Çalışanlar çok nazik ,özellikle müdüre hanım harika incelikte.Herşeyi son noktasına kadar takip ediyor ,kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz.Odamız harikaydı,çarşaflar tertemiz ,banyo pırıl pırıl ,yemekler kesinlikle Türkiyeden gelenlere de hitap ediyor.Herşey bizim için harikaydı

Prespa Hotel is a lovely hotel, I’m just back from a week here, istayed half board and travelled solo. The food in the main restaurant is very good, nice quality, always hot, and very tasty. The hotel is nice and quiet, with mostly Bulgarian guests. During my stay every member of staff interaction I had was very pleasant and the staff were very helpful. On the Saturday night my dinner was moved to the bbq restaurant because of an event in the main restaurant, this is a lovely restaurant and id recommend eating here during your stay. My room was 233, next to the lift but wasn’t noisy and very handy, I had views over the valley. The bust to the liftsis regular and the driver is very considerate, like I said before, the staff are excellent. For the value of money, it cost similar to the Snazhanka, it’s excellent, much better than the snez and much better value as I didn’t need to find somewhere else to eat.

Excellent place! Friendly staff. Great food. Not quite modern look, but clean and well maintained. This hotel offers a free transportation to the slopes, together with your equipment. Dinner could also be included at a very reasonable price. Recommend for families with kids, or ski enthusiasts.
