"I adore this hotel. Making plans to come back 20 days in may. Breakfast is flawless. Service is flawless. Rooms are immaculate impeccable and gorgeous. Staff goes out of your way and every capacity to help all their clients. Food on the other hand is a bit pricey. There is a place where you can walk about 350 m from the hotel that has like a food court with upscale restaurants. So I advise to go there for lunch and dinner if your breakfast is not included. The only problem I would say with this hotel is that the reef is not perfection. Water was cold of course I was in there in the month of December. I find zero flaws with this hotel. They have a guard dog for sniffing bombs and they even treat the dogs well. I adore this hotel it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life!"
"The hotel is beautiful, very special, and the service is great. The hotel's Italian restaurant is also very good, just Valentine's Day, very romantic, and will come again ~ Yes, and the teacher can take the children to various activities throughout the day, Parents can move freely ~"
"This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen, with world-class scenery and service. I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Sharm el-Sheikh."

"We travelled here as a family of four in the May half term. Made to feel very welcome the moment we arrived. Check in was smooth and were quickly shown our room. It did take a while for house keeping to make the beds up for our children, and after a few calls this was rectified. Insect repellent supplied in the room. Booking for the a la carte restaurants was simple, using a QR code at 9am the day before. Food in the restaurants was all great quality and ample choice. Plenty of space around all the pools we visited and always lots of towels available. The water park is great fun and a short ride on the golf buggy. No queues for any of the rides. We watched a few of the shows they put on in the evenings and we all enjoyed them. We didn’t visit the spa other than on our last day to shower before our journey home, but from what we saw it was clean and well looked after. My husband and I both used the gym and it was well equipped. Our room was very well looked after, as was the rest of the resort. We did a bit of snorkelling which was great fun and well stocked with life jackets if you needed. It’s about 15mins travel time from the airport. We would definitely return!"
"As a repeated guest since 2013 (except for the two years of the pandemic) at Rixos Seagate, I think my review shall be very objective. I stayed for 4 nights with my family in a Family Suite (Rooms 14005 & 14006 between June 10 until June 14). It is clear that during June the hotel was experiencing very high traffic. For the first time I had to stand in a queue at the Reception to check in which is fine. Nothing is wrong with that. The issue that bothered me was that most of the old staff, whom were very professional, had left the hotel. The majority of the new staff is good but hotel's management needs to enhance the behaviour of some of them. My comment is rather generic not to point fingers at anybody. On a positive note, I would like to thank Mr. Assem Essam (Reception), Mr. Moustafa Anwar (Reception) and the Reception Manager for the effort they exerted in resolving some issues that I faced upon check in. I am looking forward for another visit to RIXOS Seagate but this time I hope not to see the negatives I bumped into this time."
"First of all it was the most beautiful time Me and family spent As usual Rixos was the best in everything But the staff are the real star Starting from the reception with Mrs Haidy which really is an excellent image for the hotel Then Mr Yousif on the sea(snorkeling) area who really made our stay non forgettable by his dedication at work and encouraging us to beat our hesitation to see our beautiful sea Then the super star Miss Soha from the kids area which my kids keep remember her from the last year she is working with our kids by love and passion and of course her team also are great Thanks Rixos"

"It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again. "
"Hotel was perfect. Food was absolutely perfect. So many specialty restaurants! I loved the seafood restaurant! I love the Turkish restaurant! The food was to die for. The drinks are not what I would call top shelf but they are also not what I would call bottom shelf. Stuff flawless perfect dreamy they did everything to make sure you were happy. The only flaw I would find with the hotel was the dream covid they didn't enforce mask restrictions on their gas. Ukrainian seem to have an aversion of wearing masks! Paid around $200 with tax for this room for two people all inclusive. Fantastic deal and worth every single penny. The question I always ask myself is would I come back here again? Yes absolutely! Brief is a little tricky have to walk pretty far out to get to it but there is somebody who is watching people in the water which is important because tide changes and was very surprised at how far out of drug man such a short amount of time and I'm an excellent swimmer. So be careful in the water. Lots of fish in the reef! So many swimming pools for you to choose from. I give this hotel six Star Plus rating review. Very impressed!!"
"We visited Rixos Sharm in may2022 ,No wards to explain how amazing this hotel and staff is.Everythings is made for comfort hotel guests. We definitely will back. All services is 5+++.Thank you Rixos again from bottom of my heart 💖."

