Clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to the online butler for helping us contact the store and successfully handled the self-check-in.
Ravenna train station came out and waited for an hour without a taxi. Ask the locals to help call the car. The driver saw that there was a farther distance, and he picked up others directly. If there is no luggage, it is convenient to walk from the train station to the hotel for about 10 minutes. If you have luggage, you must find a way to make an appointment in advance.
If you are on Ravennaden Cruise, you can book a shuttle bus on the official website of Ravenna Tourism. It is very convenient. The pick-up point we chose is the visitor center, just a minute away from the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a five-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets nearby, and Ravenna's main attractions and churches are also within walking distance. The interior of the room is quite satisfactory and has complete facilities. Because the room is under the roof of the top floor and the ceiling is sloped, the overall space is okay. There is mold inside the hair dryer. I hope it can be replaced or cleaned. Luggage can be stored in the lobby, and the staff is friendly.

The room is well-regulated, very good, the location is very close to the train station 7-8 minutes away, there is a large parking lot at the door, convenient. Fantastic location and kind, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Very nice lobby with really cool light fixtures.
Be aware that if you depart a cruise boat in Ravenna getting a cab from the train station (or anywhere else your shuttle may drop you) to any hotel is going to take a while. Relax and wait it out. Just as we were checking in there was a couple who had walked from the train station to Hotel Bisanzio each dragging two suitcases because they didn't want to wait for a taxi. I think they regretted not waiting in the taxi line.

The location is very good. The building itself and the interior of the room are old (the shower curtain part was a bit broken), but there is no problem. There are shampoo, soap and hair dryer. When I arrived, I was asked at the front desk to ”cruise”, so maybe I could help you make a reservation. I was told to keep my passport for about 10 minutes for check-in, and I went to the room before the registration was completed. After that, I had them return when I passed the front desk to go out.

My partner and I had a brief stay but enjoyed it immensely, its position was right in the old part of town so all within walking distance. The atmosphere of the area was relaxed and friendly. Our host was full of advice about the area and was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel to all age groups as it is very flexible.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel Centrale Byron as the reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and multilingual. Even the cleaning lady was cheerful which made me feelvery welcome.
The hotel’s location in the historic city centre is perfect for exploring the sights, shopping and eating out (the mercato coperto with its bars & restaurants is just around the corner). The train station is a 8-10min walk away.
The room was practical & convenient: the furniture was not the most modern but well maintained and there was a desk, a fridge, a haidryer and a small tv.
The bath room was tiny and I had to wiggle around the door to reach the sink. But everything was sparkling clean.
My single room had a proper small single bed — something I only know from Italy. I slept well, though. The only thing that was a bit negative was that you could hear your room neighbours through the walls.
Breakfast was served with a choice if cereals, jams, cold cuts & cheeses, breads and croissants as well as real Italian café prepared freshly.SOLD OUT

Special experience, because the decoration and collection of this hotel are museum-level, breakfast is also homemade bread and snacks, super delicious. The clerk was very warm and rustic, and drinks and water could be picked up from the refrigerator. There are beautiful flowers in the courtyard and a lovely balcony.
