"Very good hotel service is superb. The clean and unspoiled bed of the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and the scenery is beautiful. Dinner on the 8th floor restaurant was very noisy when it came to a classic car dinner and the restaurant’s style was not good."
"The highest hotel in Athens, the location is very good, eating and shopping are very convenient! Hotel breakfast view can directly see the Acropolis, great!"

"When I was younger, I spent two weeks in Greece to visit various places on the Peloponnese peninsula, but up until this year, I had never been to Athens before. I am someone who likes to explore places, and I often do not have day by day plans - but the one thing that is always important for me is a good base, a place to come back to in the late afternoon or evening to relax. I generally am not into nightlife, so I usually spend evenings in my accommodation - so I try to make sure to book a good place. I was tempted to go for a cheaper option, but after the last few years and all the stress, I decided to treat myself. Why earn all that money if I don’t use it right? I spent nine days in the Academias Hotel in Athens. I chose it because the location seemed ideal on a map. Fortunately, the reality also was not a disappointment. I visited the Acropolis a couple of times. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk there, but I also saw that there are bus connections if you do not like to walk (I LOVE walking, because you also get to see more of the places and can sometimes come across interesting shops, parks, etc.). I could go on about places that are within easy reach, but you’re probably more interested in the hotel itself! The check-in was easy and I felt very welcome. There wasn’t a grumpy staff member in sight (hotel staff in certain places in the UK could learn from that friendliness!). I tried to impress with my few sentences of Greek that I learned, but fortunately, staff in this hotel has no problem with other languages. Not once during my stay did I have an issue with staff. They were all polite and respectful. The big plus for me also was that they did not annoy me. Friendly yes, but they did not make me feel harassed like it can happen in other hotels. While I did obviously check out photos of the hotel in advance before I booked, I was pleasantly surprised by my room (I booked a room with a king-sized bed). Everything was very clean, and there were BOOKS on the shelves. That was really a nice touch, I think. The bathroom was HUGE, and let me tell you: the showers are awesome. You’ll really appreciate a good shower after an active day in Athens, especially in summer! It was lovely! The room was nice and I had lots of space. The writing desk was perfect because I’m a writer and always in need of such a space! There was even a nice little coffee machine. Of course, also the usual stuff like a TV (with Netflix access!), shampoos, all the stuff you’d expect from a high quality hotel. The hotel has a lot to offer in addition to your actual room. There is a gym (I didn’t use that, I didn’t go on holiday to work out) and also a spa if you are into that. Worth a mention is the food as well. There’s a great restaurant with excellent views - and the food is just as excellent, which makes this a wonderful eating experience. Breakfast was also excellent, I really can’t complain. If you feel like trying something else, there are also plenty of restau"
"This is an excellent hotel in Athens. It’s location is great for exploring central Athens. The service and rooms were excellent. They also have an amazing rooftop bar. AC worked great in the rooms. Has a small gym too. Will stay here again when in Athens."
"This hotel is in a good location because it is newly opened and many taxis don't know. In addition, the roof garden restaurant has not yet been completed and needs to be completed by the end of September."

"This hotel just opened in April 19, and all the facilities are very new. The hotel is very strategically located in the heart of the center of Athens, next to Syntagma Square and very close to the Parliament Building. It takes only 5 minutes to watch the changing of the guard ceremony. It’s only one street away from Ladies’ Street. It’s convenient for eating and shopping. Several Ctrip’s well-received restaurants and well-known Chinese restaurants are nearby. This hotel is an apartment-style hotel. The rooms in his house are all suites. There are two-bedroom and three-bedroom rooms, which are very suitable for families traveling with the whole family and families with elderly and children. This time we booked a three-bedroom suite on Ctrip. The total is 72 square meters. This should be a pure indoor area. It feels like the room is very large. Among the 6 people in our group, 4 elderly people feel comfortable living in it. The layout of the suites is very reasonable, and the facilities are also readily available. The foyer was transformed into a separate living room, with a double sofa bed, a bar counter and a kitchen integrated, there are special kitchen appliances, induction cooker, coffee machine can not only make coffee, but also hot water, very convenient for the elderly. In addition, this suite has two bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom and the other is in the living room. The layout is very reasonable, and bathing and toileting do not affect each other. The two adjacent bedrooms also have a connected balcony, and the curtains are automatically controlled by switches. Bathroom appliances are also very complete, hot water is fast, and water is sufficient. The hotel’s restaurant is on the second floor. Although it does not have a large total of four tables, the environment is very good. Two Greek beauties served us. They were very enthusiastic, always smiling, and tried their best to meet our requirements. The meals are also rich. There are several kinds of jam and condiments to match the bread. The coffee and black tea provided are also very good. The breakfast is buffet style. We were very satisfied with what we ate. Overall I am very satisfied. I stayed in Athens for a total of 5 days and 4 nights. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I feel that this is the best, and it is more popular than another old hotel on the same street next door. It's so much better. We stayed at that hotel for one night when we returned to Athens from Santorini. In contrast, apart from breakfast, the facilities and rooms are far worse than this one."
"Modern, clean, well-appointed and centrally-located hotel in Athens. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe suite on the second floor. Despite what other reviewers noted, we were not bothered at all by any road noise. It was nice to have a living/ktichenette area and 2 separate bedrooms/baths. Pictures and other reviews don’t really depict how small the bedrooms and bathrooms are, but there is very functional use of space despite being compact. The trash can in one of the bathrooms was hard to open, shoved between the toilet and the wall due to limited space — but small issue. Malin + Goetz toiletries seemed like they were refilled, not new. One bathroom had a different brand of toiletry altogether. Our room was kept very clean by housekeeping. One towel did have a stain, but all others were fresh and clean. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. We had omelettes and coffee in our room every morning, which was a treat. Beds were comfortable. USB ports for charging next to beds (or anywhere in the room) would have been appreciated, but perhaps the world is moving away from these ports. A big deal was made about getting a “welcome drink” on arrival, which turned out to be sparkling lemon water — a bit underwhelming. There did not seem to be an open restaurant/bar on site, but many options on the bustling street around. There was no pool or gym if that is important to you, but we did not mind. Overall, great stay. Pros outweigh any cons, and would stay here again."
"This hotel is a little gem. It has an amazing location. The rooms are modern and brand new with fully digital controls for the a/c, blinds and lights. Very comfortable beds and a great breakfast served in the room. The staff are amazing and super friendly. On our check out day we left at 5.30 am and they had prepared breakfast bags for our whole group. Really thoughtful and kind. I’d love to stay there again."

