I spent one night in the Bailem Hotel, everything was fine! It is located in a quiet area close to the main road, so it was far from the noise, I could sleep peacefully! All the restaurants, shops, Sidewalk mall were within the walking distance. My room was not really big with the small window but quite comfortable. I used the swimming pool, it was kept clean. There were turtles, snakes, fish in the hotel’s area. The staff members were so kind and supportive! The price was affordable so I definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at this guesthouse for three weeks. The room was very spacious with a separate wardrobe, shower, and toilet. It was bright and cozy, with only one downside: you have to get used to the roosters crowing in the morning. The grounds of the guesthouse are quite large, featuring a dining and work lounge, a lovely swimming pool, a cozy yoga room, and hammocks. There is also a kitchen available. Our stay included breakfast, which was diverse and very delicious. The hosts were very friendly and kind; we felt at home. P.S. The cutest puppy in the world also lives here! Thanks Iva and her colleagues for the great service.

The room is small, we took it because it was close to the airport. I definitely wouldn't stay there for more than two nights, it's too small. But overall it's not bad. The staff is great. The room was dry (I think this is a problem in Bali, there's dampness everywhere)

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and well-maintained by the cleaning crew. The housekeeping was the best aspect of this hotel as they were on top of maintaining top notch cleanliness in the rooms. The bathrooms of this hotel were big enough and toilets were sturdy. AC worked well and kept the room cool. The pool was nice and had a special area for small children which was great. The cable package was also good with plenty of western channels. The only drawback was the location. The hotel is very near to GWK park but other than that it is not walking distance from much. The hotel is centrally located BUT you will likely have to take Gojek/ Grab to go anywhere you want. Not much but a few convenience stores and small restaurants was easily walkable. Oh the food here is truly subpar and not worth the money at all. Overall, the hotel is pretty good for the price tag.

I went out with my family. It's a small hotel, but it's very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel does not include breakfast, but you can order it separately. The taste is also good. The surrounding area is quite lively. It's very convenient to take a taxi to many places. I recommend it. It's good value for money.

Cleanliness: be prepared for the rooms to be very dirty. We stayed in two different houses and had the same problems. There was a lot of hair in the shower drain, when I asked for it to be removed, a guy came, pulled it out and put it next to the drain. Also, the rooms were quite dusty in the corners and other hard-to-reach places. The bed linen was clean. Location: it was fine for us, because it takes about 20 minutes by scooter to get to all the places on the peninsula, but there are no reputable places to eat nearby. Convenient transit point. Comfort: clean and beautiful hotel grounds, clean pool, comfortable sun loungers, bats fly over it at night, very beautiful. Staff: in general, they are relaxed, resting and letting you do whatever you want. They don't close the pool at night, but they are not particularly eager to help you if there is a problem. Overall the hotel is not bad, but there is very little light in the rooms and not enough cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

I loved this stay! It was quite and cosy, while you are close to the big road but doesn’t here it. The staff is the sweetest people I ever met. I broke my toe and the woman got some aloe vera for me (without asking for if). They ask me every day how I was and if I need help. Felt so safe and good there!

Great little houses, not expensive. There is air conditioning, a bed, a table, bedside tables. Breakfast in the neighboring warung. They cooked scrambled eggs and omelette and coffee for 20-30 minutes. The staff is responsive, we checked in in the morning. The downsides are that you can hear trucks farting as they go uphill and hot water, which may not be enough for a second stay. But everything is great, I recommend it. And yes, the road to the hotel is a bit unpaved with stones and a descent.

The staff at the reception are very courteous and helpful notably one lady 'Ayu'. The restaurant or housekeeping is perhaps understaffed - I am not sure since we had to remind through the front desk that the plates and cutlery needed clean up after the room service was ordered. The aesthetics of the hotel are excellent but some maintenance in form of facelift is perhaps due. The property boosts beautiful swimming pools and gentle soothing tropical traditional music offering a very warm welcoming feeling. The family room which we opted for is large and spacious with large 2 single beds, a large king bed and a nice private jacuzzi. The restaurant has a decent choice of western and asian breakfast options with decent choice for vegetarians too. The hotel had kept ready breakfast boxes upon our request for us at 5:30 am since we had an early morning flight to catch. We felt this is a good sign of hospitality which other bigger brand hotels should also follow in other destinations.

