The information on Ctrip is a bit strange. All the room rates and room types in this hotel include all meals (all meals include, breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, late night and endless drinks.) I don't know why there are written on the page. Breakfast included, there is no writing... The location of the hotel is in the middle of Kenting and Taitung. If you want to play the Kenting route, it is a bit far away, and the coastline is not suitable for launching. However, if it is for the holiday, leisure, close to nature, Taitung or Hualien, the transition station is extremely Good choice. This hotel is listed in the top ten B&Bs in Taiwan. Meals and services are a big selling point.

The hotel is on the 1st floor of Fuhua, and it is not an independent villa, but it does have a swimming pool. Very clean and friendly service staff is also great. There is always a free snack coffee drink in the lounge next to it. Give a feeding deer carrot every day, free access to fitness facilities, water world and more. All in all, plus a large pool, you can soak in a day. Crossing the road is Xiaowan Beach. A few minutes walk to Kenting Main Street. The only fly in the ointment, the room is not too bright, the socket is very small.

Although the facilities of the Villa are relatively old, the environment is clean and there is no old musty smell. It is very suitable for bringing your baby. There are independent beaches, sika deer feeding, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and you can play all day in the hotel There are also free one-day tours or transfers for Villa customers, and those who do not drive can also enjoy Kenting. Free dim sum is provided, and you can choose a variety of dining methods (buffet breakfast, Chinese or Western breakfast, lunch) Overall very satisfied

The supper and breakfast are delicious. Generally speaking, they are very good. The quality of sleep is particularly good. I really need to improve after eating dinner twice in a row. The beef is very old and the attitude of the service staff is good.

After lunch in Kenting on the first day, there is no other itinerary. I want to go to the hotel early to wait for check-in, and take a walk around the surroundings. After arriving, the guard confirmed our check-in information and guided us to park. There were service staff waiting at the door to receive us. After we checked in at the lobby, we thought we would have to wait a little longer (check-in time is four o'clock, and we arrived after two o'clock) Unexpectedly, the service staff came to explain that free items can be used in the room and that breakfast can be seated after reporting the room number. Then they said that the room card has been inserted for us to turn on the lights and air conditioning in the room (I felt very considerate at the moment) I was lucky enough to check in early and go swimming in the swimming pool. There are lifeguards and there are bath towels available by the pool (which can be taken back to the room) When I first booked the room, I was looking forward to the swimming pool being large and deep enough for serious swimming, and the usage time is sufficient (7:00-18:00, cleaning 12:00-13:00 in between) Too early or too late will make it too windy and cold, making it unsuitable for swimming. It’s really relaxing to watch the blue sky, white clouds and sunset while swimming, as well as the beautiful Dajianshan Mountain. The only thing is that the outdoor swimming pool has a lot of leaves, and I’m afraid of birds pooping down when I’m lying on my back🤣🤣 The room also has a bathtub. If you don't want to swim, you can take a bath. The room is not very new, but it can be seen that it is cleaned with care. The room is quiet and not noisy. The bed and pillows are a bit soft (it would be even better if there is a pillow service) Breakfast is served a la carte. After you sit down, you will be served the juice of the day and then choose the meal you want. There is also pre-meal bread available. The meals are all delicious. Even if it is not a buffet, you can still feel full! It is recommended to stay in Kenting where accommodation is very expensive. Friends who want to relax and have a little more budget can choose to stay here. This time I booked a room on trip.com. Next time I want to book a room directly on the official website for the one-night-and-two-food plan. I think it’s a good deal.
- Guest User
Overall, it's a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean and have a lot of white space, which is suitable for those who don't like noisy rooms. However, if a bathtub is used in the bathroom, there will be water accumulation. There are no sunshade facilities next to the swimming pool. In Kenting, this seems to be unreasonable. Parents accompanying their children have no choice but to hold umbrellas to protect themselves from the sun.

Got upgraded to a 2 queensized bed room because we have our baby with us. Breakfast and facilities are nice. But we didnt get the time to spend on the facilities. Room is clean. The only downside is the corridor to the room is quite old and the bathtub is leaking. We met an indonesian waiter in the breakfast restaurant.

The resort hotel here really makes me feel special. It is the peace I have never felt. The environment here is very quiet and suitable for people who travel. Living will be particularly relaxing. It will be particularly comfortable. Really super satisfied, I hope more people like such a good environment. Super satisfied.

The location of the homestay is very convenient. It takes about ten minutes to get there by bus. The decoration inside the homestay is very good, although there are not many decorations (actually I don't like the fancy) but it is clean and comfortable.

I suggest staying here for a self-driving trip to Kenting for the last night to relax. The hot springs are quite good. It is a small luxury private hotel with only 14 rooms. It is particularly comfortable with fewer people and a small children’s pool for children It's great to play by yourself. In terms of catering, there should not be many choices due to the small number of people, but it is quite acceptable. If you don’t drive by yourself, you’d better consider it.

