"The overall cost performance is not high, the standard room on May 6th, but the service is very good, the location is also very good, the 911 site is downstairs, the room hygiene is also good, the bathroom facilities are not flattering." "New facilities, but people who sleep lightly do not choose this room, the noise is limited. Not used to" "Very good service, has a hospitality, very convenient"

"As a former New Yorker, I don't relish room and board in NYC on trips back. But at the Carlyle, I feel like I'm coming home to my very chic apartment. The views are fabulous and proxiemty to the park is ideal for my children. Plus, all my friends will travel to see for a drink at Bemelmans. This is one Grande Dame where the service actaully delivers - Director of Front Services Mustafa Sukkar is a complete natural, with a suavenss and ease that carries no pretense or force. " "I found The Carlyle to be wonderful in every way--the room was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable; the staff was attentive to small details (sending up more fresh figs when I mentioned that they were good); the food was excellent; and Bemelmens Bar was a magnificent experience. We enjoyed it so much that we'll be back in a few months." "The hotel itself is no problem. But those who like more modern hotels should not stay. The decoration is relatively old in Europe."

"I arrived at the hotel at more than 10 am. There was a black waiter and a white waiter at the front desk who gave me a faceless expression, especially the black waiter was simply very unfriendly! This hotel spends nearly 7,000 yuan per night. This attitude is really speechless! Then told me that I couldn't check in. I left my phone and said that someone quit the room and called me. I didn't check in until more than 2 pm when I received the phone call. When I checked in, I saw that they were still at the front desk, so I deliberately bypassed and replaced another new waiter. The lobby of the hotel is small, but there is no lobby at all. The entrance is just an elevator with a sofa. In addition, you can check in by pressing the elevator to enter the 35th floor, and then change another elevator to enter the floor where the room is located. Completely extremely low value for money." "Because the first time I went to New York, an Israeli waiter at the hotel reception had an extra bed for free, saying that it was generally charged. I gave a tip and took the capsule coffee machine and the hot water bottle, as well as a large bucket of milk. Downstairs is the mall and supermarket. The supermarket has hot meals, and Sara is packed." "The location of the shop is ok, the window is seen at the corner of Central Park, you can add a bed, the hotel can valet parking, but the parking fee is quite expensive. And the hotel does not have afternoon tea. There are many restaurants near the hotel and it is very convenient to eat."

"This is definitely the best room hygiene in the hotel I have stayed in. It is the best for this. The hotel staff is very welcoming and convenient for shopping." "Husband to New York, I chose a hotel with a high rating, and the location is good! Is the price is too high! Maybe I don't know the price of Wall Street." "Good location, next to Fifth Avenue"

"This hotel is in a good location, facing the Central Park, but the facilities are very poor, there are several rooms on the business trip, there are suites with big bed rooms, all said that the facilities are similar to the domestic four stars, slippers and water are not available in some rooms, need I have to call myself. More than 8,000 a night, this service level is too bad" "This hotel is in a good location, facing the Central Park, but the facilities are very poor, there are several rooms on the business trip, there are suites with big bed rooms, all said that the facilities are similar to the domestic four stars, the toilet is rusted, slippers and water Some rooms are not available and need to be called by yourself. "The front desk staff was very helpful but the room was filthy. Carpets had stains everywhere and hadn't been vacuumed. Bathroom also wasn't clean. Black hairs were on the washcloths and in the sink. The counter was also dirty." "Location is a bit far from Central Park, hotel design is good" "Very good, maintain the consistent style of edition"

"Very attentive service, surrounded by many good restaurants. It is a five-star hotel under the Tata Group of India, right next to Central Park. Close to the Museum of Modern Art, just on Fifth Avenue." "It is run by the Indians and is calculated to the bone. The bed is extremely small, and it is just right for teenagers to sleep. Breakfast is not enough, I can’t eat anything, I want to eat a bit richer, easy to handle, now it’s better to spend money." "Not bad. Comfortable environment"

