"The front desk staff was very helpful but the room was filthy. Carpets had stains everywhere and hadn't been vacuumed. Bathroom also wasn't clean. Black hairs were on the washcloths and in the sink. The counter was also dirty."

"I arrived at the hotel at more than 10 am. There was a black waiter and a white waiter at the front desk who gave me a faceless expression, especially the black waiter was simply very unfriendly! This hotel spends nearly 7,000 yuan per night. This attitude is really speechless! Then told me that I couldn't check in. I left my phone and said that someone quit the room and called me. I didn't check in until more than 2 pm when I received the phone call. When I checked in, I saw that they were still at the front desk, so I deliberately bypassed and replaced another new waiter. The lobby of the hotel is small, but there is no lobby at all. The entrance is just an elevator with a sofa. In addition, you can check in by pressing the elevator to enter the 35th floor, and then change another elevator to enter the floor where the room is located. Completely extremely low value for money."
"Because the first time I went to New York, an Israeli waiter at the hotel reception had an extra bed for free, saying that it was generally charged. I gave a tip and took the capsule coffee machine and the hot water bottle, as well as a large bucket of milk. Downstairs is the mall and supermarket. The supermarket has hot meals, and Sara is packed."
"The location of the shop is ok, the window is seen at the corner of Central Park, you can add a bed, the hotel can valet parking, but the parking fee is quite expensive. And the hotel does not have afternoon tea. There are many restaurants near the hotel and it is very convenient to eat."

"The hotel is very close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and a walk takes place. The rooms are small but beautifully furnished. Two bottles of Evian mineral water are delivered every day. The first day has fruit bowls. Many people in the lobby elevators wear clothes to highlight New York fashion. It was unfortunate that I met an Oolong front desk man and gave me two pre-authorizations. I had to pay a hundred for the prepayment of the house. He brushed a hundred and then brushed for 590 dollars. I didn't point out that he didn't explain this to me. When I showed the text message of payment, he went to the office and said something to another person. Then the person came out and checked that they didn't collect more money, everything was OK, then I asked. What should I do with this money? The man said that he will be able to return it to me. This is a mistake. This is of course a mistake. The lady who came to check did not apologize and said that there was no problem. I am very dissatisfied with this. I didn’t receive more than five hundred dollars in the morning, but I returned a hundred dollars. It was too much. I checked this matter with them when I checked out. They said that they didn’t collect more money. The pre-authorization will be after I left. I gave it back in a few days. They did not collect the money but brushed up the pre-authorization, and did not release the pre-authorization when I left. It was almost a month before I received the automatic cancellation. The rooms in the hotel are very good and good value for money, but for the work at the front desk, remind the Chinese compatriots to pay attention!"
"Walking to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum is very close, the surrounding environment is typical of the Upper East Side, and it is not convenient to buy food outside. The room is extra large and the bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is large, the shower water is like a waterfall, the water is huge and soft, and the bathroom products have their own brand and feel high-end. Evian water and chocolate are delivered every day, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Very satisfied. The downside is that the lobby bar is small and the price of the hotel is very expensive."
"The location is very good and a few minutes walk to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The service staff was also very enthusiastic, but even when I checked in at the front desk, I brushed my card twice, once for one hundred dollars, once for more than five hundred dollars. I asked them why they said that they made a mistake and didn’t consume it. They will return to me one day later. It’s no use to see more than five hundred now."

"like very much! Will stay next time! I heard that baccarat is a French crystal maker. I am looking forward to the atmosphere of the hotel and so on. After I went there, I was satisfied with the service. Even the woody fragrance in the elevator is very attractive ... recommended! Afternoon tea in the hotel is famous, but both my friends and I think the value is more than the taste itself. The price is average ... everything else is good!"
"This is definitely the best room hygiene in the hotel I have stayed in. It is the best for this. The hotel staff is very welcoming and convenient for shopping."

