I was shocked downstairs and thought it was a residential building, but when I came in, I was suddenly enlightened. There are not a few rooms in the hotel, very boutique. The interior decoration is the common standard of domestic high-end hotels, not amazing, but the view from the terrace is amazing, Jacuzzi is a plus

Very good, the first tier hotel in Queenstown, well-deserved, very comfortable. But it doesn't work. Overall, I still think the price is a little expensive, it should be better if it is off-season.

Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant(see below pics)!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails. It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things. The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰 I will definitely come back again to QT Queenstown with my parents and friends shortly♥️♥️♥️

The hotel charged service fees and forcibly deducted money from the credit card. Our family had dinner at the hotel. The hotel waiter thought we were foreigners and didn’t speak good English, so the bill was wrong. After we checked the prices one by one, they changed it.

Very good. It feels like one of the few good hotels to choose from. It is very clean and the service is very good. The room was upgraded for free. I hope it can continue to do well.

This hotel apartment is opposite the Hilton Queenstown. The 604 four-bedroom apartment we booked has a lake view and a balcony, but the living room is a little small. There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with a built-in bathroom. The other three bedrooms are on the next floor, a master bedroom with a large bed and bathroom, and two twin rooms with shared bathrooms. The kitchen facilities are basically all there, but there is a lack of non-stick pans and a good cooking pan. There is only one frying pan, which can barely cook some meals. The total area of the second floor is about 150 square meters, which can be called a comfortable four-bedroom apartment. It is quite good and recommended.
- Chuchuyunxiang
Excellent Apartment spacious, well-ventilated, and come equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning or fans, clean linens, toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed is comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Common areas like the kitchen, living room, or garden are inviting and encourage relaxation or interaction.

The hotel's location is superb, offering breathtaking views right from the window. The serene and elegant ambiance makes you feel instantly relaxed the moment you step inside. And the service is simply impeccable. From the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful room service, every detail made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. The food was also a delightful surprise. Whether it was the extensive breakfast spread or the delectable main courses, we left completely satisfied.

The surroundings are quite pleasant, but the route to the room is a bit convoluted. We had to go down to the 3rd floor, walk through a parking garage, and then take an elevator in a separate building.

The staff are online and the hotel is a small boutique hotel. The breakfast is good and the location is very convenient. But there are two issues that cannot be avoided. First, the evening drinks and appetizers are only suitable for Europeans and Americans. They are a simple social time, and we think the happy hour in the executive lounge is two different concepts, so don’t have any expectations; second, the rooms are on the roadside. It's indeed noisy.
- Guest User
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the town. The lobby is warm, with free drinks and breakfast at 6-7 o'clock. The room is clean, with a kitchenette to cook your own meals. The sound insulation is very poor, there are cars passing by the roadside all night, the air conditioner is very noisy. And the air conditioner does not work well, it is very cold. The overall feeling is good, the equipment is very poor

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room is clean and we got beautiful view of the lake while having breakfast even though the view was slightly obstructed due to ongoing construction. Location is slightly inconvenient if you do not have a rental car because it is difficult to walk uphill back from town.

The scenery is great, and since it's the off-season, there aren't too many people. Overall, the hotel is excellent in all aspects.

This is a fantastic hotel with great engaging staff who show you around the hotel and explain everything when you arrive. The hotel provides drinks, milk tea and a coffee with a coffee maker in the the room. Downstairs there is a really nice hang out area with a complementary happy hour and tea, coffee and sweets. The decor is very moody and is unique from any other hotel I've stayed in. A huge amount of detail is paid to ensuring presentation is on point. There are nice views from most rooms and the location is nice and close to the middle of town. The only disappointment was $20 to use a carpark. That being said, there is plenty of on street parking if required.
- J Lindsay
The hotel is very clean, the waiter is very good, very design, the location is very good, they are all walking to various places, but parking is more troublesome, there are five parking places in front of the hotel, first come and then come, then the front desk and I said that even if I parked at the door, There won't be any police tickets hahaha that's true.

This hotel is a fantastic choice if you're not renting a car. The location is unbeatable, right on Queenstown Bay. Everything is within easy walking distance: boat departures, the gondola, town shopping, a 24-hour convenience store, and nearby bars. It's perfect for those who like to break up their day; you can explore in the morning, pop back to the hotel for a rest, and then head out again in the afternoon. Five stars for the location! However, the bed was too soft and the room was small. While the lobby was nice, the room itself was pretty standard.
- Crystalwu
Stayed 3 nights and overall a very positive experience, thanks to its fantastic amenities. After long days spent exploring the stunning surrounding landscapes, the private hot tub is an absolute highlight. Soaking in the warm water was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind tired muscles.