"I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because the booking price is not included. Many cafes near the hotel. I chose a French breakfast in a French restaurant next to the hotel and it felt good. The location is good, within a ten minute walk from the Empire State Building and Macy's." "Amazing location and hotel. Top notch service. Michelin Star Italian restaurant within the hotel is a must try. Close proximity to everything New York has to offer. " "The best hotel in the United States, with slippers and toiletries, the room is clean and tidy, the space in Manhattan is already a lot, praise, it is worth going!"
Somehow, a tax of $ 40 per day was charged, forcing $ 10 for dry cleaning, $ 25 for catering, and $ 40 after tax. Since the room charge is prepaid, all costs should be included. This hotel was booked on Booking. This fee was not charged. The prepaid fee was the actual expenses incurred. The consumption was made plainly. Now it is inexplicably cut and feels very bad. Generally, foreign hotels pay a city excise tax at checkout, only a few dollars. This Ctrip platform seems to be competitive in price and actually implies a high additional cost. The consumer is not a fool. These costs will ultimately fall on our heads. The current practice is no different from commercial fraud.
1, the location is very good, located in the center of timessquare, downstairs is a variety of shops, basically everything.
2. Terrace, the restaurant downstairs, is super delicious, the environment is very good, and the photos are first-rate. Even if you do n’t live in a hotel, it is well worth a special trip.
3. The room is clean and comfortable, the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful, and the bathroom is dry and wet.
4. Staff service is very good, often help to open the door and press the elevator.
1.The room is a bit small
2. The hard fee of $ 35 / night is the destination fee, which is a mini bar cash coupon and a laundry voucher. Anyway, it is a hard fee. Whether you use it or not, the cost of laundry is relatively high, and it is $ 50 Cash coupons are basically enough to wash only three clothes. All in all, it's a bundle sale, which I think is a bit deductible.
We had a 4-night stay in NYC for a bachelorette party / hen do for 10 ladies at the Royalton Park Avenue and were blown away by the service. The kind staff at Royalton left a gift for the bride-to-be and even offered a room upgrade on one of our rooms that the bride stayed in. So memorable and topped up off a great four days in New York. Thanks to the staff for organising it all on next to no notice!

The hotel has a resort fee of 30 knives per day but will not be notified at checkin. Guests need to know for themselves. A mini bar of 25 knives can be used every day. The rooms are small and exquisite, and tips are required in accordance with the rules of luxury hotels in New York (Giving tips will improve the accommodation experience)

