The room is spacious. I felt that a hotel that is comfortable and serviced is important because tourism is exhausted for three days.

Check in staffs are not friendly. Actually they never have been. Have been going to this place for the last two years only because of the location and we have always noticed the unfriendliness of the staffs. They not helpful either. The bistro food and drinks are over priced and food isn’t nice either. We booked deluxe studio room which according to my booking the room has wardrobe/closet and bottled water and our room didn’t have any of that. It was a very basic room. Don’t trust the pics on website as it’s misleading. However, thumbs up for the location and peaceful environment. Staffs and management needs to listen to the reviews and change their attitude of running the hospitality business.

Quite perfect, my request for the hotel is still very picky, the hotel star in Wollongong is not high, but the facilities and cleanliness of this suite should be close to 5 stars, very good

Older and smaller. The view of the room was not good. The swimming pool didn't know who broke the cup. A mother reminded that there were fragments in shoes, and it took a long time to see the staff to deal with it. Not worth the price
