"I have stayed at many Four Seasons properties. If I quit my day job, I would probably become a luxury travel blogger/consultant specializing in Four Seasons. I now compare and contrast my two stays at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston and the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston: OVERALL IMPRESSIONS: FS Boston: 5 out of 5. Classic, elegant Boston hotel, recently renovated, with typical amazing Four Seasons service and a more understated, old-money clientele. FS One Dalton: 4 out of 5. Brand new ultra-skinny skyscraper with very trendy/youthful vibes, tons of tech in the rooms, and an ostentatious "see and be seen" nouveau riche clientele. Many great staff, but some serious service problems too. SERVICE: FS Boston: 5 out of 5. The service at FS Boston was UNIFORMLY excellent and up to the very high Four Seasons "Golden Rule" standards. FS One Dalton: 3 out of 5. The service at One Dalton was 90% excellent and up to Four Seasons standards, and 10% awful. I would like to start with HUGE KUDOS to the following staff, all of whom were SUPERB: 1. Sean, front desk manager 2. Meghan, front desk 3. Louis, in-room dining 4. Housekeeping team 5. Pool attendant team 6. Bellmen, valets, and doormen 7. Servers & bartender at Trifecta 3/26/22 8. In-room dining team However, there were two staff members who did not meet -- or even come close to -- Four Seasons level service standards. Rest assured that I have sent an email to the GM at One Dalton privately detailing their transgressions."
"OVERALL: Brand new ultra-skinny skyscraper with trendy/youthful vibes, tons of amazing tech in the rooms, and a "see and be seen" vibe. Many amazing staff, but a couple major service mishaps. SERVICE: The service at One Dalton was 95% excellent and up to Four Seasons standards, and 5% ... well, I'll omit any adjectives. I would like to start with HUGE KUDOS to the following staff, all of whom were SUPERB: 1. Louis, in-room dining 2. Reed, GM 3. Meghan, front desk 4. Sean, front desk manager 5. Entire housekeeping team 6. Entire pool attendant team 7. Bellmen, valets, and doormen 8. Servers & bartender at Trifecta 3/26/22 9. Entire in-room dining team However, there were also a couple major service mishaps. I advised the GM, Reed--who is excellent--and he has addressed the issues. SUMMARY: This place has TONS of potential to become Boston's top hotel. The rooms are incredibly high-tech and modern (auto shades, mirror TVs in bathrooms, tablet to order whatever you need, 75" TV, Nespresso, well-stocked minibar, etc.). I did also recently stay at the FS Boston (200 Boylston St.) and felt that it was a bit more kid-friendly and the service was more uniformly excellent. However, if you are a young couple, solo traveler, or business traveler looking for an ultra-hip stay in Boston, you probably can't beat FS One Dalton. Final note: Don't miss the pool on Floor 7. It is phenomenal. Underwater music like FS Maui. PRO TIP: Get the FS App on your phone to order poolside cocktails (A++)."
"I'm a native of Boston. The hotel was booked as soon as the hotel opened. Unfortunately, they postponed the opening date so my booking was cancelled. Overall, the service is very satisfactory, but it seems inadequate as a Four Seasons hotel. The hotel room design is average, the pool will be very comfortable. Bathing supplies were originally provided by Roja, but they turned into REPLICA, which dropped a lot of grades. House Car Hotel's free drop-off service is free within 2mi. The hotel has only one BMW 7 Series. Compared with New York's Four Seasons, Rolls Royce is used, which is a little too wide."

"The hotel with low price/performance ratio may have poor lighting due to the small floor of the hotel itself. Maybe because there is a room that looks like a tall building, so there is no sunshine."

"Two beds in the room, three adults, one child, the hotel service, very good, the father’s waist is not good, the hotel added a piece of wood, and the position on Simmons is very good. It’s a minute to walk from the subway station. It’s just a ten minute walk from the Chinatown Park. The only downside may be that there is no self service laundry."
"I booked a room of about 30m2, a king size bed, an extra bed. The bed is very wide, about 2 meters, children under 18 years old are free of extra bed charges and can live together. Hotel location is very good, next to Boston Park, cross the road"
"Nice, the location is in the center of the city, next to the park in Boston. It is also very clean, and the rooms are mostly larger than in Europe. Breakfast should be registered and queued, and then arranged."

