This hotel was perfect;y placed for my visit to Hammersmith as well as central London. Easy to get to along the Piccadilly line, 10 mins to Hyde Park corner and 20 mins from Kings Cross. This is one of the larger Novotel hotels but the amenities are even greater and all the familiar comforts of this chain of hotels was there to enjoy. Very pleased with my choice especially the price given it isn’t right in the centre.

Me and my husband arrived St Paul’s hotel and we were very lucky to encounter the receptionist named Mario at the desk, which he really made a perfect first impression for our trip… He accommodated us really quickly, with a smooth check in process and a very funny conversation.. He was really helpful offering us to take our luggage to the room as well as highlighting that if we needed anything he would be there(We actually needed a converter and an extra towel, which he very promptly brought to the room) Not a complaint but just another the girl in the reception needs more training as she did not feel very confident on giving us some info for the area around the hotel and looked really stressed.. Generally everyone was so nice and we definitely planning on coming back to have another unforgettable experience in the St pauls hotel.

We stayed here for a few days and were satisfied. The hotel is in line with the others in this chain, very basic but functional and not too expensive (despite being in London). We abboamo found the room clean as well as the bathroom. I want to underline the kindness of the guys at the reception, always available and smiling.

This is a cosy & comfortable small apartment at a super convenient location. However, since the two bedrooms at the back are close to the rail line, light sleepers may not be able to sleep well.

We recently spent a few nights at the Brook Green Hotel and we had a great experience! Perfect location, close to the public transport. Everything was nice and clean, the staff is very welcoming and we got treated really well. We had food and drinks at the pub, which was also fantastic. The meals were very delicious and the service was brilliant! Thank you! Highly recommend it for your stay in London.

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern & hot showers and the kitchen staff very efficient and friendly. However we are very disappointed & and angry about the 2 rooms we booked. Taking our 3 grandaughters to London and booked here because it showed on their website a triple room, with 3 separate beds, (not on now)!!! Having arrived at 8pm, after a school day & long train journey down, we found the triple room is a double & single. We did however overcome this, after tears from the girls BUT the rooms where on different floors!! What is more annoying is the fact I actually phoned the hotel, twice, to ensure the rooms where together and was assured they where!!. If you look on the Booking.com or even the Saba hotel website, you will find that most of the pictures on there do not match the actual hotel, we stayed at. However they do have a few hotels in the chain, so maybe the photos got mixed up!!! The lovely bright rooms and spacious dining area are not at this hotel. Our rooms were very small, crowded and old fashioned. The kitchen area was clean but small, certainly for the amount of guests the hotel has.Needless to say we wont be using this chain again.

I was in the room behind reception so it was a little noisy at times, but it's the second time I've stayed here and I'm so comfortable here! Amazing shower (very important for me!) and comfy bed. Could have used some instructions for the air con but I got there in the end and I was just grateful for any air con in the circumstances! Only things that might have improved it - if breakfast could be included like it used to be. The price is a little steep for a room without breakfast in this location. I will be returning though :)

Perfect value for clean, adequately sized room with sufficient equipment. For that price I do not have single major complaint. In the UK the major issue in the hotels (across the range of price categories ;) ) is cleanliness and noise - the former was perfectly fine, the latter surprisingly above standard. I appreciate the presence of quality blackout curtains. Location is nice and practical since its 10 minutes by foot to both Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush tube stations or you can take the bus at the stop few steps from the hotel. Even though the noise is not so much a problem I still recommend to bring the earplugs. I had a twin room, one bed was too soft and saggy in the middle - for me that means no sleep at all - fortunately, the second bed was pleasantly hard, as it suits me and as it is not usual in hotels. I would definitely stay here again if the price stays reasonable.

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

Very good location - a lot of attractions are within walking distance and DLR stations, train station and bus stops are nearby. The room was large, clean and tidy, we can cook simple breakfast and dinner with the kitchen utilities provided. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they helped us to keep some of our luggage during the period we had a cruise trip.