"Meals: Three meals a day, many varieties, but it is still not good for the Chinese ... But eating several all-inclusive hotels in Egypt is not in line with Chinese taste, so bring some instant noodles with chili sauce ... … There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel. There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. It is very comfortable to stay inside ~ Room: I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the room is still very good, 4-5 star hotel standard, the brother cleaned up very cleanly, I did n’t want him to come in and cleaned up, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, But the cleaning brother will pay attention to when I go out and come back every day, and then come to chat with us to clean up the room, so be prepared to change some money as a tip. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is also very good, bring a small balcony, the balcony view is probably Figure 5 Figure 8 Beach: The hotel has a private beach, but it is not with the hotel. You need to take a car at the entrance of the lobby for about 10 minutes. The beach is not large and there are many people. Figure 7 is the beach, but there is a free dining table provided by the hotel on the beach. There are some salad bread fries drinks ice cream, but I have to say that Sharm el Sheikh is really good underwater! Just a few meters from the beach to snorkeling in the water, you can see a lot of live corals, schools of fish, the big Nemo, and you can see a lot of things when you dive in Sharm! But it ’s really cold in February. It ’s still after March. Water park: This should be the selling point of this hotel! Oversized water park! Every project has staff, and it's all free! !! !! This hotel has a part of the water park. The main point is that the hotel next door is a group with this hotel. With a bracelet, you can go in and play during the day! The water park of the hotel next door is also very large, and it does not duplicate the water project of this hotel. There are also water roller coasters that are larger than the roller coaster. Because the weather is cold, we usually start playing after noon. The water parks of these two hotels will be played. 2 days Service: The front desk staff's service attitude is average. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. It was so prominent that every time the brother who was in the event atmosphere group wanted to bring us to play ... even the staff at the hotel asked why we came here ... Chinese rarely know this place ... except for the staff The front desk brother is average, others are good In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Is the cheapest hotel in all platforms! Cheaper than booking and agoda! And customer service is always online, like one! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ..."
"We had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is lovely, nice and clean. The gardens are lovely to look around and the people that work there work extremely hard. We were in room 7103. The air con was great. The bathroom was nice and clean. We had a lovely cleaner called Mohamed. He did a great job of cleaning the room. He was such a friendly, kind person. We could literally jump into the pool from our room. The restaurant we went to every night was called the Mediterranean. The service was great. One person that stood out from them all was Mohamed Abdallah. He would go out of his way to find us a table and get us drinks. Nothing was too much hassle for him. Thank you Mohamed, you made our holiday special. There was a large variety of food, which we all found delicious. My husband especially enjoyed the BBQ food which was cooked outside the restaurant. The chefs worked hard to produce lovely food for lots of people. Main entertainment was great and enjoyable to watch. The bar staff in the main lobby bar were friendly and funny. 2 people that stand out are Mostafa, I think he was the manager and Islam Mohamed. We would walk in and they knew what drinks we wanted! We also had great table service. My son is 10yrs old and he loved the slides. We all went on them together, they were fun! If you go over to their sister hotel, the slides are bigger, I’d say more for teenagers. "
"I'm writing this on my last night here. We have had a great time. Here with my 9 year old son. Entertainment - great day and night - Sofia the English Girl was great and kept popping over to check we were all OK. Everythung from Aqua Arobics table tennis yoga and evening entertainment was a mix - even got on stage for the Quiz Night - Sofias fault lol. Food - everyone's taste is different - its fine, always something to eat - our favourite was the Italian with fresh pizzas. Drinks - plenty of drinks till midnight - spirits are local, I kept away from the wine as its like rocket fuel lol! Room - lovely, everything we needed and the gut who looked after us (room 3124) was always welcoming and friendly (didn't get his name but deserves a shout) Staff are great - big shout to Islam Mohammed at the La Cannelle bar - most friendliest guy we met! Definitely come back again! "

The breakfast is very rich and the buffet is great! The environment is very good, the attention is very good! It should be difficult to find a hotel in such an environment in the country. The sea is very clear, all kinds of blue, the hotel's private sea diving can see a lot of small fish and live coral, beautiful. The staff is also very good, the hotel is very big, if there is a chance I will go again, can play for ten days and a half. There are fewer overseas hotels and you can enjoy real vacation and relaxation. The hotel is close to the airport. The only downside is that there are few children's play facilities, suitable for couples, because children are quiet and quiet.

The hotel must have been nice 15-20 years ago. Since that time, no one has normally cleaned the rooms or made repairs there. The place is good, the beach is huge, its own reef is also large enough and with good fauna. The food is weak, it is filled to a maximum of 10% now. There is no animation, bars and pools do not work except for one, small, unheated. A good place for those who are not confused by the quality of services and want to enjoy the peace, tranquility and beauty of the sea ... there are no shops within walking distance, you need to take a taxi. Our visit was overshadowed by the problem with double withdrawals, as they saw the booking through the Trip.com app too late and on the spot demanded to re-make the payment, which neither Trip nor the hotel could return so far. That is, the service was paid twice !!! We are waiting for a solution to the problem ...

