The hotel is a family heritage, and the service staff are very nice. It can be seen that they love this job from the bottom of their hearts... What a coincidence, I met their Michelin dinner. Naihua, until the finale, all dancers and carnivals 🎉, the whole atmosphere scene is like a fairy tale...perfectly interprets Italians' relentless pursuit of beautiful details! Recommend friends who come to Nanyi, you must come and experience it

The sea view room is beautiful, and the environment of the ordinary room is also very good. The most noteworthy thing is the Michelin restaurant in the hotel. The black truffle pasta is the best I have ever eaten. The breakfast is also very good. The warm service must be praised with five stars.

The views are breathtaking and the hotel facilities are on point. Definitely recommended!

What can I say about this hotel other than it is magnificent. We stayed for our wedding and honeymoon with our two young daughters and I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be the right place for young children, however I was totally wrong. Every single member of staff went out of their way to speak to my children, entertain them and make us all welcome for the duration of our stay. I didn't get any names but the young man at breakfast who was particularly wonderful with them showing my daughter where she could find seashells as she's fascinated by them and letting them play with his water guns. They made pancakes for their breakfast every day and high-fived them all the time. The room has the most amazing view, was spotlessly cleaned all of the time even after 9 of us got ready for the wedding in there and it was left looking rather chaotic. The walk through the caves to the beach is stunning and the solarium is a lovely spot to swim and catch some sun. The restaurant food was sublime. My only slight issue was that we left early in the morning and had requested breakfast boxes twice before checking out but didn't get them, and the noise levels from weddings in the hotel late at night was problematic for us getting the girls to sleep or if we wanted an early night because we were up early the next day for a trip. I think that perhaps the area where events are held is very close to the guests rooms. My daughter cried when we left and has asked to be back at the ”holiday house” every night since. An absolute dream of a hotel and a huge thank you from us all.

I'm not even sure where to begin. We LOVED our stay at Maison La Minervetta. We booked the corner room, which as soon as we walked in, we were just in awe. The view was one of the best I've ever had a hotel. The staff were the friendliest people, so kind to us and answered all of our questions as best as they could. I was in Sorrento celebrating my 40th birthday with one of my close friends, but not only did they bring us champagne to our room, on the morning of my birthday, they brought me a little cake and sung happy birthday to me at breakfast. It was the sweetest thing any hotel has ever done for me. I hate even using the word hotel, because the staff treated us like family. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, the fresh bread and mozzarella, I'd like to add i'm still thinking about both of these things a week later while at home. The breakfast spread was vast with options for everyone. In relation to location, the hotel was just outside of Sorrento but a very easy 10-15 min walk. No hills, or stairs. The hotel decor was the cutest, it was like a cross between Anthropologie meets Nautical. So cute, with the tiniest of details, nothing was overlooked in this hotel. The room was fantastic - the only suggestion I would make is maybe having some blankets in the room. We spent a bit of time just hanging out in the chairs in the room looking at our view, and we had the windows open, the only thing that would have made it perfect were some blankets :) We of course were there during the coldest March they've ever had. I will for sure be back at some point during the actual season to take advantage of the pool and beach access. I can't say enough about this hotel and how great it was!

We recently stayed in this lovely hotel in May of 2023. From the moment we checked in, till the time we left was nothing but extraordinary. The staff was amazing from the lovely gentleman who checked us in to the lady who took care of us at breakfast everyday. Everyday that we left we were wished a lovely day and then on return we were asked how our day went, down to remembering where we had gone. The room was very large and clean and had a lovely little balcony overlooking one of the walkways. The rooftop view was amazing! Breakfast was outstanding and much more than we expected with a huge variety of foods including eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, many types of pastries and croissants and yogurt and cereal. We were offered fresh coffee and cappuccino every AM as well and always made to feel pampered. This hotel is right in the heart of the main part of Sorrento and easily walkable to everywhere you want to go. I would not hesitate for a minute to stay here again, hopefully I will get the chance! What a sweet and unusual hotel in a busy little tourist city! From the staff that get to know your name on the first day, to helping with extra needs, we had the best customer care while at the Grand Hotel La Favorita. It's location is ideal, close to great dining and shopping and don't miss their sister restaurant a few blocks away! It's a hidden gem on the main walking/shopping street. It's like a magical garden with fantastic food and more great service. We did talk to a few others who said they get very crowded so dining earlier guarantees better service. Lastly, do'nt miss the rooftop bar with a beautiful sunset!

The environment is very good, just on the cliff by the sea, the sea view of the Mediterranean Sea is in the bottom of the eye, the hotel breakfast is also very good, although it is not very suitable for the Chinese stomach, but it is quite rich, the restaurant view is also great, get up early in the hotel to have a breakfast, the mood is very good . The hotel has a private beach, but it is not a beach of sand. It is rock. It can directly reach the beach by elevator or down the tunnel and swim directly in the sea. If you don't want to swim in the sea, you can swim in the hotel pool, which is very suitable for vacation. The fly in the ointment, the room always has a taste.