Doubletree was a last minute decision upon arriving Queenstown from Mt Cook. Although it is pricey, no regrets getting a room here for 2 nights. It came with a fully furnished kitchenette where you could do some cooking but didn't utilize this since we ate out. One peeve I don't understand is the need to pay for parking since onsite (NZD$ 16 per nite). There's ample parking and for guests that drive in, this should be complimentary for stay duration. Location is outside of Queenstown but water taxi available from hotel dock. Recommend for the environment and fantastic room but giving 3 stars for facilities due to need to pay for parking. Location by the lake allows peace and quiet and also wildlife encounters. Front desk staff during checkin time was very attentive and helpful as well.

We took our little family with young 3 children with us on this trip and we had the best time staying at this place. The kids loved to stay here a lot. We could see the beautiful views from both our bedroom and the living room. The view is stunning. The place is clean and spacious. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are are all well-maintained. Great location as only a few minutes drive to all the main places, restaurants, shops/ supermarkets. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re in Queenstown.

Swiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!

The room was not chosen well, and there was no view. The parking lot was not big, and it was difficult to park. The facilities were a bit old, and the restaurant was also a bit shabby. It was very close to the city, and it was very convenient to go to the small square in the town center, and it was convenient to eat and go shopping. The hotel's breakfast times are very strict. Five families stayed here, and one of them arrived for breakfast at 10 AM only to be denied entry. This meant we missed out on the pre-paid breakfast, which was a significant loss. I would not recommend the breakfast at this hotel; it's much better to head to the city center for some bread and milk, as the hotel's breakfast is truly mediocre. It was, in fact, the worst breakfast I've had during my 15 days in New Zealand. The hotel itself is pleasant, and its location isn't too far from the city center, which would be acceptable if you're not traveling with kids. However, for us, with children, it was genuinely tiring because parking in the city center is neither convenient nor cheap. While the hotel's overall environment and cleanliness were good, one minor inconvenience was the old-fashioned, fixed showerhead that couldn't be detached. All in all, this hotel is not very convenient for families with young children.

A great experience for a female solo traveler. I Pros I shared a female dorm with three other women and had a great time getting to know those coming in and out. The shared bathroom was always clean (cleaned every day). The communal kitchen is large and well-organised. You can make use of condiments that get left behind. As it was still cold, there are always fires burning both in reception and the common room. It makes the atmosphere very cosy. The best service I got was from their information desk, which is located in the reception area. As I didn't have a credit card and businesses like Snowbiz in town don't accept cash, I was able to pay for ski passes and rental by making a booking at the service desk (they have a card machine and also accept cash). Cons This side of the hostel where my room was located, just experiences a lot of noise, as there are bars down below, despite the sliding door being sound-proof. Not all the reading lamps for each bed work and also need to be fixed. The shower leaked a lot of water, as the glass door doesn't properly close. Overall though, a great stay and value for money. You do save on accommodation, as QT is an expensive town to visit.

The hotel was opened in the 1970s. Although it is a bit old, it is well maintained. The most important thing is the excellent location. I highly recommend bringing the elderly and children to Queenstown to stay here. Going to restaurants and steamboats is within five minutes. It is a three-minute walk from Big Face Burger, 50 meters from the popular flame grill, and a one-minute walk from the steamboat. The breakfast is a typical English breakfast. It is almost the same every day, but there are rich fruits to supplement vitamins. And the restaurant has a direct view of the lake. There were rainbows on two mornings after it rained. If you want to save worry and effort, I recommend staying here.

The hotel is close to the city center, cleaned every day, shared toilets/bathrooms are clean. There is a lounge area with TV, refrigerator, dishes, tea, vending machines - it is convenient! The only disadvantage was that the ventilation was not working well (saved by an open window) and the lock didn't work. The door to my room was open all the time. When I wanted to complain to the administrator - he was no longer there. But, on the whole, the price corresponds to the quality!

One of the best stays one can have! The accommodation is situated right next to the lake, so there is a superb view of the mountain and lake the moment you open the window blinds. You can take a walk from the accommodation down to the lake and the path connects to the city centre an easy 15 to 20 mins walk away. The accommodation is clean and spacious with washer and dryer within the apartment itself, making it really convenient for us. Although there was renovation ongoing, there wasn't really any great inconvenience other than the steep slope going down to the reception. The accommodation also provided complimentary shuttle to the city centre at given schedule, but it is also easily reachable by public transport. I would love to stay here again the next time I am back in Queenstown.