"Yes, JFK was my dad. Tom Hanks' also. Arnold Scwartzeneger's cousin. Audrey Hepburn's great nephew. Erika Mariko Olsen is JFK's grandaugher. Her voice as distinctive as her grandfather's speech. Talented in the art work seen in each. Actress, movie producer, video game producer. Should I be in house do not hesitate for an audience. The Caryle is one of those hotels of quality without having to be a show off. Much as comparing a Bently to a Rolls. I should know as growing up in Pebble Beach we had both. Grandfather by name was S.F.B. Morse owner of Pebble Beach and related to the telegraph inventor. The Caryle will forever be linked to my father. Ask for me, John Kennedy. "
"My husband and I celebrating the beginning of our honeymoon at the MARVELOUS Rosewood property, the iconic Carlyle, upon check in they made sure we had everything we needed and more, we arrived early in the morning so they gave us early check in and that was highly appreciated since we had a red eye flight, room service, breakfast and the wonderful bar Bemelman’s have top notch service! We were delighted with the quality and attention of all the wonderful staff!"

I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 and checked in at 4:30. The standard check-in time is 4:00. Even if it arrived at 4:00, it was still delayed for half an hour. The reason the front desk gave me was that the suite is relatively large and needs to be cleaned relatively slowly. It is 40 square meters How big is the room? I'm also drunk for this reason, but it has nothing to do with the front desk. The cleaners are slow to clean, and the coordination in all aspects of logistics is very poor. As a result, even if the room is cleaned, the system may not be able to check in, because no one is going to update the information. In the United States What a good hotel can I expect, 5600 a night is really better than returning to China with this money for quarantine, it only costs more than 4000 to enter the Upper House in Hong Kong

We tried the ROYALTON because we were looking for a place in NYC with an outdoor swimming pool. And the pool did not disappoint! However the real highlight was the ROYAL treatment the lead concierge Erik gave to my kids - one of whom was starting college in NYC. Erik went totally above and beyond, planning in advance and leaving great gifts (totally spot on!) for them in the room. It was amazing and better service than I’ve had at comparable or even more luxe hotels. I also loved that I could text the front desk for assistance. Can’t say enough good think about Erik! Highly recommended. Especially great I think in summer to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately I ended up getting sick while in NYC so we couldn’t even try the restaurant but we will when we return!

Me, my husband and my friend got in a Tom which has two kings bed. The room is so spacious and with comfy mattress, pillow. The hotel is very nice that allow us check in early as 9am, we were so happy by that. Besides, this hotel could keep our stuff a day long after we did the check out. Generally, the hotel is better than we though, really recommend this hotel for everyone. :)

I really like the location, the view from the room is great, looking directly at the Williamsburg Bridge. In the Internet celebrity hotel, the swimming pool is small but there are many people. Although most of them are handsome men and beautiful women, there are still too many people, so I just looked at it from the balcony. . . Overall satisfaction!

Everything was good, but the resort fee is a bit high. It's cheaper than Hyatt, but even though it's a Hyatt, the hygiene was a bit poor. The bathroom wasn't that clean. But the location was great. If I go again next time, I am willing to go.

Our visit brought us to the Even Hotel Brooklyn for a convention. We could not have been more satisfied. Everyone of the staff that we encountered was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. We loved the room. Perfect for getting work done with the stand up desk and ample outlets and ports. The whiteboard is a super touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom appointments were sensational. It was fantastic to be able to do a mini work out in the room each day with the aid of stretch bands and a ball. Parking was available overnight on the street by the hotel. Parking lot was not needed. THANK YOU to Cris in housekeeping for getting a piece of luggage returned that was accidentally left in the room. We had it back within 2 1/2 days of realizing that it never made it to the car. We can't wait to come back.

Not bad, it feels like the domestic all-season grade, but the quilt is a bit strange, each layer of the three-layer quilt is thin and separated when sleeping. Breakfast is on the sc floor, because the epidemic is of a take away nature. You can take as much as you like, such as bread, juice, coffee, and fruit, which is very monotonous. The only advantage is that the location is very close to where I am going, the exhaust ducts are very noisy when I go to bed at night, and there is low frequency vibration with my ears against the pillow. Security is quite safe. Although I need to swipe the card to enter the elevator room is not very sensitive, the elevator also experienced an accident. It was taken to the top floor without showing the specific floor. It scared me to go back to the room by the stairs. That's it, the advantage is location.

