Very nice hotel. Close to Pike Place Market. 3 minutes walk to Starbucks's first store. There is Internet Bakery Russian Bakery next door. The location is particularly good. I was lucky to upgrade to a sea view room to see the Ferris wheel. The hotel room has a kettle (this is important for the Chinese). 🛏️ Very large and comfortable. There are bathrobes. I bought it in the market for only $ 10. I bought a bouquet of flowers just in time for Christmas.

The window can't be opened but the view is good. The bar on the top floor is very charming. There is a market nearby. It is convenient to go around and you can arrange a car.

They were very kind and made me feel comfortable. The hotel is new, so it feels clean, and I think it's one of the nicest hotels in Seattle. The view is great and the location is great!

I love Kimpton properties and the Palladium did not disappoint. Traveling during COVID can be tricky, but I felt perfectly comfortable at the Palladium with the precautions being taken. First, let's start with the staff. I called prior to my arrival and spoke with Jonathan because I wanted to ensure my room type. He was extremely helpful and even remembered me at check-in. We're in Seattle to celebrate our birthdays and Jonathan graciously upgraded our room. The level of service we received from both Jonathan and Sahara was superb! They were both genuinely pleasant and friendly every time we passed the front desk, and not that I'm only being nice because it's my job friendly 😉. We talked places to visit, restaurant suggestions, etc. LOCATION - located about 2 blocks from Pike Place and the Market. It took us about 7-10 mins (if that). We also walked to Pier 56 for dinner at infamous Ivers. There's countless restaurants within walking distance. We decided to Uber to the Space Needle for less than $7, which we could have walked to in probably 15mins. Arriving from the airport was about $42 in an Uber so we decided to be adventurous and take the light rail for $3 each and took about 40mins. From the station it was about a 12min walk (uphill 😊). Property - as a Kimpton it was full of charm. I missed the usual beverage offerings, but I'm sure that's thanks to COVID. The hotel and rooms are quaint and full of character. The one bedroom is spacious with a separate living room equipped with table and TV. The bathroom is amazing with footed tub and huge shower. The bedroom really makes you feel at home and not a hotel room. I just missed the character pillow. Maybe they aren't putting them out because of COVID. Overall - Stay here! You will be happy with your choice just as I am.

The Kimpton Palladian is a quaint boutique hotel. The rooms are inviting and decorated extremely nice! Last time I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which had a couch in a separate sitting room separate by a barn-door type slider. The bathroom are beautiful and love the toiletries. Beds are beyond comfortable and need to find out brand of comforter and pillows so I can get them at home! Staff calls me by name every time arrive and Molly, the resident pup, quietly greets you sitting at the front desk. What's not to love about the daily wine happy hour! This is my first choice whenever I am in Belltown.

Very good hotel! Marriott's residence inn has always provided high-quality and affordable services in university towns. This hotel is located near the UW campus. It is very convenient for food and accommodation, and the scenery is beautiful!

Everything is fine, you can cook your own meals and the dishwasher works great. The only drawback is that the room tidying time is irregular. The handsome guys and pretty girls at the front desk are very nice. I will stay there next time.

The hotel is close to the city center, the surrounding environment is good, quiet and comfortable, well-equipped, with a self-service laundry room, very convenient. The restaurant has delicious food, good service and reasonable prices. Off-season cost-effective.

The rooms are a bit small overall. Wifi and parking are also charged separately. Parking for one night costs US $ 40, and the price of wifi for a day is 14.99 and 19.99, respectively. But the service was good, the waiters were welcoming and the room was clean.