Very good and the service is also very good. I stayed in a deluxe double room (the whole decoration is really simple. Very business feel! 2: deluxe room: the living room, the room is separated by movement and the room is also connected! It is very convenient for friends to visit, especially suitable for business people. In addition, the TV can be used. Two-way viewing, humane! 3: Tea feels very good, especially when I took guests to stay, all expressed satisfaction! 4: Warm reminder that the hot water bath time should not exceed 15-20 minutes. 5: Breakfast is also rich (4-star hotel).
I have stayed here before and had no problems, this time around service was horrible. Ashley has a bad attitude very snobby. Each room is temperature controlled. However, my room thermostat was not working.
Because I'm going to the Barclays Center to watch the NBA game. This place is 9 minutes walk away! Very close, and there are many restaurants or something nearby, and eating is very convenient! The food in this restaurant is also good and I feel very healthy ~ I have breakfast and dinner. I can order it on the first floor. The room is not very big, but it is square and looks very comfortable. I really like their slogan. It can be seen everywhere on the wall. There are also some fitness equipment in the house, and there is also a gym downstairs. There seems to be a small garden, but we didn't go. Overall, it's OK.
Regarding the service, the room we checked in at first was a bit pungent and we asked to change the room. They were also very enthusiastic to help us change to a room with better air and nice scenery. The service staff are basically warm and friendly! Like
(Forgot to take a picture, only a packed breakfast picture)
First impressions were positive - nice cool quiet lobby, seated check in and friendly staff. Despite my 11.30 am arrival, I was quickly checked in, but not before being informed that I was liable for a further USD 34 "facility fee" which included cocktail hour, continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. This practice is a new and unfortunate way for hotels to charge customers extra while avoiding adding to the room rate. My fault for not having read the fine print, however, in this day and age when ALL hotels offer free WiFi, to say that it's covered by the facility fee is simply disingenuous. Further, in a city like New York with its plentiful dining options, charging guests for breakfast is simply a way of forcing customers to pay for a service which otherwise would not be required.
I arrived at my room (721) to be greeted by a strong body odour which is common to Indian people. Air-conditioning was noisy and rattling, but I chose to ignore this as the hotel is clearly quite old, as evidenced by the retro fitting of the bathroom and the bedroom furniture and fittings. To be fair, the room (an entry-level "Premier Queen") was very spacious, with a 2 seater sofa beside the floor-to-ceiling windows and a queen-sized bed. Wifi was free and fast.
I rang the Operator to ask a few questions and was addressed as "buddy", which I felt to be overly casual and inappropriate. On another occasion, one of the female recepionists was chewing gum openly when on duty - again, I wonder about the training and professional standards.
The continental breakfast "included" in the above-mentioned facility fee was acceptable in terms of variety and quality, if one could find a seat. The facility comprised several sofas groupted around low coffee tables, and several high-top tables and chairs. The seating capacity was clearly inadequate, judging by the queue of guests waiting for seats.
For the price paid, I cannot complaint about the value, but I would not return to this property until a refurbishment has taken place.
Not bad, very clean, bed and comfortable, location is good, the noise of the toilet exhaust fan is not normal, the air conditioner also has noise, but for the two days when I stayed in the heat, do not need to open, it should be said that the price is still OK, after all Manhattan

The room is very small, but this inn can find a room facing the sea at the front desk. It costs $20. The window can overlook the sea in the distance. The sparkling water. The small boat can’t see the mast. It looks like a flowing oil painting.
Chinatown/Little Italy New York|0.94km from downtown
The East Coast tour returns to Chinatown, Manhattan, New York, and then the next day to Woodbury Outlets. It is especially convenient to stay here. The surrounding Chinese restaurants and supermarkets are suitable for taste and not expensive. Our family of three booked a double bed room. When checking in, the beautiful lady at the front desk, Ray, asked us carefully, and then took the initiative to help us change to a twin room. Special thanks to Ray, I hope she has a happy work.
Just right next to the company, at this position, there is something to complain about in such a large room. In addition to this, there is a little less in the room - in fact, there are some, I am very satisfied, next time Still living this
Wall Street/Financial District New York|1.28km from downtown
The hotel is located next to Tongniu on Wall Street. It is close to several subway exits, but belongs to Xiacheng District. The location is worse than that of Midtown and Uptown. After all, the environment is not very good, and it takes time to take the subway to the attractions of Midtown If it is a girl, it is not recommended. Other than that, the elevator is fast, there are no problems that many people say; there is no kettle in the room, you can use the coffee machine to boil water; there is no free mineral water, but if you are a member, you can get it; there are snacks and instant noodles in the hotel And some spares, my charging cable is broken. Fortunately, it is sold there. The worst thing was that Ctrip had a problem and obviously prepaid. As a result, the hotel said that it did not receive it, but it swiped my card to pay. Coming back to check that Ctrip's payment was indeed not credited, but this irresponsible approach made me quarrel with the hotel for many days and seriously affected my mood and experience.
There are not many traditional Chinese hotels in the empire. They are not many Chinese, hidden in the downtown, but they are prosperous when entering, quiet, comfortable bedding, rich breakfast, especially convenient transportation. Just around the corner, Broadway Theatre is waiting around, Times Square is brightly lit, and the World Fashion Center is in full swing. Because it suits my preference to stay for three consecutive days, it is highly recommended that people of the same taste stay.
