Provide Wrong PIN, I cant get my key from the auto Machine. Not picking up enquiry phone call, luckily a staff from next store show up and call the private number of the household... No Wifi password is provided, but we have been told its show on the fridge.

It was my first time, staying at this hotel Reading the positive reviews I had read online, no doubt I was all excited about what the hotel has to offer. I am amazed by the cleanliness, awesome view and great customer service As my flight was due to land in the early morning, I had written to the hotel management to request for an early check-in. It is worth a recommendation cos there are Asian restaurant and eateries nearby which is about 8 mins' walk away. It is quite convenient if you wanna take the Metro train to the city. It is actually so close to the hotel. I am sure I would like to book a room with IBIS Melbourne Glen Waverly if I should travel again. Might consider to upgrade it. Thank you very much, guys! 💯👍👏👏👏

This is the 2nd visit at Ibis Hotel in Melbourne.  The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. The breakfast chosen was limited for me as a vegetarian.  The only upset is the wifi was so low, hope the next visit can be improves.  The bed mattress was too soft to me, have a back pain on the next day.

The location of this serviced apartment was excellent, situated right on top of the new Glen shopping center. This was incredibly convenient for our stay. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag. While the apartment itself was newly designed and modern in style, the maintenance and upkeep left something to be desired. The kitchen cabinetry was not properly cleaned, the dining table showed signs of wear and tear, and the bedding and closet hangars had a light layer of dust. The shower pressure also randomly dropped to a trickle at times, which was quite frustrating. The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. Instead of a straightforward hotel-style check-in, we had to coordinate with the individual owner by phone to retrieve the key outside the apartment. This added an extra layer of hassle upon arrival. On the plus side, the apartment layout and amenities were generally quite nice when functioning properly. And the location, situated right above the shopping mall, was undoubtedly a major perk. Overall, this serviced apartment has potential, but the lack of consistent quality and maintenance, as well as the cumbersome check-in process, detracted from an otherwise positive stay. I would recommend exploring other options in the area that can provide a more seamless and reliable hospitality experience.
