2024 Reviews: Denmark Rivermouth Caravan Park Reviews from Real Guests.

Lovely spot and great for kayaking. Unfortunately I spoke to someone who said we could come at anytime only to get ready and then get a call saying we could only be there at 2. The cabin available had two bunks and a queen bed. We then brought another child but were told we could only have a villa. This cost another $300. Even after I explained one child always slept in the same bed as parent, we still couldn't have the other. The villas also have no oven which meant we had to plan dinners. For $365 a night, there should be an oven . Will go to Big 4 next time.

Tidy and well maintained park. Friendly staff. Ablutions very good and modern campers kitchen. Good walking paths into Denmark. Nice to be close to the river. Lots of bird life - pelicans, parrots, ducks and ducklings, etc. Watch out for the greedy seagulls.

I have seen so many negative reviews about the Rivermouth Caravan Park that I had initially tried to get my husband to change our reservation to another Park. So glad we didn’t - we had paid a deposit so figured we should just try it for ourselves. The Reception Staff were very pleasant, welcoming and informative; the sites are big and easy to access - even with a 24ft Van. We’ve now had a couple of days here and have discovered that even if the Toilets are cleaned early - I’m not aware of when they are cleaned - we have not been inconvenienced at all. I don’t believe there is anything we could complain about regarding maintenance - although I guess we’re not here during a downpour of rain. That can cause inconvenience at any time anywhere. Overall we definitely would recommend Rivermouth Caravan Park Denmark WA.

this caravan park has a great location but it needs to lift its game , toilets / showers are clean but have no hooks to hang up your clothes or towels ( WTH ) , bugger all rubbish bins were out in the park until the park flooded due to a summer storm and people had to dispose of all their perishable wet items , gee why did the park flood ?? the storm water drains were all blocked ( hello maintenance ), also cleaning the toilets and showers at 9am does not really work , i have noticed others have commented on this, obviously no one really cares what the customer requirements are . I must say that is location close to Denmark town centre is a bonus but at the price charged we wont be back in the foreseeable future !!!

Stayed here for 3 nights.. very clean park.. the only problem I had is that the amenities block gets cleaned at about 7.30 am.. just when most people r getting up and going to the toilet and showering.. I was needing to use toilet really bad and it was closed at 7.45am.. when I asked .. can I come in.. she said no.. u have to walk right across park to use other block.. how stupid to clean that early.. at least let people get showered and done for the day before u shut toilets.. so we didn't stay longer as we was going to as demark is a lovely place..
