My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Cannot fault the place at all. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was to die for. We had an issue late at night with a window in the room, we were moved rooms with an offer of leaving our stuff in the original room to collect the next day, we were then given a fruit plate and a bottle of fizz to apologise, then a call from the manager. We were fine with it all but this went over and above what we expected. The pool area was very clean. Our beds were so comfortable and pillows were top class. Bathroom was lovely too with a great shower. 10/10 I would definitely stay again but be aware the hill up to the front door isn’t for the frail and I pity anyone who has to push a wheelchair up. The beach is within walking distance but they put on a free shuttle once a day. Palma is a €2 bus ride away on the No.4 from the Main Street but again they offer a free shuttle into Palma, we thought it best to get our bearings on a bus so we knew how to get back. Nice restaurants within a 10 min walk.

We spent three nights here mid May. A lovely, relaxed few days in a great hotel. We will return. Staff friendly, beach in front is great, beds are super comfortable, lovely views from our eighth floor balcony. Yes Cala Major is not the most upmarket place but the hotel is on the outskirts and as far as we could see the first location from Palma centre that has a proper beach rather than a marina view. Ten mins by taxi to the city centre. Hotel restaurant was great for dinner when we arrived late at night and a final lunch before we left. Breakfast was great. Two minor points- firstly our toiletries in our room were not full, they should be filled before every guests arrival I feel. By the end of our stay getting hair conditioner from the pump was a five minute job!! Secondly breakfast buffet (superb choice) needs small plates and spoons need to be laid on the table with knives, forks and coffee cups. Minor points. We will return, we have decided it will become our child free mini break spot!

We had items stolen from our room and the staff had a very disappointing attitude towards taking any action. We were given assurances that the matter would be investigated and rectified, but needless to say at staff change over, it just became someone else’s problem. Absolutely appalling service in relation to this. Would absolutely not stay here again due to theft by housekeeping. Take all your belongings with you every time you leave the room or stay somewhere else.

If you choose to come to the island for vacation, it is a perfect hotel choice! You can go directly to cala mayor beach from the hotel lounge, not big but like a great private beach, not many people. It takes 2 minutes to walk to bus No. 4 and you can go directly to the city center. It is also very convenient to find some restaurants or go to the city. The sea view room is really facing the whole sea, so beautiful! The room has a balcony and Bluetooth stereo, and all kinds of facilities are also very complete. Hotel service is very good, because the day of departure to catch the plane early in the morning, the hotel helped us arrange the taxi to drop off and also helped us pack breakfast, very nice

A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. A very regular bus link brings you into Palma and there is a bus stop directly outside hotel . The guys on reception are super friendly and you get the warmest of welcomes . A big shout out to Lucia , Bernat I have stayed in many hotels around the island over the years and they are the very best I have come across. Gerry the night porter is a delightful character. We stayed in a junior suite with balcony. The only negative I will say is that there is no separate bathroom. And I didn’t like that but that is my personal opinion. The furnishings in the room were very comfortable and of a high standard the bed was simply amazing. A very nice rooftop again with quality seating. It really is missing a bar area somewhere to sit and enjoy the surroundings. All in all it was the most enjoyable stay . We look forward to a return visit. And I highly recommend this to anyone thinking of booking .

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and on the first day we highlighted a number of issues with our room to reception. The lock on the balcony door was broken, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the fridge in the room wasn’t working (was turned on but didn’t cook anything). We were told the doors had to be closed for air con to work, we had the doors closed so We were told maintenance would come look at the issues. We had to call reception twice as no one had called to the room. As we were leaving for dinner, maintenance arrived, the guy was carrying a fridge. So we headed out and left him to it. When we came back that night, the lock on the door to the balcony had been fixed but the air con wasn’t working. The heat in the room was awful. We went down to reception but was told there was nothing she could do until the morning. She gave us a fan that they were using on reception, it was filthy dirty and didn’t cool the room at all. We did not sleep our first night there as the room was too hot. The fridge was not fixed and was not replaced with the one maintenance brought. The next morning we went to reception again over the issues and said we expect compensation for our first nights stay as we didn’t sleep. We were told they would speak to a manager. And Was told again they’d send someone up to the room to look after the issues. We insisted on moving rooms. The air con in the next room was slightly better but still did not cool the room. The fridge in the new room also did not cool anything down. We asked for ice at the bar and was told no, would only give us 1 cup of ice, even though their fridges don’t cool anything. I don’t know if it’s because the air con system in the hotel is rubbish and needs updating or if they’re being cheap and not turning up the air con centrally but it made the rooms really uncomfortable. We went back to reception a couple of times to check if the manager was there or if they had spoken to a manager and was told no. Terrible customer service, we had to suggest a room move and offered no compensation for our first night. Nice location near beach, that’s about it.

