Останавливались пару раз, меньше чем на сутки в этой гостинице, долго искали по имеющимся предложениям достойный вариант, остановились на этом, так как показался и по фото и по отзывам более-менее. Для Читы наверное это , действительно, не самый плохой вариант: центр города, напротив центральная достопримечательность -парк Одора, в нескольких шагах Площадь Ленина, старенький к/т «Удокан» и многое другое. На первом этаже бюджетный вариант для обеда/ужина, фермерское кафе «Вилка-ложка». Если о гостинице : дизайн интерьера не самый современный, но в целом и персонал и руководство гостиницы поддерживают чистоту и сервис на хорошем уровне. В номерах чисто, есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания: халаты, в одном номере даже были разовые тапочки ( второй раз не нашли), разовые мыльные принадлежности, чай, вода, достаточное кол-во полотенец, маленький холодильник, чайник, фен, шкаф для размещения вещей. О плюсах: приятный персонал, милые администраторы, которые спешат помочь в любой ситуации, есть бесплатная кофе-зона на 6 этаже для гостей ( приятный бонус), при повторном бронировании напрямую порадовала небольшая, но приятная скидка, в стоимость номера входит завтрак, которых можно посетить на 9 этаже здания, в тот день когда мы были предлагали на выбор кашу или глазунью с различным наполнением, кроме этого был небольшой уголок по принципу шведского стола, в котором можно было в дополнение к горячему взять: тосты, блинчики, сладости, нарезку мясную/сырную, масло, джем, сметану и т.д. Завтрак очень порадовал, атмосфера приятная, скромная девушка так же все время не навязчиво, но с вниманием относилась к каждому гостю. В целом гостиница не плохая, огромная благодарность за работу сотрудников этого места. Минусы (скорее пожелание):бывая в разных городах России и не только , невольно сравниваешь цены и предложения соразмерное этим ценам, понятно что Чита далеко не туристический город, но все же хотелось бы пожелать развития и совершенствования такого рода гостиницам, не оставаться в прошлом пусть даже при хорошем содержании номеров и чистоте.

The hotel elevator is far from the front desk and the elevator ride feels bad. The front desk clerk inside is very nice and humorous. The room facilities are very good, but I always feel that there is a irritating gas in the hotel, and the scorpion is not comfortable.