First impressions were positive - nice cool quiet lobby, seated check in and friendly staff. Despite my 11.30 am arrival, I was quickly checked in, but not before being informed that I was liable for a further USD 34 ”facility fee” which included cocktail hour, continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. This practice is a new and unfortunate way for hotels to charge customers extra while avoiding adding to the room rate. My fault for not having read the fine print, however, in this day and age when ALL hotels offer free WiFi, to say that it's covered by the facility fee is simply disingenuous. Further, in a city like New York with its plentiful dining options, charging guests for breakfast is simply a way of forcing customers to pay for a service which otherwise would not be required. I arrived at my room (721) to be greeted by a strong body odour which is common to Indian people. Air-conditioning was noisy and rattling, but I chose to ignore this as the hotel is clearly quite old, as evidenced by the retro fitting of the bathroom and the bedroom furniture and fittings. To be fair, the room (an entry-level ”Premier Queen”) was very spacious, with a 2 seater sofa beside the floor-to-ceiling windows and a queen-sized bed. Wifi was free and fast. I rang the Operator to ask a few questions and was addressed as ”buddy”, which I felt to be overly casual and inappropriate. On another occasion, one of the female recepionists was chewing gum openly when on duty - again, I wonder about the training and professional standards. The continental breakfast ”included” in the above-mentioned facility fee was acceptable in terms of variety and quality, if one could find a seat. The facility comprised several sofas groupted around low coffee tables, and several high-top tables and chairs. The seating capacity was clearly inadequate, judging by the queue of guests waiting for seats. For the price paid, I cannot complaint about the value, but I would not return to this property until a refurbishment has taken place.

It’s a hipster place! Very hip atmosphere, convenient from the subway station. Room is a bit small but I knew so it was ok, but it will be difficult to stay for more than a couple of nights (because it’s too small). Room is very clean and well designed, and has almost everything necessary for short stay. It has a small fridge as well. I really liked the place and want to come back next time, but wish the room was a bit bigger!

Stayed for three nights. Our room was small and had an odd shape. Bed sheets and covers were very dirty, pillows not comfortable at all. Carpet could also use a deep clean. No mini fridge in the room. Wifi kept disconnecting all the time. Be prepared to wait at least 10/15 minutes for the elevator. This is a 29 story hotel that only has three elevators shared by guests + staff. During our stay, one of the three elevators was not working and another one had an issue with the buttons. Would not stay again.

First time trip to New York overnight. The hotel was located well, and close to the places I needed to visit. Inside, it is certainly dated and dark. The lobby area was clean, and the staff very helpful and courteous. We got stuck in the elevators twice while there, and they seem very outdated. One of them kept stopping and ”re-booting” according to the screen inside. It certainly wasn't the best feeling to be stopped 40 floors up in an elevator that seemed quite old and made plenty of groans and squeaks as it traveled up and down. We didn't eat at the hotel, but opted to walk to Gallagher's near Times Square. A short walk for one of the best steak dinners I have ever enjoyed. The room itself looked nothing like the photos online showing bright and roomy features. It was a very small ”Deluxe king” with no real view. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls in many places. There were holes in the furniture and some small holes in the walls. Nothing horrible, but not what I was expecting of this 4 star hotel either. The carpet was thin and worn. The individual air conditioner control in the room was set on 65 degrees but I am sure it was closer to 85 degrees in the room. Thank goodness the windows could be cracked open a few inches, and despite temperatures over 75 degrees outside, the room did cool down some with them open. We had to sleep while listening to the street noise, but at least we were sweating less. The bed was probably as hard as any I've ever slept on. Very uncomfortable. Between that and the heat, we had a very restless night. The price I paid for the room was excellent compared to most other hotels in the area. It is very true that you get what you pay for in this case. The hotel and room served their purpose for the night, but when I do have to travel to New York again, I will be paying more to stay somewhere a little more updated and comfortable.
