We arrived here early afternoon on a very hot day after a couple of busy days in Salzburg and the morning in and around Hallstatt. We were hot, sweaty and tired and this place was the perfect antedote. A large, clean, en-suite, cool room with a comfortable bed and a fabulous shower with good towels. A cold shower and a nap and we were restored. The table and chairs provided were perfect for diary notes, maps and route planning and a couple of glasses of wine using the glasses supplied in the bathroom. A kettle ,mugs and coffee/tea were also great for a hot drink later on. Parking right outside the front door. Only downside would be the narrow staircase if you have mobility issues. The hotel was easy to find and our room was quiet overnight. Recommended.
