I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking.

We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold. We were in walking distance to a casino, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!

Marriott rarely disappoints! I believe I stayed on the 11th floor, and the waterfall view was perfectly clear. It was a shame the weather wasn't great that day, but the scenery was very much like the online photos! We bought a package that was supposed to include the hot spring spa, but upon arrival, we found out guests need to book online in advance to use the service. My family and I were put on a waiting list, and unfortunately, we never got a slot before checking out.

Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options. The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

First of all, I’d like to start by saying that this hotel truly has one of the best locations on the Canada side of Niagara Falls. However, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon check-in, the front desk staff tried to upsell us to a “FULL VIEW” room. She kept repeating the word “Full View” and offered several options — 200, 250, 350 — without mentioning any currency. When I asked if there was a discount since I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member, she said she could reduce it to 180, and only then mentioned that it was in USD. I found that very confusing and misleading — we are in Canada, and unless clearly stated otherwise, I naturally expected the price to be in CAD. After some discussion, we decided to go ahead and paid an additional CAD 250 (equivalent to 180 USD) for the “FULL VIEW” upgrade. Our room was on the 40th floor (room 4001). But when we entered, we were quite disappointed to find that the main waterfall view was partially blocked by the building’s red roof structure, as shown in my attached photo. Paying that much extra for a partially blocked view felt very unfair. Later, I checked online (using a different date just for reference) and found that the upgraded room type was only around CAD 150 more on the website — which made me feel even more upset and taken advantage of. To be fair, all the lift and housekeeping staff we met were extremely kind, and our dinner at STK on the 9th floor was excellent — great food, service, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the next morning was another big disappointment. Around 7–7:30 a.m., we were woken up by very loud construction noise — constant knocking, drilling, cutting, and buzzing sounds from above. We couldn’t rest at all. I called the front desk, and the staff apologized and explained that there was renovation work happening on the 41st floor, offering us a late check-out so we could “rest more.” But with the ongoing noise, that was simply impossible. What frustrated me most was that nobody mentioned this renovation during check-in, especially when the staff was actively encouraging us to upgrade the room. Since they were clearly aware of the noise situation, they should have informed us before we paid the upgrade fee — so that we could make an informed decision. I completely understand that renovations are sometimes necessary to keep a hotel in good condition. But the way this was handled showed a real lack of consideration for current guests. Starting such loud work early in the morning, without warning, is unacceptable. And upselling guests into rooms directly below an active construction floor without disclosure is even worse. Considering all of this — the misleading currency during the upsell, the blocked view, the inflated upgrade price, and the unbearable morning noise — I honestly felt that guest satisfaction wasn’t a priority here. It gave me the impression that the focus was more on making short-term profit than on building long-term trust or encouraging repeat stays.

The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it.

Overall, I had a positive experience during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a very short walk to Horseshoe Falls. My room on the 7th floor offered a view of approximately two-thirds of Horseshoe Falls from within the room. (I gathered that two other rooms in the hotel might offer a full panoramic view of the falls). The front desk staff were very attentive and fluent in English, and the housekeeping staff were also very dedicated. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, and a bathtub. Standard toiletries were provided, though, as is common in many international hotels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were not included. The overall cleanliness was excellent, although upon check-in, I did notice a distinct odor, possibly from the cleaning or disinfectant solution. Breakfast is available on the ground floor, which is also where the lobby is located. Considering the price, location, and service, I personally found the hotel to offer excellent value for money.

The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly.