Facilities: The hot springs are great, there are hot springs inside and outside, and there are also public pools. Hot spring fish. Hygienic: As soon as you enter the room, it is fragrant and clean. Environment: Yishan Green Service: Afternoon Tea Breakfast Dinner Great

The environment is beautiful and clean, and you can smell the aroma of teak as soon as you enter the room. The breakfast meal was delicious and the owner was very kind. Access is from the parking lot to the back door. It is recommended to explain in advance to avoid the tenants checking in at the gate. Overall a satisfactory accommodation experience.

The staff are well trained especially the reception/front desk and the Nansen wait and kitchen staff. The views are incredible and it is a central place at the bottom of the protected triangle. Well worth the time and expense to experience the northernmost civilization of the world before climate change melts all the glaciers and snow. I went on an electric catamaran tour and saw the fjord and the glaciers, calfing of the glacier (when a Crack and the glacier crashes into the sea) and a Minke whale. Saw the Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis too.

Polfareren in Longyearbyen is a lovely hotel situated in the main town just off the shopping street. The staff were very friendly and the room the best we stayed in while being in Svalbard. The room was very clean and had sufficient storage. A delicious white chocolate on the bed for both of us which was a really nice touch. The amenities were very good. We had dinner at the hotel and that was not so good. We left hungry despite having had 2 courses each. The servings were much too small and I am even not a big eater. The breakfast was amazing. Nothing to fault. Polfareren was the best hotel we stayed in while in Svalbard. I can highly recommend the hotel including the breakfast but not to have dinner there.

Who would have expected a 5-star hotel in the remote arctic? This was one of the finest hotels I have ever visited. - staff was attentive, helpful. cheerful and discreet. Rooms were basic - this is Svalbard, not Paris - but very comfortable, well appointed and perfectly maintained. Every aspect of the room was perfect. Dinner was a world-class experience and morning breakfast is among the best anywhere. Cant say enough good about this place. Worth a trip across the world to get here

Polarrigg is a funky hotel. From the outside it looks like it has been thrown together from driftwood, perched on a heap of gravel. And is surrounded by rusty artefacts from the mining age – appropriate since it is a converted miners’ hostel. There is a variety of accommodation offered, but I can only comment on the single rooms, organized in a long corridor with shared bathrooms dotted about. The rooms are small and basic, but well heated, with blackout curtains and comfy beds. Four negatives affected my stay, two of them really minor: first, the chair in my room collapsed on me. The staff were very helpful in replacing it immediately, but two of them said ‘oh, that chair’, indicating that it had happened before. Second, at breakfast, quite nice standard Scandinavian fare, the oat milk curdled in my coffee. The staff assured me that the milk was fresh, so it must have been the coffee they were using or over-brewing, that became too acidic. But in this case change the coffee or the milk, don’t blame the customer! Third, something inherent to the design of the place and not helped by the fact that flights to and from Oslo sometimes arrive or depart in the middle of the night, so that I was awoken most nights by the clatter of people operating the noisy door locking mechanisms in the corridor outside. Finally, and most alarming, there was a foul stench of sewage that, at various times, pervaded different parts of the building, but especially the area close to the restaurant. This is the kind of thing that would get the place closed down if inspected by the public health department, so the plumbing and waste disposal system absolutely needs to be fixed as soon as possible. I raised this at reception and was told ‘yes we know about it, it affects all of Longyearbyen’. Sorry but that really isn’t good enough. Polarrigg is half the price of a proper hotel, so one should expect what one pays for. But I really didn’t pay for the smell of sewage. I note that hardly any other reviewers have dared mention this, but it is unavoidable. On the plus side, the residents’ lounge with complimentary tea and coffee is spacious, comfortable and characterful, with an attached kitchen for those who prefer to self cater. And although it is located some way out of the centre, the path over the river is very convenient to get there in just 10 minutes.

This is a budget option with shared small rooms and shared toilet and showers. It’s better than the more basic 102 Guesthouse next door, and the spacious open plan, bar, breakfast area and lounge is super friendly and popular with the more budget minded passengers on cruise ships. It’s perfectly fine for a night or two. Here are my notes: No black out curtains so bring eyeshades in summer (24 hour sunlight); Uncomfortable mattresses (lumpy); Washers and dryers for free with soap on each floor; Good breakfast but could have more for vegetarians such as porridge; It’s clean; Small rooms with varying no. of beds 2-4 depending on cabin assigned to; Self cook facilities in each cabin; Shared toilets and showers. Clean. Plenty so not overly busy; Very friendly and helpful reception. Easier to book tours there than at tourist office (who will set you up in front of a monitor and have you book yourself so that you need to enter more data than if hotel books for you); Airport bus stops right outside reception; No lunch or dinner served; just bar snacks. If arriving on last flight from Oslo you may have to run into town before restaurants close (mostly at 10 pm except Kroa and Nansen at the Radisson open a bit later); 30 minute walk into town and the cabins are up a bit of a hill; You get to experience part of Longyearbyen’s history by staying here.