"The Langham, a historic hotel in Post Office Square occupies a building whose former life was the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Public spaces are opulently endowed with high ceilings, museum worthy oil paintings, intricate marble floors, rich woods, jewel tones, touches like lobby lamps in dark green akin to the old fashioned bank teller ones of yester-year, select antique banking gear, deep sofas and plush chairs. Situated in the heart of the towering Financial District, the Langham is walking distance to the city's biggest attractions, Think: Faneuil Hall, old State House, the North End, the Seaport and others are all a stone's throw away. The hotel is well endowed with event and function space and as well, displays artistic endeavours depicting the history of the Banking System by adorning the lobby walls and throughout the hotel's public spaces. The real gems of The Langham: however, are the rooms and my top floor retreat included creature comforts like a spacious layout, a heavenly bed and a massive mini-bar for my delight. Crisp blues and whites form the colour palette that inspired a cheerful and calming aura accompanied by a sitting area with comfy chairs for relaxing. Built-in millwork graced the quarters with a decorative table for dining or homework and a wood floor panelled the entryway along with a gracious view of the cityscape. The bath was outfitted in massive white marble complete with heated floor, steam shower and double sink. The property's staff spares no time or effort executing their guest assistance. The Langham's two on-site dining options are hopping establishments. The FED (how appropriate) is a street-level bar that serves elevated pub-fare, raw bar seafood and inventive cocktails. For something special, ask for the 'Vault Sprits' or construct your own seafood tower (as I did) from all the credos and local oysters your heart desires. The cocktails sound groovy and delicious and I frothed at the 'Kool & the Gang' concoction which featured gin, raspberry, lime, ginger and a top tab of aquafaba .....pretty cool...I didn't,t know whether to look at it or drink it....I drank it. The main restaurant, Grana, occupies a spectacular area in the hotel, the former Grand Hall of the Reserve with soaring ceilings, ornate chandeliers and velvet banquettes. The menu is chocked full of American and Italian classics with breakfast items like Panettone French toast, omelettes, Belgian Waffles and fresh baked items. Turning up the food fare a notch for dinner......how about lobster ravioli, beef and pork bolognese, and stew cioppino. I was intrigued by the Spaghetti Pancake brunch item (rock shrimp ragout, toasted garlic, garden herbs)...this was terrific. and of course ...whats a menu without dessert....this one is in the form of cannoli, panna cotta and tiramisu....could be more Italian. So if you are searching for prestigious accommodations, in a location with a historical flavour along Financial lines and rewarding dining v"
"For a long time now we have wanted to give this property a try and this week we finally pulled it off and could not be happier. After a harrowing ride in due to weather, we were warmly greeted by Dorian and Lawrence who immediately put us at ease with their hospitality and great humor. We had a delicious dinner at the Fed which is their restaurant and bar where we met Dany, another friendly, exceptional soul who demonstrated that meeting three outstanding employees in a row is no accident. Clearly this hotel is blessed with a winning HR Manager and strategy. If you travel frequently as we do, you know that an exceptional stay hinges upon the quality of the staff. A beautiful hotel (and this one is beautiful) is either amplified or reduced by the people who work there. Our room was clean, modern and elegant with a beautiful city view. The next day we encountered three more exceptional staff members. We had breakfast at Grana where we met Jean who could not have been more friendly and professional and who answered all our questions about France where he is from, we then met the lovely Banquet Manager Gladys who took us on a complete tour of the historic parts of the building and wedding venue. Then we met Tamasha at the front desk who was so kind to show us the lovely loft suites where we plan to stay on our next visit. As you can imagine, we are thrilled with our stay and excited to come back again soon."
"The location is very good, it is very convenient to go to the surrounding tourist attractions, it can be walked. The hotel is old, but the facilities are relatively new. Trapped in the elevator once, but fortunately resolved in time."

"Retro rooms, vintage elevators are especially interesting. It is said that there is a good day material downstairs, but unfortunately there is no chance to try it. The room was really suitable for living, and I wanted to stay there all the time (*ꈍ꒙ꈍ*) but it only took two days. The only thing that is not very satisfactory is that the scenery is only outside the trash can (눈_눈) Did not try breakfast, look at it next time."
"The hotel is so beautiful, it seems to have a history of more than 100 years, the staff is very nice, it is a little expensive, and will consider staying next time."
"Lovely staff who were very helpful situated in a very nice area Room quire dark and small even though there was a living room Very small bathroom though Just not for us Staff tried very hard to accommodate any needs"

It is only a few hundred meters from the South Station. It is very convenient to catch the early train and it is not far to Chinatown and Macy's. The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are large, and they are all close to the domestic five-star. The front desk said that there is free coffee in the restaurant on the first floor (the coffee machine in the room is Keurig's American style is relatively light). There were two fire alarms in the evening, and the fire station was opposite, and the fire truck arrived immediately. In the end, they were false positives, which really made people sleepless.