We had to leave very unexpectedly, but did find the hotel a little run down looking from the outside. We had arrived early and the room was ready, but we could only check in early for an extra charge which we declined, as we were going out anyway so just left our bags in the car. The room was supposed to be an executive room however, it was like any other room we had ever stayed in so don’t know what was executive about it. Tea tray was a bit stingy with 1 packet of biscuits between 2 of us (1 biscuit each). Only 4 milk cartons, but plenty of tea and coffee sachets. The bathroom had nice shower gel and lotion supplied with plenty of towels but, also had blue insulation tape on the radiator and the ceiling above the bath was peeling it all looked a little tired. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable, but definitely lacked that added luxury that I thought we had upgraded to with executive. Maybe that was my own fault not checking exactly what the difference was between normal and executive aside from the price. Sadly, our trip was cut short with an emergency, so we never got to stay overnight or sample the breakfast.

I lived in this hotel for the first time in the UK. The experience was very good at the time, the hotel is in a good location and cost-effective, so I thought I would choose to stay here afterwards. I wanted to book a room in advance for the second time this time, but chose a lot of dates without a room. Later only accessible rooms were available. Think about staying alive for two nights. Because one of them happens to be a New Year's Eve, it goes without saying that the price is not cost-effective. The room I gave was facing the street, and I didn't sleep well after a night of noisy. And this time the service attitude was very average. Retaining luggage is also reluctant. The front desk was also lazy. In short, I won't come next time. In the end, a penny is a penny, and a willingness to spend money on Mayfair's Marriott.

Staff were amazing and attentive when issues arose. Booked the king size room which was large and spacious but that’s where the good parts end. - Air Condition did not work (Told reception when we got in at night and was given a fan) - Mini fridge did not work, so gave the food we bought to amazing receptionist - lamp in the corner was not plugged in, had to move the table from the wall to switch it on. - Bathroom wasn’t wiped down properly so you could see the residue of the last guests. Besides the amazing staff who helped and gave good local recommendations for bars and restaurants the quality of the hotel was lacking. Would not be staying again.

this hotel is a distance away from the city, but i’ve come to love it’s quiet and quaint neighbourhood. as hotel guests, you get free rides on the ferry to & fro Canary Wharf pier, which is still about a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf metro & various malls. the hotel has narrow hallways to the rooms, floors are a little squeaky & you can hear people talk in the halls from your hotel room. lifts were a little confusing as well as rooms are subdivided into 8 areas (8 lifts). me and my mother didn’t receive a warm cookie upon check-in, but my boyfriend who arrived the next morning did, along with the ferry schedule, so i would say hotel service is inconsistent. we also had several issues with the toilet not being able to flush (me & my boyfriend’s room) & it took half a day for someone to attend to us - from the time we left the hotel to an hour after we got back. my mom had to call thrice on this issue. our toilet was also smaller and there was no drainage on the bathroom floor so it was often wet.

The only issues were the missing table as shown in the photos for Family Room and the hotel only use bathroom curtains instead of glass, which was weird aesthetically given how nicely furnished the rest of the room is. Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it. Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank. We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location). Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Good location, very close to Imperial College, in the middle of Gloucester Road and South Kensington subway station, it is more convenient to transfer to anywhere. The hotel faces the street and is more or less noisy at night. It is also a residential renovation. Although the facilities are not old (in the case of Britain), the house is a bit crowded. The self-service ibis is quite good value for money and the Crowne Plaza next to it doesn't feel much better than it.

Just an average hotel convenient for the area. Closed for 3 months from 1st November 2020. A few problems with the room but can be put down to the closure of the hotel for a few months. Double check when booking about breakfast being included in your rate and be aware it is a simple boxed 'continental' breakfast; Parking, though advertised is not free - from £10 per night, again check when booking and spaces are limited. At weekends, on street, free parking is available. if you need t be in this area and just need a place to rest your head, this hotel would do.

