On the occasion of going to Phu Quoc at the end of last year, I stayed at Juliet's Boutique Hotel for 3 days. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and approachable. Hotel inspired by the old Juliet's house in southern Italy My room has a view of the sea and the Cầu Hôn bridge, the meaning of this bridge is Kiss Bridge or Propose, this is a play on Vietnamese words. Besides, you can also watch the fireworks right at the balcony of the room every night. At sunset, sitting in front of the hotel with a bottle of beer and a few friends is really relaxing The weather is great with rest, the local cuisine is amazing. If you come to Phu Quoc, I recommend you to experience at this wonderful house

I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. My best wish remain with the staff of the Hotel specifically with the Breakfast room management

We spent the last 3 days of our trip to Vietnam in this wonderful structure that we will always carry in the heart. Vietnamese hospitality and courtesy are not equal. We are a special thanks to the owner who, with love and passion, dedicates everything to make his guests feel at home. He has dressed us, advised and prepared a great ph one of the best ever experienced in a month in Vietnam. Our bungalow beach front had a dream view, equipped with all the comfort and cleaning always innocent. The pool was always clean with comfortable beds where you could relax. The hotel is difficult to find because it is a road through garbage and re-construction. Not a nice place to walk after dinner in the main street, after dark. It says four stars, but this is not reality! The bar on the photo does not exists, the gym has a few, old machines with rust, the pool board and soccer game were rusty, wifi-connection bad and our key cards worked once, then we had to go back to the reception to have them activated again. The worst thing was the noises. When we were in the room, we heard what they said in the rooms next door. In the morning, I woke up 05:15 by an alarm clock in another room on the floor. The reception desk was without service sometimes, so I insisted to have my passport back, not to be kept there, without security. The hotel is located on the beach, but there are now places to sunbath or take a bath. You have to walk to the hotels near by and pay for a sunbed there. No one working there can speak English, so used google translate on the phone. The only positive thing was the balcony with sea view...

Great design and mix of single rooms and dorm rooms. Chill staff, great gardens. Quiet and a walk away from the main road but just south of the action in Duong Dong. Would recommend. My room is a private double bed room with a balcony and ac, no tv, no safe, bathroom is downstairs and shared. Nice touches like hooks on the walls and linen curtains, books on the shelf. A little bit hipster but not OTT. restaurant downstairs is yum and on the $$ side but not insane. They have the biggest espresso machine I’ve seen on the island so far. ☕️☕️☕️☕️

Very good bungalows. The manager is a lady and she is very cooperative. She helped us in everything. Room charges are very reasonable. There is a nice swimming pool in this hotel. You can cook your own food if you wish. They have a common kitchen with all amenities. You can rent a motorbike from VND 150,000-250,000 per day.

Very flat, more than 80 mosquitoes in Hong Kong paper a room for one night, the facilities are new and clean. The night clerk is not very good in English, but will try his best to communicate with the customer with Google translate and smile. The homeowner focuses on being a travel agency, so he can buy tickets on his behalf, and the price is flat to buy on his own website. Singing money is also a rate with the big banks today, which will be better than the airport. There is a small swimming pool, very clean. Coconut grove tree shadow, soundproofed, quiet environment. The room is wide and the facilities are new. TV has youtube and Netflix. I like two enthusiastic dogs the most and feel at home. There is a supermarket next to it, it is very convenient to collect ten o'clock. It takes only 9 minutes to go to the airport. It takes about ten minutes to go to the night market, grab about 80k VND, about 25 mosquitoes. It takes about 50 minutes to go to the north vinwonder, grab about 350k, about 120 mosquitoes. Go to the cable car for about half an hour, 250k, about 80 mosquitoes. Walking distance to restaurants, meat river, pork rice. Walk or two or three minutes drive to the beach.

Traveled to Phu Quec for the first time with friends for a short vacation - we found the JM Boutique hotel on the southern part of the island. We were picked up at the airport and 30 minutes later we were in the lobby on a quaint street with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The reception was nice and we were checked in. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The bathroom was separated from the main bedroom which was nice. The bathroom was dimly lit. The location was very nice - we had 3 massages, which was about a two minute walk from the hotel, the beach was gorgeous. The water was crystal clear with a variety of bars that served spirits, beers, and food. We had breakfast in the café every morning, which was nice and offered a small sampling of local fair. The property was contained within the JW Marriott complex and after a five minute walk, we found high quality restaurants and a cocktail bar.