Fantastic hotel, rooms were very clean. There was lots of reviews saying the staff were rude. However if you do stupid things like turning up to dinner when it’s just closing they would probably be quite keen to kick you out because they need to clean and get home to there families duhhh. That asides the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done enough to help. The bus stop was across the road. I will stay here again. Only booked breakfast and it was very good loads of choice and fresh

I stayed for 11 nights in September and loved this hotel. It was very good value (I think because the decor is dated but everyone worked well) I had great views from the 7th floor, the pool was large with nice relaxing background and reasonably priced pool bar. The breakfast was ok, not great but could find enough of what I liked. The staff and manager were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

Just returned from a 4 nights stay at this hotel. WOW! I do not stay in fancy hotels usually so this was a real treat. We received a voucher for a welcome drink which we enjoyed on the rooftop pool area. The pool area does not have a lot of Sun loungers so keep this in mind if you want to be able to sunbathe. We booked a jacuzzi room and had read a few negative reviews about it. The rooms are incredible! They get sun most of the day, yes they are overlooked by apartments but the people don’t stare down. Yes you can see over the wall to the rooms next door but once you are lying in your lounger or in the jacuzzi it’s absolutely fine. The rooms were immaculate with lots of nice touches like free water, robes and a really good hairdryer. The breakfast was amazing!! Lots of variety and good for setting up for a day of walking around. The hotel is close to Jaume III shopping street and around 15 mins from the Cathderal. We took the bus to Cala Major beach which was around 15 mins. The hotel staff were really nice and the place was so clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. We booked Nou Balares as as part of a Jet2 City Break. This hotel is absolutely superb, it is well located, and immaculately clean and tidy, but one of the best things are the staff. A special ‘thank you’ goes out to reception who went out of their way to provide us with information on everything from where to find a pharmacy on New Year’s Day, to opening the lift on New Year’s Eve, so we could all go on the roof and watch the fireworks. Breakfast, though a slightly limited menu, was delicious and freshly cooked every time. The small courtyard is a lovely sheltered place to have coffee and a snack and the food in the restaurant very tasty at reasonable cost. An excellent powerful shower and everything you need, in your room with nothing you don’t need. The hotel represents excellent value for money, particularly if you are budget conscious. 10 out of 10 !

My friend and I shared a twin room The hotel is like a maze of delights. On our floor there was a plunge pool and across the road is a jacuzzi We had one night and had to stay another as BA cancelled our flights. The service was great, the breakfast just perfect and on our last day….The beach club with the pool was such fun. The hotel is well placed and close to the main shopping area and Cathedral . We certainly didn’t need a car and enjoyed much of Palma by foot. I cannot recommend this quirky, contemporary hotel more. When next in Palma, I will definitely book this hotel again.

While visiting Palma in Majorca, we stayed in the JS Palma Plaza because of its location and its price. Everything was as it should be ! There was a welcoming mini bar with water etc. when we arrived in the room. The room itself was very clean and tidy, spacious and functional. It was well equipped with shampoo, shower gels, lotion, conditioner and a good hair dryer. Maintenance was done every morning. Spa, gym and sauna available for a small retreat. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were able to answer all of our questions. breakfast/lunch/dinner menu in good prices and decent quality (Value for money). Worth a visit.

This is my second visit to hotel Gloriasauntjaume and it really was as good as, if not better , than I remembered. The location is just fantastic , literally a stones throw from all the key areas yet in a quiet street . The facilities are superb with : A fabulous roof terrace to enjoy coffee , lie in the sun , cool off in the plunge pool with jacuzzi or to have a cocktail ( I really recommend the Gloria cocktail of vermouth /cava) watching the sunset over Palmas church steeples/ roof tops. ( my default on this trip!) Better still when the sun sets move to the indoor pool and spa area - these facilities are just a real luxury that you really do not expect to find - with pool , sauna, steam room and loungers you can continue to relax and unwind !! Hotel rooms are just beautifully and stylishly furnished /decorated in the period yet practical incorporating Bluetooth sound systems and smart tv systems and great lighting - I was lucky enough to get allocated room 103 on this occasion with 2 huge floor to ceiling 12ft windows with balcony and free standing period bath with art deco lighting - but my previous room allocation was equally grand I didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant this time for dinner but I heard great things from a fellow guest - what I can testify for are the breakfasts (and cheese board)- the quality and presentation of every item was just first class and the cooked menu choice just superb- a taste sensation !! BUT as always it’s the team at any hotel can make or break an experience and this team are just soooo accommodating - from my initial enquiry and throughout my stay each and every person I met ( reception , bar staff , breakfast staff , chef , room service and maintenance ) were genuinely friendly and welcoming wherever possible anticipating my needs - a special mention to Laura from breakfast , Lisa from the bar and of course Daniela and the other front of house staff ( apologies I didn’t get all your names …but each one of you enhanced my stay in some way ) Just a fabulous hotel - the hotel manager should be very proud of the team they have !