"This hotel is awesome. The hardware facilities and service standards are absolutely first-class. The lobby is very magnificent. The top floor restaurant overlooks the Acropolis. "I feel good all night in Athens. It is more than 9 am when I arrive at the hotel. The front desk directly helped me to check in. I did n’t wait until 2 pm, because I have to catch a boat to the holy island early in the morning. The breakfast time is 6:30. The hotel said that it could be provided on the first floor early in the morning, and it couldn't be more intimate. The staff explained the use of each facility in detail after being delivered to the room, which was particularly good! In addition, the roof garden on the 10th floor can see the entire Acropolis."
"In Athens, the location, hygiene and service are very good. Within 3 minutes, you can reach very authentic Chinese restaurants and pedestrian streets, Constitution Square, restaurants on the tenth floor can see the Acropolis, and 10 minutes to the Acropolis. Breakfast is normal, anyway, according to domestic requirements, it can only be said that in Athens, it is great"

This hotels pool is CLOSED. The hotel does not have air condition in their rooms. Drapes are dirty and the building looks run down. If this is a 5 star hotel I am llama !! Location is good and staff is good. Breakfast was cold and greasy with sugary juices that tasted like Tang. Nice view on the balcony but they are too cheap to heat their pool in the winter!!! The entire service of the hotel in almost every interaction we had with the staff was extremely bad. They operated against our direct instructions on who is allowed to charge what rooms (we were a group of 10 rooms), and didn't take any responsibility for there actions. Additionally, in the morning breakfast, the forced us to spleat the group into number of tables although they sitted us at first together and as a group, they than forced us to split. When we requested to speak with the manager, there answer for a number of days was - ”he is not here”, there is nothing we can do. There entire attitude was disrespectful and one of their lobby employees has even raised his voice on us. To sum up - I would not recommend to anyone to come and stay at this hotel, nor will I or any person / company connected to me will everstay at this hotel or the chain ever again. They should be ashamed.

The hotel location is very good, about 500 meters from Constitution Square, there is an airport bus and subway directly to Constitution Square, but it is not easy to get a big box on the old street. All sights are within 1000 meters' walking distance. The restaurant on the 8th floor of the hotel is particularly complete and spectacular to see the Acropolis, and you can also see the night view at night. The rooms are large and comfortable, the service is good, and the breakfast is very good. I stayed 5 days back and forth. I would come to bed every afternoon to send chocolates. The balcony door could be opened from above to adjust the room air. The bed and quilt were very comfortable.

Started out great. We had a nice room at the start of the trip. Breakfast buffet is decent. Staff was very nice. We checked out for a few days, since we were going to the islands. Upon return, we were “upgraded” into a higher level room… the room was almost 80 degrees and smelled horrible, of mildew and mold. We decided to go walk around and put the air conditioner on low. When we returned the air conditioner had barely cooled the room off but the smell had gotten better. We tired to go to sleep. After about an hour in The room my husband and I had sore throats and itchy eyes. At 1230 in the morning we went to the front desk. At first the person we talked to didn’t want to help us. They decided to check the room out. It was hot and smelled of mold. They changed our room. To say at this point I was beyond disgusted with the rooms and couldn’t sleep. I now have a horrible cough (not covid related). The hotel is far from 4 stars. If you make a right instead of a left outside the front Door you’re going to run into all the **********s. Buyers beware, You could have a great experience or a horrible one!

The experience had its pros and cons. In the good very nice breakfast and clean room when we entered. Unfortunately we agreed not to have a cleaner for her three days overnight and on the second day she was inside and cleaning. When we told the people in charge the answer was I was not at check in and they apologized. The second bad thing was that Netflix did not have a TV this time, nor did it have an internet connection.