We liked the lush garden with lots of plants, which are well taken care of. Also, the spacious room, nice-sized pool, and on top of that, everything just steps away from the beach. Excellent city location as well, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. The resort staff were always smiling. We didn't try the breakfast, so nothing to say about that. The beach was nice and clean with amazing sunsets. We ended up staying for over two weeks and still sad about having to leave. For the price we paid, we were super satisfied. As for things to improve, I would suggest a little investment in the gym/games room, which is in rather bad condition.

It's not big but all the facilities (my needs) should be on vacation, infinity swimming pool, private beach, invincible sea view restaurant, room where you can see the sea from bed, tropical coconut tree... these are enough for me to enjoy Three days. The key is still enough quiet. The breakfast that everyone cares about is mainly European and American. I am still used to western food. Vietnamese beef noodles are very good with soup and tender meat... Dinner is held at a restaurant by the sea. We eat very richly for more than 200 yuan per ton. It is acceptable... As for most of the bad reviews, the main reason is that the bath water temperature is not well controlled. I think it's okay because it is a tropical place. I can wash it in cold water. If I don't want to, I can wash it in 5 minutes. Then it will be hot water, even with solar energy. In short, it is suitable for those who like garden style, quiet, house, food, and those who like to watch the sunset in pursuit of sea views. You can choose here. In addition, the altitude here is just right, the landscape is too short and the landscape is not good enough, and the climb is too high and too tiring. In short, I am satisfied.

All the staff was great especially Nam who’s very helpful and answered all our questions. He even recommended us good food and where to eat. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set. Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

Booked a double room but the air conditioner was broken. The hotel changed to a big room for me, very big. The downside is that the bathroom is outside the room, but our bedroom is the only one on the floor. The bathroom amenities are complete, including a hair dryer, but no refrigerator. The location is very good, near the bus stop to Vinwonders T1 and T2 station to go back to the airport. The staff is very nice, they give whatever you ask for, ask and help all the time. On the last day, they even rode a motorcycle to drop us off at the bus station. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a great hotel! Our room was extraordinary with a seaside view. We had two very comfortable beds, hot water, electronic safe, fast internet, good access to transportation, and a stunning rooftop pool. The staff was friendly and professional and the massage class was worth taking. I rarely eat the complimentary breakfast when traveling in Asia but the breakfast here was very good with a wide range of choices. The serving staff was attentive and polite and I was able enjoy a more western style brunch while my wife (who is Vietnamese) enjoyed a well prepared Pho and fresh vegetables. I have traveled in Vietnam a half dozen times now and this is my new favorite hotel. We will definitely book it again. Ken Clark

As Vinpearl Nha Trang resorts, this place offers a great view and great service. Just a little bit far from every other place, but there are some free Vinbus to get around. We booked the room with free Vinwonders and Vinpearl Safari packages. Everything just go really smoothly as the staff are so professional. A little accident for our boy while in the Safari park, the staff there immediately offer us with the private ride to medical clinic right away. The theme park was amazing, you can spend all day there. Safari is awesome, we has seen many many animals, some of them we were able to get really close. The park even has the night trip for who want to explore the wild adventures. At night we enjoy the walk along Venice River, then relax with the spa, and watching the every night lighting show at Grand world Phu Quick, the sleepless city. Last but not least, the beachfront is incredible beautiful, water clean, white sand, garbage free and endless view, we really love the beach there....

The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service. It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport. All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

We stayed here for five days. The hotel staff answered and dealt with our questions seriously! It also provides services of renting a motorcycle for 120,000 VND and a car for 900,000 VND. It does not provide free breakfast. But you can order breakfast a la carte ~ If you come to Phu Quoc Island and the focus is to travel out until night every day and then sleep in the hotel, then this hotel The CP value is very high. The room looks quite new. It's a pity that if you come back too late to take a shower, the water won't heat up. The supplies for the room are also very generous. There is a K+MART near the hotel. There is No. 17 in front of K+MART You can take the free bus to Phu Quoc Night Market