Hotel location is great! Close to the Back Bay station transportation hub, the famous attractions Boston Public Library, Trinity Hall, copley square. The Freedom Trail, Boston public garden, and Boston Common are all within walking distance. The hotel itself is rich in history and was built in 1912, blending in with the surrounding historic sights. Shopping and dining are also very convenient, and across the road is the large shopping center copley place. This area is over the river is MIT, it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to MIT, Boston University and Harvard. By the way, there are free buses at the airport, but if you don’t just touch them, you are not recommended to take them. The logo is hard to find. I just happened to be in the airport hall, and when I got off the bus, I stopped at the hotel and it was a surprise. In short, very recommended hotel.

We planned a trip to Boston to visit family months in advance and were so excited to stay at The Liberty. But we DID NOT know about the Final Four and US Open being in town the weekend of our visit. Mark Shiro SAVED our trip by helping us with transportation at the very last minute when no one else could. He is the best concierge we have encountered anywhere ever. Amazing connections. Boston IS his town! The service at The Liberty is truly exceptional. Don’t stay anywhere else. He will make your stay outstanding.

Very satisfied. The hotel has large rooms, new facilities, heated towel racks, fruit in the gym, coffee machine on the first floor, hot water, tea making, and free of charge. The hotel is very close to the shopping center (Prudential Mall,), about 10 minutes walk. The subway is also about 10 minutes. Very convenient. I will stay at this hotel next time.

Really good location, not far from that attraction. Going out is the subway station is extremely convenient. The room was clean, I always used anti-dirty sheets, but this hotel was useless. There is a cup of coffee and a muffin cake in the morning. The facilities are very complete and the service attitude is good.

Parking is free, standard American hotel, big bed, but the shower is small, the bath is uncomfortable, breakfast is standard American breakfast, coffee, milk, tea, banana apple, cheese, boiled egg, quiche, sausage, tube No matter how good, this price is a good price in the case of high housing prices in Boston, can not be too much luxury, if the gap is large according to domestic standards, there are train tracks on the side, quiet at night, but there will be many after 8 o'clock in the morning Shuttle bus, love to sleep late will have an impact, go out and turn 500 meters to have a gas station and 7-11 convenience store, there are subway and some fast food restaurants around the hotel, suitable for self-driving tour, but the hotel has free airport shuttle service, it is convenient. The Boston subway is convenient, but it is broken and slow. People need to be comfortable at the same time to see the scenery or use uber to take a taxi. 20 to the downtown Quincy market. It is almost the same price at the airport. The tourist attractions are very concentrated. Finished, the long dock is also on the side, it is recommended to go out to see the whales, a wonderful experience! The hotel does not have slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, most American hotels now need to bring their own. The parking fee in the city center is scary, and 40 knives are capped in two hours.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It always amazes me how magnificent (large) it is. It is really conveniently located. Very centrally located in between very touristy streets of Boylston and Park Plaza and walking distance to CBD area, while tucked away in a relatively quiet street one block away. I did not use the facilities other than the bar and coffee shop, which were great. The room I stayed in this time, a king size bed, was a bit small; the bottom of the bed was too squished close to the TV and wall. It should be okay for one person, but it would have been a bit difficult for two people. The air con was cranked to high and I couldn't find room temp controller. It was a hot summer stay and I did not mind it too much, except for one day when I stayed in my room to do a bit of work.

Breakfast is ok, but the variety is relatively small, no vegetables. The hotel is only a few kilometers from Boston Airport and has a free shuttle bus. Staying here, traveling to downtown Boston, it is not very convenient to take public transportation. You need to take the hotel bus to the airport and transfer to the subway there. It is convenient to choose to take a taxi or a water taxi, but the price will be more expensive. If you carry a lot of luggage and have plenty of time, it is recommended to stay in the same brand of hotels in the city. The price is much lower, and the dining and sightseeing will be more exciting.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Back Bay and 10 minutes to Central Park. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the Charles River to cross the bridge and to MIT on the opposite bank of Cambridge, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to Chinatown. Half an hour walk to the Museum of Fine Arts, Northeastern University, Quincy Market is also half an hour away. Anyway, you can walk anywhere you choose to live here. The downstairs of the hotel is a good western food. When you go out, turn right, walk a little and then turn left. There are very good pizza restaurants and many very good western restaurants. Diagonally opposite the hotel entrance is 7-11. I stayed once 5 years ago and I missed this location. This time I was renovated and the hardware and software have been greatly improved, especially the public bathroom, which is very clean and also Enough, there is no queuing situation again. The room is relatively small, and the location is too good to have too much luxury. In short, it is better than expected. This price should be very cost-effective in the center of Boston.

I always stay at the Embassy Suites Logan Airport when I have an early flight out of Boston. It's location is its high point. Of course, it's running 24 hours a day and the staff does its best, I think. Rooms and facilities are fine, shuttle service is every 15 minutes. I was the only one in the shuttle at 4:30 am. One word of warning, Google Maps doesn't know where the hotel is so don't rely on Google Maps.
