This is an older, smaller building, which we thought we would try instead of a larger facility. There seems to be little to no maintenance at this facility. The staff at the reception desk was very nice. There is one newer elevator. The one at the front of the building is old, very dirty, and has no certificate posted in it. The room had been renovated, and was nice enough, but on our last day there, we saw 4 roaches, at which time, we packed up immediately and left at 12:15 a.m for our 10+ hour road trip home! I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Trust me when I say this, you can get a nicer room for the same price if not cheaper somewhere else on the Blvd! The "new" management staff is terrible and you can be sure that I will NEVER stay here again!

5 reasons not to stay at Jonathan Harbour 1. Unprofessional-ism...staff member Ramón cursing in the lobby in front of customers 2. Roaches in unit 3. Staff member calling room at 1am trying to get credit card information illegally and management covering up incident and not properly handling situation which leads me to believe they are involved as well. 4. Room service never provider towels. Each day of a 3 day staff I had to call for fresh towels. 5. General manager lack of concern. After staff tried to commit credit card fraud to 5 other customers as well. She never contacted me. Its been 3 days.

Huge room separate beds so if you have kids they are on other end of room with bath and kitchen between them so you can have fun with your spouse best room I've had at Myrtle Beach and I've stayed in a lot of hotels here at least 40 different ones from garden city to North Myrtle Beach

Jonathan Harbor staff are working daily on upgrades, renovations of the exterior & interior! I see the hard work and improvements everyday. It is beautiful. They are very professional and quick to answer questions & get request completed more than timely. The unit we rented 506 is managed by Booe Reality, Christie James. It was deplorable when we first arrived. Lots of issues. The Jonathan Harbor staff & continued upgrades & improvements on the units they rent has been what has kept us here.
