This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

The room was very bright and clean, with a predominantly off-white color scheme, creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. The tall, handsome concierge was very considerate. I especially thank the beautiful front desk manager in a black suit who took care of the elderly during check-out. I am deeply grateful and grateful. This trip to Denmark, and even Denmark, left a wonderful impression of the warmth and hospitality of the people. It is a top designer hotel. The location has nothing to say. Super convenient.
Snacks and drinks in the minibar are complimentary, breakfast can be paid for on the 5th floor terrace, the service is great! Enjoyed the last night in Copenhagen!

酒店房間很大，廚房各種設施齊全，冰箱 洗碗機 烤箱 微波爐，各種餐具 油 鹽 胡椒都有。床很舒服，衞生間較小。
就是酒店沒有電梯，房間在三層，把行李搬到樓上費了九牛二虎之力，退房存行李還要往地下走半層。
其中一個房間的窗户外就是旁邊教堂的鐘樓，每天早上大約八點開始敲鐘，十分鐘左右敲一次一次五分鐘，早上還有垃圾車聲音。

Beautiful, modern and cozy design. Location is near the city center but it's a 10 min walk from the metro. Service is great, love the happy hour drinks. To be honest the room design is nice but not too user friendly particularly the bathroom. Would've loved more towel racks and surfaces to put stuff in the shower. During our stay there was also construction so the shower was very weak. Wasn't too pleased with that.

The location is very good. The Red bus station is across the road, and it's 5 minutes' walk to the Town Hall Square. The standard room was upgraded to a suite free of charge due to full occupancy. The environment is comfortable.

It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

The hotel is only 200m away from the train station, which is very convenient. There is an amusement park next door. The breakfast is also good, but I didn't understand at first that slippers and toiletries were not provided (most of Europe does not provide them). Fortunately, I asked the hotel and bought a pair of slippers to solve the problem.

The location is good, shopping is very convenient, not far from the subway station, the airport M2 takes ten minutes, walks about 3 minutes. Very clean, the service is very good and very good! It was the best night in Copenhagen for a few nights. A girl feels very safe to live. Recommended!

The room is big and view to the Tower of Londen is good on high floors. There are coffee machine, microwave, stove and washing machine inside the room, good enough for a few days stay. Location is very close to the metro station, and is convenient to take the circle line metro to many other places.
First day arrival at the hotel was a bit dusty and stains on the floors, but they cleaned up the day after.
Even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, there’s a strong smoking smell inside the room, and couldn’t get rid of the smell even we opened up the window, the smell remained even after our 5-nights stay.From€152

What a spectacular location. The owners have started a Reno and we stayed in one of the newly refreshed rooms. Was great. Everything we needed in the room. It is a real shame the people working there let the place down. From the passive aggressive guy behind the desk to the barman who fell asleep on the couches watching the tv. Visited this hotel the day before my birthday as a treat from my daughter. Room was nice and the beds were very comfy.
Found the staff very unfriendly especially the young lady on the food counter. Very blunt and no please or thank you when we ordered food. We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dockside and had a generally pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement.
Location:
The hotel is a bit removed from the city centre, which means you'll need to plan your travel carefully. We found ourselves relying mostly on the boat to Canary Wharf, which, while scenic, adds some time and coordination to each outing.
Check-in Experience:
The check-in process was a highlight. We were greeted warmly with the signature DoubleTree cookies – a small but lovely surprise. Even more thoughtful, the staff noted that we were celebrating a birthday and offered us two complimentary drinks at the bar. That personal touch really made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
Room Comfort:
The room was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth noting. The soundproofing wasn’t great – we could clearly hear the sea waves throughout the night, which might be relaxing for some, but was a bit disruptive for us. Additionally, the bathroom could have been cleaner. We found garbage left in the bin, which detracted from the overall sense of hygiene and attention to detail.
Overall:
This hotel has some lovely, thoughtful staff and a few standout gestures that enhanced our stay. However, its distance from central London and a few cleanliness and soundproofing issues might not make it ideal for every traveller. With a bit more attention to room maintenance, it could be a much stronger option.SOLD OUT

Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street.
The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious , modernised and eye catching decorations.
I booked for the cheapest a small single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy to browse and watch )and free WiFi .
There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs .
There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees.
The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come.
All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .From€54

We decided to stay here because of the NYE fireworks display which could be viewed at the rooftop only to be told that access to the hotel is not an automatic access to the rooftop on New Year’s Eve and the worst thing is that it got sold out. It was just downhill from there because honestly, we made the reservation just for that sole purpose. I wouldn’t call my stay enjoyable really, not because of the services or anything, it was just the disappointment we felt when everything we planned out became null.