Compliments to the hotel staff, who were all consistently friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping even bent over backwards to help us fix a zipper hook. While the building has seen better days (broken faucets, loose ledges etc.), we felt very much at home. It is conveniently located close to the center (a 25-minute stroll away) with good parking opportunities and lots of dining areas closeby. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious and the breakfast had a great variety of choices that changed daily. Only the coffee from the machine (with what tasted like artificial milk) was a bit of a let down, but it was possible to have it black with real milk from the buffet. The hotel also has a nice concept of supporting local artists so you'll be able to enjoy all kinds of artwork in every nook and cranny as well as featured artists in the hotel's own Art Galleries.

I extended my stay at this hotel from 5 to 10 nights because I was really satisfied with the value that is provided here. The hotel has an interesting character and is built in colonial style, with many pieces of art and antique furniture which I liked a lot. I also loved the trees and the fact that it's adults-only. However, the waiters in the restaurant and in the pool area could be more attentive, pro-active and friendly. Overall my stay at Araxa was a success.

Ten mins by taxi to the city centre. Hotel restaurant was great for dinner when we arrived late at night and a final lunch before we left. Breakfast was great. Two minor points- firstly our toiletries in our room were not full, they should be filled before every guests arrival I feel. By the end of our stay getting hair conditioner from the pump was a five minute job!! Secondly breakfast buffet (superb choice) needs small plates and spoons need to be laid on the table with knives, forks and coffee cups. Minor points. We will return, we have decided it will become our child free mini break spot!

My positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

We stayed at Hotel Ca’n Cirera for a night whilst visiting Palma. The hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing with the cathedral practically next door! You’re also only a short walk from fantastic bars and restaurants and most of the main sights the city has to offer. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful old manor house and has remained faithful to the history of the building. However the rooms were noise proofed and were comfortably fitted out with everything you could need. There is also a great little cafe in the inner courtyard which is its own oasis of calm and a lovely spot to have a coffee. However the star of the whole experience was the hotel manager Mariana.

The hotel itsself is beautiful, lovely decor and rooms. Immaculately clean and cleaners do a good job. The hotels location is about 10/15 minute walk to the cathedral however the surrounding area of the premise can only be described as sketchy? This may be due to the time of year and not many tourists around. A few negatives which contributed to the 3* review - We had a room which overlooked the road and cafes. We woke multiple times a night from the reception door opening/closing beneath us and also the late night sports bar situated two doors down. It was open till the small hours of the morning with drunks screaming and on one occasion fighting outside. This isnt the hotels fault of course but perhaps better sound proofing is required. The shower pressure wasnt that powerful either but unsure if that can be improved.

The hotel is great with trendy decoration in the rooms and an ideal location. (20min walm away from harbor to bo on a boat; a few minutes away from Santa Catalina spots, I recommand Santa restaurant and Sala Luna for dancing). Thank you to the Brondo team for making my Friday welcome dinner so memorable (with the amazing decoration!!) and also for the kindness of the staff who was always so attentive and working to make our lives easier. The hotel is a little old fashioned but we found the room was clean and the hotel was quiet which is all you need for a city break. The check in process was very straight forward and the gentleman on the desk was really helpful with how to get around the city. We hadn’t pre-booked breakfast and just wandered down in the morning to see whether it was worth it and it was, there was plenty of choice of fruit, cooked breakfast and pastries. There was even a basket with some gluten free muffins. The castle is close by, within walking distance and worth walking up the steps to get the views. The cathedral is a bit of a walk but it’s a pleasant walk along the harbour front and it is a flat route so not strenuous at all. The hotel also offers free entry tickets to the Joan Miro museum if you go to their sister hotel which is up the road from the museum and is about 8 euros in a taxi from Sercetol. The taxi to the airport is only between 20 and 25 euros. The local area is much quieter so we had a decent sleep and the bathroom provided free shampoo, shower gel and soap. I would recommend this hotel if you are happy to spend some time walking to the main tourist sights and see it as a base for the night.

