The service staff who prepared the meals at the dining restaurant had a bad attitude. After ordering, I just went to the side to get a bowl of soup and left for about one to two minutes. The notice only said that one order was limited to one per person and did not mention that he had to stand there and wait. His attitude and tone were very bad, the little boy at the crab meat and egg counter. It doesn't quite meet the standards of a hotel of this level. Because we booked the room and restaurant on this website and wanted to sleep more comfortably, we considered a 6-year-old child as occupying a bed. If we stayed for two nights, had breakfast and two dinners, we could only order dinner at the same price as an adult, about 1,300 per person. Breakfast cost more than 500 yuan, but on the last morning, we were charged 100 yuan for the cleaning fee of another three-year-old child. This was not informed in advance. It felt a bit bad. We were willing to book an extra breakfast and two dinners for the 6-year-old child. The meal cost for adults was NT$3,000 or NT$4,000, but an additional NT$100 was charged due to unclear circumstances. It was not a matter of the amount, but it was a bit confusing at the moment.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

It is quite close to Taitung Station. The room is spacious and has a good view (10th floor). The bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry, and a bathtub is also provided. Breakfast is available until 11 o'clock, which is very good. Only the sound insulation effect is slightly poor.

I made a quick trip with my husband. The environment of Tomino Hot Spring Club is really good. I slept comfortably. My skin felt smooth after soaking in the hot spring water. They also thoughtfully prepared body lotion in the room. It was so touching. My favorite is the outside seating area. It’s a great place to sit outside at night and watch the stars and chat with your family. The only pity is that the bathtub is relatively old, and there is nothing else to say.