I was determined to book this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary trip to Seattle, which is good, because frustrations with the All.com, fairmont.com websites and the Accor ALL app made it a challenge to actually do so. When I finally booked, I put a note on the booking that it was a very special occasion. We arrived by cab. While the four bellmen at the front did help unload the luggage, they also told us we seemed capable of carrying the bags in ourselves. I'm not sure if that's because we didn't arrive in an upscale SUV, or if the hotel just takes a passive approach to greeting guests. The underwhelming continued when we checked in, and I was asked what brought us to Seattle. I reiterated what was on the booking -- very special anniversary, chose to come to the Olympic Hotel to celebrate. ”Oh, congratulations. Elevators are behind you across the lobby.”. As a platinum member, a certain number of perks are granted. We arrived to a plate of bonbons and some fresh fruit. It's the fist hotel I've stayed at that actually did supply fitness gear (per Platinum perks), which was a nice surprise. I was less pleasantly surprised to find no mini-bar in the room, not even an empty fridge. I'd booked the Signature King Corner View, and it had what is likely one of the best views in the hotel. The room was nicely sized, with a desk, sitting chair and ottoman, and the king bed, with windows all around. The bed was super comfortable (as expected!). The bathroom was spacious, but in need of renovation -- at very least, to replace the old, tiny tub/shower and under-pressured, inferior shower fixtures, as well as the tile throughout. It was clean, or at least mostly, and while towels were showing some age, they were still fluffy. Amenities were a bit more limited than other properties, but we knew we could call down for extras if we needed to. Staff in hallways were friendly, and anything left in the hallway seemed to disappear quickly enough (ie room service trays and other detritus). Requests for amenities (pillows, coffee/tea replenishment) were met quickly and graciously. But... the door/bellmen were routinely disinterested -- the number of times we pushed through the main doors while they stood off to the side talking to one another was surprising. (Guests arriving in elegant dresses? Lots of help. In a shiny SUV or luxury car? Loads of reaction. But two 40-somethings dressed casually, but paying plenty to stay at the hotel? Not so much a glance or offer of help.) Housekeeping is rather annoyingly ”on demand only”, but we happily found our room had been serviced on our first day while we were out -- and when we called on subsequent days to request service, the response was gracious -- and the room was always done by the time we returned. Room service (breakfast one morning) was fast and delicious. Service in the lobby bar was friendly and the drinks were delicious. There are two restaurants -- The George and Shuckers -- and the lobby bar offers

We came to Seattle for The Who concert at Climate Pledge Arena. It’s location was perfect. Lots to walk to and enjoy from the Olympic, and come show time we just hopped onto the monorail which took us straight to the Seattle Center. The facilities are gorgeous, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The combination of comfy bed, blockout blinds, and a very quiet environment allowed us to sleep well, and sleep in! Thanks for all you do Fairmont!

The location is very good, just below the cosmic needle, it is easy to find. The breakfast was great, there was a parking garage, the disadvantage was the one-way street around the hotel, in and out was not convenient.

I reserved two rooms, online, one with mobility accessibility for my sister and the other for hubby and me and I requested adjoining rooms so we could help my sister or chat with her. It's a bit tricky to get into the street where the hotel is located as it is on a small street with only a sign which says AC Lounge as have passed it the first and second night of our stay and we still have 3 more days to go. Valet parking for $39 is available and a necessity for us as my sister has mobility issues and needs a cane to get around. I had chatted on the mobile app about getting adjoining rooms the day before our arrival and they were able to get a mobility accessible room adjacent to our room. My sister had a king bed in her room and ours had a queen and they were located only a few steps from the elevator. The rooms have only 2 small drawers and a small area for hanging up clothes, a safe, a refrigerator with two complimentary water bottles, a hot shot for hot water. The room is just right for the two of us and the bathroom has a big rain shower head as well as a handheld shower head and I love the citrus scent of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It smells so clean and fresh. The room is basic with minimal frills. This is a pet friendly hotel, and there is treat jar for pets! Olga was very helpful when we checked in and the only thing is that we had a hard time understanding what she was telling us as English we believe is her second language. The first morning we were here I went to the 24 hour fitness center located on the lobby level and it's great with water available, towels, sanitizing wipes, complimentary ear phones in case you don't have any, and my favorite props like the stability, medicine and bosu ball as well as free weights. I'm not much for machines but I do enjoy doing balancing and core exercises. The bosu ball needs more air in it though and should be checked periodically. Then we had their buffet breakfast which was $22 a person which includes, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, deli meats, pastries, english muffin with sausage or ham, tea, hot oatmeal, milk, almond milk, yogurt, all kinds of fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, bananas, which all made for a healthy meal or not! Also there's a microwave and ice machine (called the hydration station) available on every floor for your convenience.

