This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! It was exactly in the centre of the old town Nesebar. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the interior of the room was amazing. You can tell that everything inside is made with high quality materials. The staff was very nice as well very helpful and friendly! I totally recommend this place!

The perfect place to unwind, which is exactly what we had wanted to achieve. Absolutely immaculate in cleanliness. The pools were also extremely clean and the towel service invaluable. The hotels beach area could have been smartened up to match the quality of the rest of the hotel, but as it was always so windy there we opted to spend most of our relaxation time by the pools. We had no problem getting a sun lounger as we went out of school holiday season, but still in time to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was incredible! So much choice of good quality food to meet everyone's taste. Very well located near to the bus and train stations, with taxis running directly to and from the hotel. The hotel receptionist arranged for our luggage to be kept after checking out at midday as our flight was late on that day and organised our taxi to the airport that evening, leaving us to enjoy our last day by the pool. What a bonus. Plenty of places to eat nearby for all tastes and budgets. The park was fun to visit on the Sunday as there were lots of people out with their families enjoying music, ice creams, a park run and more. The Spa looked incredible, but we didn't have time to use it.

Worst Hotel I've stayed in my life. Do not recommended it, specially considering the price. Positive: Large spacious rooms with amazing sea view Indoor and outdoor swimming pools SPA Negative: Air conditioner barely works in some rooms 2 times the water stopped, and on time I was in the shower fool of soap. It took 3p minutes for the water to come back Breakfast and Dinner have poor and repetitive choices, everything is soacked in oil. Everybody is smocking in the non smocking area, the waiters do nothing to stop that and they don't understand English anyway. It's full of small babies crying, a lot of noise, and the guy playing music in the evening only has 5 songs that he plays over and Iverson every night. There are lines for food, you have too wait for your oil socked french toast for 5 minutes. Cofee? 4 minutes. Lines everywhere. Noise. Smoke. Welcome to your 200 euro/day holiday.Enjoy your meal. NO DRINKS for dinner. Not even water. 5 stars hotel and you are not served WATER at dinner!!!! You have to pay for it or suffer of thirst. No water, no coffee, no juice, nothing. Shame on you!!! Food is not very good or diverse anyway, you could have at least gave us WATER!!!! No beach chairs included, you have to purchase a chair separately or sit on the sand. Not enough parking spaces. The best part about this holiday is the end, because I can leave this dreaded hotel behind and never come back!!!!

Rest with the company at this hotel in early June 2021. First thing I want to note is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Any issue is resolved quickly, the second is excellent breakfasts. Every morning, the dishes change, there is a choice of meat, milk dishes, lots of delicious sweet dishes, vegetables and fruits. There will be no vegetarians or meat lovers hungry. Beach towels are issued, so you can not take with you, especially if you have a hand layout. Amateurs to go yoga will find a place for class. There is also a gym. The hotel is a creative director and she is trying to improve this hotel and services for the benefit of visitors. I also want to mark a beautiful view of the sea. There are no waves here and those who love the sea will enjoy. Very recommend.

I think one of the best hotels I have stayed in... everything was impeccable... the cleanliness, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff... truly a 4 star superior category in the heart of Burgas... I can't wait to come back