On arrival I was very pleased with this hotel. Setting; The stunning setting , the lush green grounds, the range of clean swimming pools and bathing areas, the large spacious air-conditioned rooms filled with high-quality furniture. You can access the Red Sea and snorkel from a private jetty on the beach. When we were there, there were not many guests so plenty of sunbeds on the beach and around the pools. Plenty of fresh towels. Plenty of umbrellas providing lots of shade. All of the public spaces were beautifully clean. We loved the lazy river. Watch out for mozzies in the late afternoon and evening. Use a spray or stay covered. Food: When you book a five star hotel and request the all-inclusive package, you do expect all things to be included, and you expect good quality. As the days went on we realised that the all-inclusive package at this hotel was very limited. It advertises 4 restaurants, But only 1 and 1/2 of these are all inclusive. The others are subject to full charge and are similar to London hotel prices. We discovered this by ordering a large gin and tonic and receiving a bill of £25! In the main AI canteen, The food was catering mainly to local and Russian taste pallets, we enjoy our food and did adapt to this, however tended to stick to food that had been cooked fresh rather than the great vats of hot food that was being kept warm for hours…. I would say the catering is 2 or 3 star. Drink: Wine lovers will be very disappointed with the AI offer. The house white wine is just awful, The house rose is barely acceptable, The house red is not bad and best option. Other wines can be bought and range from the price of £25-£400 per bottle. Service: Another contrast. All the staff were friendly and helpful, however in the restaurants the table service was not good and We sensed the management team did not understand what this should look like in a 4 or 5 star hotel. An altercation with the food and drinks manager left us utterly shocked at the lack of professionalism when dealing with a disputed item on a bill. The manager pulled a bartender to us and said “ if you don’t pay for that I will take it out of this man’s salary“ Way to go! How to motivate and engage your workers 🙊🙈 Be prepared to be pestered by sales staff from the Hotel spa. There are half a dozen of them and they will each approach you and try and sell you the treatments. They are quite persistent and resort to some interesting methods! We will not be returning to this hotel. Ever.

This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. The rooms were very well kept and very clean. The view from the bedroom was absolutely stunning. The food was very good and varied. The pool was excellent, and the beach was nice as well. I do have some concerns: 1. The staff seemed a bit out of practice and overwhelmed. At times a few of them were even unprofessional, joking past the bounds of propriety. I witnessed an incident on the beach where a staff member quite literally yelled at a guest in front of the others, which is very unprofessional. 2. The beach is large, but you only have a small space to actually swim in the water. 3. There are MANY stairs, and not always an elevator near by. 4. The remote in our room didn’t work well.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.

let me start by saying the staff are lovely , the taxi driver , security are amazing the pool and room was very clean maintance of the hotel is very good. the breakfast was horrible same thing everyday some of the chefs are super rude moody , 0 hygine , nobody to serve you. every morning had to wait for someone to come and help us be served while the chef will be ignoring the staff or on hes phone. honestly very dissatisfied. if they changed the restaurant standards the breakfast options and the attitude of the chefs wold recommend this hotel. food from the previous night served on breakfast , food is cold honestly shocking the food

We went for the first time to Sharm el sheikh and the Cleopatra Luxury resort. And wow, we will definitely go back in the future! The animation team does their very very best to include everybody and they do their job with love. Always a smile on their face! Sam, Bero, Coco, other Sam, Katja, Alona and Sabina, thank you so much for making our trip amazing! I will miss you guys and hope to see you again when we come back! The service on the pool was also very good! Mohammed and George of the poolbar did their very best to provide us with the best drinks, our drink wasn’t empty yet and they brought us already a new drink! When we arrived in the morning, they always said goodmorning and asked how we were doing. Also the life guard Araby was always there for us! Helping us with the towels, providing pillows, replacing the umbrella for shade… when he saw we were doing something ourselves, he immediately came to help us! Thanks for the wonderful stay! Only the guy in his blue shirt (I don’t know his name) wasn’t very friendly. He talked to the staff and when we said hello, he never answered. The coral reefs by the hotel are breathtaking and the life guard Boyca knows so much about the fish that live there! He can show you exactly where to go to see more special species. I even saw a big seaturtle! The only TIP I want to give for the pier is that it would be nice if there were some lights to lighten op the sea. That would make the evening scenery even more special. The personnel in the pili pili pub, the market and the beach grill were also very friendly and helpful! They treat you like kings, queens, princes and princesses 😉 You’re all doing great guys! Hope to see you all again sometime!