AC Palma on Mallorca is located about 20 minute drive from the airport, PMI. Whilst being a 15 minute walk from the main shopping streets, the hotel is just minutes from the waterfront and the promenade. It is also moment away from museums and the cathedral. The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant called the AC lounge, however should you want something else then there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. There is limited parking space available so you need to book unless you want to try your luck with on street parking. There is a small gym in the basement with some weights and an exercise bike and a treadmill. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of space and good WiFi. Overall a good option for exploring Palma.

We had a wonderful stay at Can Cera while escaping the cold wet British weather in February. It is such a lovely place and its size and space make it feel as if you are staying in a grand house, which we loved. The public areas are lovely places to sit, and the room we had was very comfortable. We felt so at home and totally relaxed from the moment we arrived, and the staff are really excellent. We were looked after very well and the breakfast was great. We'd recommend the hotel to anyone, and its location is perfect for exploring the old town, and sitting in the squares with a drink watching the world go by. We'll be back!

Our stay at Palacio Can Marques was the absolute highlight of our trip to Mallorca! Do not hesitate to book this luxe, charming, elegant, and incredibly unique property. PROS: The suites were amazing - large, spotless, incredibly comfortable. It does feel like you're staying at a (albeit) wealthy friend's mansion - not some cookie cutter hotel that you've stayed in many time before. I stayed in the Eden suite and it was heaven. The suite was so beautifully appointed. I was so inspired by the design of the space. The suite even had its own private elevator. I never wanted to leave!!!! The location - also amazing in every way! I have a minor foot injury and I didn't have to worry at all about covering the sights of Palma as everything was 5 minutes walking away - or less. It's in the heart of Old Town Palma. There are incredible restaurants of every price level, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, all within steps of the beautiful front door. You are also steps to the gorgeous cathedral and palace. What was also great about the hotel's location is that several tours that I booked picked up just a few steps away. It was so easy to meet them without going far or getting lost trying to find them. Same with the paella cooking class that I booked - the location was around the corner about a 3 minute walk away. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous all around. Go to the rooftop for a drink and see the cathedral all lit up and the port from your bar stool. The leafy courtyard every morning for breakfast was a dream. It was a nice little respite from the hustle of the city. The same goes with the lobby. My feet needed a break from walking and I was able to find a quiet spot for tea in the afternoon -- but once I was ready to hit the city again everything was just outside the door in the gorgeous alleys of Old Town Palma. I'm saving the best PRO for last - which was the service. To the breakfast staff every morning - THANK YOU. Your friendly service each morning was a great start to each vacation day. Thank you to the chefs who put out a delicious breakfast spread each morning with all sorts of egg dishes, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit juices. To housekeeping: the entire place was spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel really stands out from other properties that I have stayed at. To the female general manager, I believe: I'm sorry I did not get your name, but you were always welcoming and gracious and made me and my husband feel warm and welcomed each time we saw you. We stayed at a different property on the island for the first part of our trip and there was a stark contrast from the general manager there to the one here. It's nice to feel welcomed and not a nuisance when you have to ask a basic question. A very special shoutout to Edi, Abde and Antonia! I saw you guys multiple times during my stay and your hospitality really stands out. Edi - thank you for helping my husband with a cup of tea that he needed when he wasn't feeling

I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Nice little hotel in central Palma. Good service, nice rooms and prices not too bad. Breakfast was good and beds was very nice. Very nice that you can book the pool for a private session with your friends. They forgot to clean our room one day, but after some fighting with the reception they managed to fix this during the evening. Could have been handled better by the staff but all in all I would go back to Mhouse hotel again!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Antigua Palma. The hotel staff are the friendliest we have ever known. They were informative and very helpful when dealing with any requests or sorting out the odd problem. The location of the hotel is great, in the centre of the old city but tucked away. The rooftop is a lovely spot for lunch and catching some sun. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Loved the turn down service treats. Stayed here for a two night city break and got a Superior Room with balcony. The Covid situation means that quite a few things were missing and or closed but that not stopped us from really enjoying our stay. It was extremely clean, all precautionary measures taken and very nice and helpful staff. In the heart of Palma 5 mins walk from the Main square and shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants all within 5 mins walking distance. Highly recommended for a stay in Palma!
