We came for my sister’s birthday (which also happens to be New Year’s Eve). The room was very comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the restaurants/pool/amenities/location cannot be beat. Hoping to come back soon.

the hotel staff's service was excellent. they responded to our requests swiftly and with care and attention to detail. our room had an excellent view of the harbour. The bathroom and the cloakroom provided us with plenty of space to move around. The dine in service was nice also

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

This day is truly significant for my fiancé and me as we are preparing to register our marriage at Red Cotton Tree Road. Despite the whirlwind of organizing photographers, videographers, floral arrangements, and managing guest visits, the Upper House team’s exceptional hospitality made all the difference. I paid extra to have a room with nice view, but when I arrived I saw streaks of dirt on the window that spoiled the whole view. I called the concierge to ask for a room change or to clean the windows, but the concierge said that this dirt is outside of the window and all windows have it so they can’t help me with room change or clean it. Also when I went to the sauna, I was told that the sauna was under renovation and would not work for several days. Next time I will stay at another hotel.

Came here to celebrate with my son for his birthday and he loved it so much because of the modern facilities inside the room. The staff were amazing, the room was luxurious and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. Every detail was perfect, and the service was beyond expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend! But breakfast did not come with many choices for food.

Best hotel Butler service ever. My hotel Butler do the best customer service in the world. She did write and hand draw the thanks and welcome card to us. It is really special and touching. Everything is good and highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. Efforts put into cleaning the room can really be seen. The bedding was comfortable and the amenities in room were adequate. Although the room looked a bit dated, it more than made up for it with the comfortable ambience. It is just a comfortable hotel to stay in.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was absolutely amazing. The views are truly outstanding and unforgettable. The rooms are luxurious and impeccably clean, while the service is highly professional. The food experience is rich and flavorful, with a wide variety of dishes to savor. Conveniently, the hotel is situated within the same building as major train and transportation lines, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city or reach the airport via a direct route. Additionally, the building houses a high-end shopping mall with a selection of luxury boutiques and good restaurants. If you're seeking an exceptional stay in Hong Kong, I would highly recommend this place—10/10.

It was overall a pleasant stay. The staffs were very helpful, especially for Mr. Eric Yeung (believe that is his last name), had been most attentive to my needs and rendered assistance. Only unpleasantness was children running along the corridor making some noises.
