2025 Reviews: Paradisus Punta Cana Resort All Inclusive Reviews from Real Guests.

First time to the Dominican Republic. Hotel and the ocean was great. The hotel staff do a fantastic job taking care of the place and guests. My wife wasn't feeling well on our second day there. The lady who cleaned our room, Valentina Bierd saw this and while she straightened up our room she would make my wife camomile tea and ask her if she would like anything else to make her feel better. Very very nice. The staff who worked at the North bar were fantastic also. Jose Espinal was a great bartender. Always ready with my cerveza con limon y Mama Juana. Elizabeth Diaz, Yonairi Solano, and Juana Espirutusanto also were standouts at the bar. My son very much enjoyed how, " Cool" everyone was and didn't want to leave. We definitely will be coming back.

Truly amazing experience, fantastic food especially passion and the streakhouse. Pay the extra money for passion it's worth it. Bartenders are all friendly even people who don't need to be nice are. Special shoutout to these workers for standing out so much for truly elite service. Beautiful beach, but that's it. We are here this week (7/16-7/20) and arrived yesterday...so far disappointed...the place is filthy. And I get it, we arrived on a Monday and it's the off season, so you're best workers are likely off, but just some examples are empty cups lined the "not" so crowded pool and looked like they'd been there for days, empty plates outside too many doors and at all times of day, waking up this morning to what looked like a huge party at the gazebo and the floor is littered with cups/bottles/etc. Overall lack of cleanliness is offensive. Separately, Grey Goose is not part of the all inclusive "top shelf" liquor, $5 for each drink with Grey Goose.Bring your own cups for cocktails by the pool as those are paper cups.

Our experience was poor. Service was poor. Trying to make dinner reservations was difficult and if they couldn't find your name on the list, you got a bad attitude from the hostesses. Our teenager couldn't use the gym because it's 18+. Our shower pressure was horrible and there was nothing they could do about it. Couldn't find a manager or someone who could speak english clearly to discuss this with. The pool and beach were lovely but they had too many kids activities at the pool which kind of took over the pool. The beach did not have enough shaded areas to lie down.

Everything was good we spoke the language so we enjoyed the staff and they loved us. they want us to come back. No complaints. I must say though there were some rude vacationers from the other side of earth no manners at all!! We from USA no promblem!!
