This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

An unexpected paradise experience! Staying at Zhangjiajie Ctrip Resort Farm completely overturned my imagination of mountain homestays! From the warm reception upon arrival, the housekeeper took us to experience feeding rabbits, catching fish, outdoor activities, and handmade DIY, which was really fun! I feel that I can play here all day without going to the scenic spot. The ”Hua Yan. King Bed Room” we stayed in is cleverly designed. The log style and floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly blend the natural landscape. The softness of the bedding is comparable to that of a five-star luxury hotel. After a night of deep sleep, even the cervical discomfort is relieved! The room is fully equipped, with Dyson's hair dryer, L'Occitane's toiletries, and Kohler's bathroom, which is great value for money! During the stay, the housekeeper was on call and very considerate. The farm's dining is also very good! Especially the perilla salamander and the paddy field duck raised by the farm itself have smooth meat and delicious soup, and even 3 bowls of rice! The next morning, a car was sent to take us to the middle gate of the scenic area. It was very close, only 8 minutes' drive from the National Forest Park, which was so convenient! (Thank you very much for the thoughtful arrangements of the housekeeping team throughout the whole process) When leaving the hotel, I carried my luggage and waved goodbye. Every detail was full of warmth. Next time I come to Zhangjiajie, I will come to your house again!

Very satisfied with the stay! The room is in the farmhouse near Huanglong Cave. It is very quiet and sentimental. Compared with the downtown area in Wulingyuan, the proprietress also changes tricks to cook farm dishes with us every day. The family is surrounded by the heater. The room is very warm and decorated. Attentively The lady boss added some tips to our itinerary every day. Later, we pulled something and mailed it back to us. The driver introduced was also good and 100% satisfied!

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is amazing, welcoming, and really helpful, including those working the morning shift and the evening shift in the restaurant.They go out of their way to make your stay quite enjoyable. They also have a dedicated English-speaking staff member to cater to foreigner's needs. She is amazing. The hotel is about 45 minutes north of Zhangjiajie in a serene environment. However, it is less than 20 minutes drive from major attractions. Really worth the stay!

The B&B is located near the west gate of the forest park. The owner can pick you up and drop you off at the west gate of the scenic spot. There were few people during the days I went there, so it was very convenient. The food in the B&B is also delicious!!! The noodles for breakfast are amazing. My friend, who doesn't eat breakfast on a regular basis, has a big bowl of noodles every morning. The B&B environment is very good, suitable for relaxing and going to class. If you don't go to the scenic spot, it's also very comfortable to sit in the B&B and be in a daze all day. There are two dogs, the German Shepherd is called Duoduo, who has a lot of thoughts, no wonder he is called Duoduo, very friendly, eats eggs and meat, but doesn't eat steamed buns and sweet potatoes (feeds but doesn't eat). The other one is a little silly in comparison, but also friendly. The service is also great, the route planned by the brother is not tiring and you can see the whole

This is a new, big & modern hotel located in Wulingyan town centre. Hotel is about 2km away (20 to 30 mins walk) from Zhangjiajie East Gate entrance or about 10km away from Zhangjiajie South Gate Entrance. Didi (china grab) is available easily from hotel. Hotel is about 45 mins drive from Zhangjiajie City Centre/West Railway Station. Hotel is surrounded by many shops, eateries and is walkable everywhere. Hotel lobby is huge and spacious. Check in staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a hot tea station at the lobby which can be utilised by guests all day. Rooms are smoking free, new, modern, spacious and luxury. Room toileteries are by Balmain. Hotel surrounding is quiet. Buffet breakfast is very crowded due to many tour groups. On 2 occasions, the hotel allow us to enter the breakfast restaurant but there is no table available. Hunting for table ourself is probably not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. I suggest the hotel staff must assist every guest to their table. If there is no table, dont let the guest in the restaurant cluelessly looking for table. The 2 coffee machines at the breakfast are slow and there is always long queue there. Hotel need to improve this by adding another coffee machine and mayb add a pot of hot black coffee so those who need black coffee can skip using the coffee machine. Hotel restaurant is also under staff in my opinion. Otherwise, in my opinion the hotel buffet breakfast spread is huge, many hot food selections and quite delicious. Overall, i think this is great hotel to stay when visiting zhangjiajie avatar mountain.

I came here once in 2021. This is the second time I brought my children and elders to the secret realm. I booked a mountain view room. Because there are three of us, the boss lady upgraded the parent-child room. The room is very user-friendly with three beds, one large and two small, so the whole family can live together. The environment is very good, on the top of the mountain, you can enjoy dinner on the rooftop, the sunset is beautiful, and the housekeeper's service is also very good. What surprised me is that the food in the homestay is delicious and the dishes are also very attentive. It is one of the few homestays with excellent scenery in Zhangjiajie that is worth visiting. You can overlook Tianmen Mountain. Thank you for the afternoon tea sent by the boss. If there is a chance, I will bring my family here to stay for two more days.

Locally, it is the best hotel I would recommend. Comfortable room, breakfast is excellent more choices for the food or drinks. Front desk service is fast and very warm welcome. I remember the boy named Allison. Thank you so much. Only things can be improved, that's gym facility.
