We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children.
The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first.
I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home.
We originally booked 3 nights and very quickly decided to add on to our stay. Thanks so much Ren and Team for an unforgettable visit!

But for the private pool villa room type, the room is still large, the pool is large, the cost performance is still very high, the service attitude of the staff is particularly good, we have them delivered directly to the villa for breakfast every morning, and will Pay extra.
Another problem is that the room is a single Indonesian building, so it is easy to drop a lot of ash on the ground or the bed if there are birds passing on the roof. Of course, the cleaning staff will do the cleaning every day, but just go back at night There will still be.
The last is the room we live in. The shower ’s water is very weak and the water is relatively small. If you bring a child, it may be troublesome to bathe the child.
