The favorite hotel on this trip to Canada was warm and comfortable. The room was reasonably designed. The room was loft. The next floor was a bedroom. There were three single beds. We were more than three. We could live in a family of 5. The hotel is located next to the town of Jasper. Where is the quiet and convenient hotel parking free of charge There is a kitchenette to make simple meals The best thing is to bring a small balcony to sit on the balcony The panoramic view of the Rocky Mountains is like a fairyland
Each room is an independent cabin. The twin room we lived in was not large and the bathroom was small. Each bed was not big. I barely took a four-year-old child to sleep. It felt a little crowded. I called the customer service and asked for a toothbrush. After waiting for an hour, no one sent and called again. I waited for nearly an hour. At one o'clock in the morning, the door knocked loudly. The child was frightened. I was very angry. Feedback to Ctrip customer service. I feel that Ctrip is very reliable. After apologizing, the hotel waived the cost of breakfast. Talking about the charming place. The scenery is really beautiful. Walking in the path by the lake in the morning. Watching the sun shine on the door of the room. Little squirrel and big goose are taking a leisurely walk. Reluctant to leave the price of more than three thousand if not the scenery is really not as good as the price of only one third of the Calgary Airport terminal
On June 22, 2019, I booked through the Ctrip Travel APP, a well-known travel website in China. On July 27, 2019, the night of July 28, 20, the two rooms in the Robson Hill Hotel in Jasper, Canada. Order number: 9992523311, the price is 5480 yuan. But when we have 3 people in accordance with the order requirements When arriving at the hotel today (8:00 pm local time on July 27, 2019), I was told that the reservation had been cancelled by an agent called book ing on July 24th! I immediately contacted Ctrip. The solution provided by the customer service is as follows: 1. Let us find out if there are any hotel rooms nearby. 2. After being rejected, let us have three people living in the hotel, only two beds. The last room; 3, after the rejection again, let us wait until the early morning of July 28th local time to stay; 4, claiming to be in contact with other hotels, but until now no progress! I can only pay nearly 300 Canadian dollars again, book the last room, let friends stay first! Excuse me, is this the so-called assured price assured service that Ctrip has always advertised? Is there anyone in the end who can manage this kind of profiteer without integrity?
The rooms are clean and the external environment is good. The most unaccustomed thing to staying in a hotel in Canada is the shower shower switch. The switch there is from the cold water on the left to the hot water on the right, and most of them only have the overhead shower. Boiling water, first of all, is a basin of cold water falling from the sky! I’m so cold, I’ve been living for two days before I get used to it. You have to hide in a corner first, and then go to boiling water quickly with your eyesight and hands 😂😂
I am very happy, I saw snow in the morning, this is what southerners want to see in their dreams😄😄
The hotel room is good in the scenic area, the bed is big, and the four beds are OK. There are kitchen utensils in the room, the supermarket is very close, buy some ingredients and make it affordable and delicious.
The rooms are relatively new, the parking spaces are ample, and there is a supermarket behind the hotel. It is easy to walk or drive to the center of Jasper town. The staff are welcoming. Since Jasper is right next to the railroad tracks, the sound of passing trains is often heard on the first day of check-in, but I did n’t hear it after 10pm, and I did n’t hear it the next night. I do n’t know if it ’s because of habit, haha. Overall stay was good.
There is a bathroom on the right hand side of the door, and a small water bar on the right comes out of the closet on the left, so the bathroom is small, but the facilities are complete. The room has two 1.5-meter beds, the mattresses are soft and hard, and the room is quite spacious. If necessary, an extra bed should be added. If the weather is good, you can watch the fire burn in the hotel room.
The hotel has its own parking area, free of charge, and underground parking, but did not go, it should be convenient if the weather is cold, do not need hot cars.
First of all, the location, Jasper is so small, smaller than Banff, so it doesn't matter where the location is. The hotel is on the far side of the town, only three or five minutes from the town center.
The hotel is quite nice and very characteristic. The room we were on was on the ground floor, which was semi-sinking, so our windows were slightly depressed facing the ground outside, but we slept for one night. The room was a bit noisy, from the sound of the upstairs floor, but everyone was fine at night. The hallway of the hotel was a little shimmering, and I took a picture of myself to feel hahaha.
The room is quite big and it's OK to put a few boxes. The parking lot is large.
The next day I went to Marin Lake to store my luggage. It was handled by a handsome guy and the service was good.
The hotel is located opposite the train station. You can see the freight train passing by slowly. The first floor of the hotel is the bar. The room was clean and the mattress was soft. The only thing was that the room was a bit dry. . .