A great villa for a large family holiday, very spacious and beautiful interior. Excellent location, to the sea and cafes very close to go, there is a embankment. Daily fast and clean cleaning, even the pool is cleaned once every 3 days!! (It is always clean, and big, very nice there to swim). Mega benevolent and responsive staff! They cover all the minus even!)) exactly once again would have returned to this villa! Still super jacuzzi on the second floor, a lot of greens and in general everything is beautiful! From the downside the note (not for the purpose of criticism, but for the purpose of review to improve): - a lot of mosquitoes (we bought in every fumiguator rod, there are a penny in the nearest store) ”There was no soap, only shampoo and gel for the soul (yet note that on the 2nd floor of the villa there was no hygienic soul or ershika, which was a little uncomfortable..), but after the request the soap was given, However, it was kind of not soap but a tool for washing dishes 😅 by the way it was in the kitchen! And the sponge was that very convenient. In general, it is very recommended to stop here!

the villa is indeed beautiful, however i would not recommend staying here if you are coming with elderly and young children. the floor throughout the entire villa is very slippery and you always have to walk with caution. altho they did clean up the room, there were huge spiders that fell off from the ceiling on our first night. it was horrifying and i had a bad fall from that. the staff was helpful, he came in to catch the spiders. however i am extremely traumatized by this incident.

It was such a great experience stayed in this unique hotel in Bali !! About 1hour ride from DPS airport . It could be a bit confusing for the driver to find its exact location especially at night 🥹 ! I love the tranquilities during my stays . Greetings from friendly & attentive staffs ,on top of that the foods served were not bad either . We enjoyed our time in the Prana Mountain resort quite a lot and appreciate the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The garden and surrounding of the resort is remarkable in the middle of the nature and invites to take hikes in rice terraces or the rain forest far away from the typical tourist spots on Bali. The resort is build on old rice terrace and the garden is beautiful and natural. The pool with fresh water without chemicals is a nice highlight after a hike. We stayed for three nights with the children and could get well along. The restaurant is also nice and serves good delicious food throughout the day. A few things could be improved: - the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, also the bedding cleanliness - the mosquito protection around the beds is getting old and could be replaced or repaired - a hair dryer in the rooms would have been nice

My stay at Renaissance Uluwatu was overall very enjoyable, with several highlights that made it memorable. The Clay Craft restaurant was truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to participate in their fruit carving activity, and it was such a unique experience. Special thanks to the instructor, Farhan, who was not only professional and patient but also shared fascinating background stories about the hotel, adding a wonderful personal touch. The Navigator team was outstanding, always ready to offer helpful recommendations and assistance, and the Duty Manager was highly diligent and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay. However, there were a couple of minor issues. My room’s telephone didn’t work for the first two days, and I noticed that the bed linen hadn’t been properly cleaned upon arrival. These details could use some improvement. Despite these small setbacks, my overall experience was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!

I really liked the stay. The cabin rooms were very nice, the bed was wide and the pillows and sheets soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. In the rooms, in addition to towels for the shower, they also include bathrobes and flip-flops for the pool or bathroom. They offer varied and rich breakfast. There are some very calm dogs all over the place which is super normal and they come up to you right at breakfast time. The service is very nice and professional. The only negative in our opinion was that the shower and toilet do not have a screen to separate them and when you shower you get soaked. Not counting that detail, this hotel is highly recommended and we would stay again if given the opportunity.

Our stay was nice. The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it was located next to the golf course. There is also a swimming pool available. Although it is a bit far from the beaches and the main area, having a bike makes it convenient to get around, and there is an option to rent bikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Я полюбила это место всем сердцем, останавливаюсь здесь уже второй раз. Чисто, комфортно, уютно. Хороший вежливый персонал, хорошие постояльцы. Кухня, место для отдыха, кофе, чай, вода и тишина - все есть. Если не обращать внимание на потертости, то место действительно отличное! Единственное - проблема с розетками, так как их очень мало, рекомендую взять с собой удлинитель, но я и без него отлично справлялась. Обязательно вернусь🫂
