. The building itself seems new as many shops at low levels are not open or only at certain times. Hotel staff didn’t mention or introduce the surroundings at all during check-in. House keeping staff were courteous and hard working. Lobby staff was not friendly. Reception was spent most of the time reminding rules, rather than welcoming. Their lobby bar is a cigar bar and the reminded me they only have expensive whiskey and no wine by the glass. The staff from tea place with the stunning view of the city reminded me they are closing soon. The ground concierge was not welcoming nor helpful except for one girl who nodded every time we enter the building. The pool staff and lobby staff corrected my mandarin a few times. Lastly, the was an incident at the pool, as I heard a boy stepped on a piece of glass. There was a lot of blood. I cannot comprehend why there was a piece of glass not cleaned by the pool. There are two restaurants by the pool and one of them was a bar. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But the software is far from up to par or this price.

The location is close to Liuhe Night Market, with a convenience store opposite and a pharmacy nearby, which is very convenient. The front desk manager and staff were professional and friendly. They arranged for us to book 2 rooms on the same floor, which was very considerate. The bathroom is very tidy, and the bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet, a tub and a bathtub. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, the main dishes are self-selected, the portions are huge, and you are very satisfied :) Desserts are also available on 2/F from afternoon to evening. We tried the almond tofu one night and it was delicious.

The room is clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 teen. The breakfast varieties are in ********* style, including Savory soy milk and congee. Since we only travelled with Red line metro, the hotel’s location is super convenient for us, it took 14mins to the airport, 6mins to Formosa Boulevard Station. Overall, we loved to stay in this hotel, no stress and save time on travelling.