We stayed here for a week for business and had some ”normal” problems, like the AC/heat blasting alternately all night, we scheduled room service but it only came one day, etc. I'm kind of used to it all by now, that's not the issue. The real issue was the last night, people kept arriving at the room partying across from us and were each greeted with very loud plastered-drunk cheering. I'm a heavy sleeper but at 2:15am we were woken up by someone arriving, and even after the door closed, the party was so loud that we weren't able to get back to sleep. I called the front desk at 2:30, and the guy there said he would send someone up, but every time I heard a knock on the door it was a new partier greeted with more cheers, nobody from the hotel showed up. At 3am it was still going, so I went down to talk to the front desk in person and he lied to my face about sending someone to stop it and said he did everything he could. He then offered me earplugs. This isn't someone snoring next door, offering me earplugs instead of taking action is just infurating. I eventually convinced him to move us to another room on a different floor and put a note for the manager in the morning. By 4am we were getting back to sleep but someone (probably from the party) got back to their hotel room down the hall from us and began vomiting while making loud anguished cries. That morning, the note to the manager no longer existed, also the manager wasn't in, and they said he usually comes in around 10am. We came back at 10am and he still wasn't around. Eventually we got a hold of the guy, and honestly by this point I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but his response was a bit shocking. He eventually admitted that they could have taken some action or called the police, and that the night shift guy would get ”re-training” which doesn't really help me but at least he sees some fault right? Well, no. He tells me evasively that he's ”sorry you feel that way” and that he wouldn't have done anything differently. Offering my ear plugs or moving us at 3:30am is apparantly still a good solution. The manager ruled that the night shift guy did the best he knew how to, so the manager could only offer us half off our cheapest day, it's just what he believed was fair. We're expensing this trip so I'm not trying to squeeze cash out of this guy, I don't know what his problem was. He talked us in circles repeatedly while I tried to get a straight answer out of him, but in the end he actually sided with the extremely loud party, saying ”people need to have their fun too” and evaded saying anything that might suggest that this was anything out of the ordinary. The exceptionally bad guests, the hotel's terrible policy toward tolerating them, and the evasively maneuvering manager motivated me to write this negative review. Staying at this hotel left us exhausted and in disbelief. Bellevue is a nice city, you'll have no problem finding a better hotel.

We have stayed here several times and it is truly a fantastic hotel in downtown Seattle. They upgraded our room to a corner suite and couldn't have been nicer. Always greeted with a smile and a pleasant hello and it was obvious that the hotel employees enjoyed their jobs. The room was huge with a super-comfortable bed and an equally large sofa to sprawl out on. The views were of the waterfront and the location is in the heart of everything fun. The property has an excellent gym outfitted with a Peloton and is kept very clean. There is room to improve the menu in the restaurant, but all things said, this is a great place -- again!!

The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi. The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier. The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!

The hotel can be rated above 90 points, and stayed in three hotels in four days. If domestic friends have a psychological expectation for American breakfast (too simple), the only problem with this hotel is that it is far away from the city and goes to attractions A bit inconvenient, but it's beautiful and quiet 漂亮

Room and breakfast - nothing to complain about. Review and rating about hotel service. 1. Because of COVID no automatic room cleaning, need to request cleaning - totally understand. So after 3 nights used Mariott app to request room cleaning. Nothing. No acknowledgment. Next day room not cleaned. Oh maybe it was the 'need 24hr notice' so wait another day. Room still not cleaned. By this time (after #2 and #3 below have passed), screw it - more of a hassle to deal with than worth the effort. Maybe it was the app. We'll never know. 2. Toilet flapper issue notice on day 3. Basically water draining from the tank so need to open the tank up and fiddle with flapper. Called to ask for someone to check toilet next day when we were out. Next day head out and return to room: Apparently no one showed up - toilet in same condition when we left room. Called again. Luckily repair guy was still around and he replaced flapper in 10min. He was the highlight of the hotel service. 3. Ordered room service - just a bowl of soup. ”Room service” means pick up food from front desk -- no problem, totally understand. Person on phone says front desk will call when food is ready. 40min minutes later still no call. I call the front desk on the HOTEL ROOM phone and the guy says ”uhh ... we've been trying to reach you - tried calling over and over. Seems like your phone wasn't on.” And I confirm: ”You mean this phone?” (the hotel phone I'm using to talk to you right now?). ” uhh yep.” Seriously? When we got back home, 900 miles from Seattle, there was a message on my HOME phone that the hotel was trying to reach me because the other phone (connected to the Mariotte app) wasn't picking up. Umm .. why not call the HOTEL ROOM phone, where we are most likely to be given I called in the order from the HOTEL ROOM phone. Why call my HOME phone that is 900 miles away? Also no evidence of call from hotel on my cell phone. Expected just a little more from a $260-a-night room hotel.

We stayed here before our Alaska Cruise and had a very good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms include a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, iron, and safe. Dove bath products are provided. Hair dryer is attached to the bathroom wall. The front desk staff were so polite and professional at every interaction. We did pay for the package that included breakfast at Toast and Toast restaurant next door to the hotel. Food was good and generous portions. Coffee is not included so take a little cash with you. Short walk to the Space Needle. Upon check in, we signed up for the shuttle to the cruise port for $10 a person plus tip. Driver was on time, very friendly. Although we did see a few homeless people, we never felt unsafe.

Room could have been cleaner, but amenities and staff were both excellent in helping us get a great stay. The bed topper must have been hard to clean for staff and the floor was dirty, but we had it get recleaned and this was fixed. Staff were super helpful and the room tech was a fun feature to have.

The location is very good, walking distance to the majority of tourist sites in the city. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was a very good size and very clean, but felt a bit dated. Housekeeping on request only, which seems to be becoming the standard in the US these days.