Receptionist very helpful, room was ready when we arrived at 11am, which was great, it was very clean with a good supply of coffee and tea plus biscuits all good quality. Slight down side was a vey small shower room and toilet, the shower itself was very weak. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. I cannot recommend this pub/hotel highly enough. Location was perfect for Olympia (my reason for travel was attending a 2 day even there), the team were all helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, including offering to hold my luggage and help me up to my room (as no lift). The room (a 2nd floor twin facing Olympia) was also a very good size, excellently equipped (lovely drinks, comfy chair, spacious desk) and amazingly soundproof from both the road and train right outside, and the pub downstairs. The breakfast was possibly the best English breakfast I've ever had, and the coffee just superb. On top of that the stay was excellent value for the area, and I felt safe and looked after as a lone female traveller. Would look for a reason to come and enjoy this place again, and ideally have time to try to food too next time if the breakfast is anything to go by!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room is tiny and windowless. While not an issue in itself (I knew this when booking) the room is barely larger than the bed. I doubt that two adults could stand simultaneously in the floor space of the room. Shower was great (powerful and hot) but the bathroom stunk of drains. It also felt like there was no extraction or clean air in the bathroom. There was air conditioning in the room but it didn’t work. Just seemed to circulate the hot air around not cool it. The room was therefore uncomfortably hot all night and I hardly slept. Pillows as thin as paper and even with both of them (only two in total on the bed) I needed more. Final insult was wall light switch (an over-complicated digital thing) stuck on so had to get someone in the middle of the night to work out how to turn the lights off. In summary - good location, nice shower, far too small, smelly, hot, sleepless. Won’t stay again and advise you not to either. No idea who placed such positive reviews. Feel duped!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at the Moxy London Heathrow airport hotel! The amenities provided were nothing short of fantastic – from the well-appointed rooms to the thoughtful extras, they truly went above and beyond. The vibrant and lively atmosphere, set by the great music throughout the hotel, added a unique and enjoyable touch to my stay. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel genuinely welcomed. They were not only helpful but also seemed genuinely passionate about ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Kudos to the team for creating a positive and engaging environment. Overall, my time at Moxy London Heathrow was nothing short of delightful. If you're looking for a hotel that combines great amenities, fantastic music, and a staff that goes the extra mile, this is the place to be! 🌟

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

While I did not have high expectations for this hotel given its price point and location, I anticipated basic comfort which. The majority of the room's amenities were outdated, yet still within an acceptable standard for me. However, the air conditioning system was disappointingly inadequate; it failed to produce heat and emitted only cold air. Despite the staff promptly providing an electric heater when alerted to this issue, the room remained uncomfortably cold. The most disconcerting part of my stay was the condition of the bedding. The filler in the duvet had clumped together, as evidenced by the attached photo, likely due to improper washing. This left me with little more than two thin sheets in zero-degree weather, with a non-functional heating system. To find some warmth, I resorted to wearing additional clothes and draping my down jacket over the duvet—a far cry from a comfortable night's sleep. I must commend the hotel staff, who were excellent throughout this ordeal. Their service was the only warm aspect of my stay.

Excellent! We were assigned to the 7th floor, the executive room was upgraded to a suite, and an extra small bed was added for free. Compared with other hotels in London (such as Marriott Apartments and Indigo), the service response is very fast, and you can basically get what you want or the service you want within 20 minutes. For a particularly highlight moment, the hotel prepares a little Waldorfian passport for the children who stay in the hotel. After completing the adventure, go to the hotel front desk and put the corresponding sticker on it, and you will get the mysterious grand prize (a small teddy bear). We started the challenge on the last day after leaving the store, and unfortunately there were no more teddy bears in stock. However, the hotel tried its best (front desk, room service, concierge) to help us find a teddy doll. A handsome black man at the front desk called his colleague and said: ”The child is leaving the UK. He passed all the challenges. Can't get it?” He will be very disappointed with the teddy bear, please help the poor child.” Finally, when leaving the hotel, the hotel gave the child a teddy bear and many blessings. The executive lounge is also fantastic. A very good stay experience, I will book again next time!
