Very nice private island and unique, the service is very good 👍 all they are very helpful, the food was excellent 👍

this is a unique spot, you can arrive at resort by the resort boat what is very nice. the resort have cosy environment and even they were completely sold out you were no seeing so many persons. the beach is amazing and you can choose your own villa with private pool. the staff is very professional and always there to support you. they some social sustainability activities like planting trees or visit local primary and kindergarten school and give some gifts. they supporting the implementation of system for the children to have water to drink in the school. the involvement of all staff in community is amazing.

It is still under renovation and the experience on the way to the guest room from the front desk is very uncomfortable. On the way, you have to pass the kitchen and toilet, which is greatly compromised and there is no detail at all. The beach is not very clean. The waiters cannot speak English at all and it is difficult to communicate. Don't dare to turn on the lights in the room at night. There will be a lot of huge flying insects. There are also a lot of them next to the swimming pool in the room, making it impossible to swim.

This hotel needs to buy a boat ticket in the royal sand. This is the only two-wave boat that can go directly to the tamu hotel. Although the hotel is on Gaolong Island, it is on the pagoda beach. If you take the boat to Gaolong Island, you actually get to the longset beach instead of the pagoda beach. You need to make a taxi or a motorcycle for about half an hour from longset beach to pagoda beach. So those who want to go directly to the Tam Hotel will need to ask for the hotel mailbox on Ctrip after the booking is completed and then actively contact the hotel. The location where you bought the ticket and then booked it for you. You can arrive in advance on the day. Cash is 44 USD/person/round trip ticket is double the price of other high As for the hotel is very quiet, there is basically no place to go around. No Koh Rong Samloem is beautiful and lively, but quieter Hotel food is not bad, not expensive, two people can eat very well for 20 dollars But the sweet dream hotel next door is better and cheaper. Candle light dinners can also be arranged and there are whole fish. The tamu hotel only has some simple fast food. If I want to play, I don’t recommend it. If I’m in Westport and I have gone to other islands, I want to spend a quiet day. Otherwise, it is not recommended. The people in this group have a poor time concept and are lazy. i absolutely love this place. Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It was really the best choice for such price. Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there. Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it: 1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry. 2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way. The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢 So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

This is Sihanoukville's newest and most luxurious hotel, well worth a stay. The beach club on the first floor is a great place to party every night. The service is also excellent. They take great care of your stay and provide prompt service when needed. Mom was especially helpful during my four-day stay. Thank you so much! 👍👍👍 The downside is that the breakfast is a bit ordinary, but it's authentic Indonesian cuisine, so it's worth a try.

The sea shore is perfect: very nice white sand, comfortable sea entrance that will be very nice for small children. No coral boots needed. Better choose sun beds not close to the sea to avoid sand flies. Very good breakfast - nice choice of fruits. Overall good kitchen at the restaurant - big plates. Trip from the pier costs 5$ per person one way. WC in the room has no ceiling - so you’ll hear your couple doing things from the rest of the room 🙃

The location by the beach was stunning. The hotel was very responsive to my communication before arrival to help with transport to the hotel which happens to be fun tractor driven trailers across the beach. The front desk at arrival was welcoming and helpful including a welcome drink. The hotel is quite a large space so there are buggies and bikes to get around. The room was fine, I wish there was an extra mat in from outside as there was a lot of sand trailed in. We had an executive room with a plunge pool which we made use of. The hotel claimed hot water but we never had any in our room. It is not the hottest time of year so a hot shower would have been great. Breakfast was a small selection of bread, eggs, noodles and some western breakfast items like sausage and beans. It was fine but not amazing, the views of the ocean during breakfast was a plus. When we wanted to lounge by the pool or the ocean we found that all the sun beds were occupied so we had to lay on the sand. Overall the hotel has a lot going for it just a few things that would have taken it from good to great.

The decor is very upscale, though it comes with a high price tag. The first floor hosts a casino, the second floor is dedicated to spa services, and the guest rooms are located on the upper levels. While the service is just average, the facilities are undeniably the best in Sihanoukville. For those who enjoy this type of comprehensive entertainment, I think it's a fantastic spot, as all your dining, entertainment, and gambling needs can be met without even leaving the building.

The resort was lovely. I can see this being the perfect place for family travel. There is a small beach a short walk from the reception. Long set beach is about 15-20 minute walk away. If you land at long set beach I recommend walking to the resort because it's very difficult to find on on a motorcycle. If you do take a motorcycle make sure to arrange for someone to wait at the road to show you the way. Everything else was great.
