The hotel is in the downtown, with easy access to anywhere. The breakfast is excellent and there are egg puffs! The staff is very warm! The hotel is clean and the bathroom is super large. The room facing the road is a bit noisy, and it's better to choose the inner side.

The hotel is in the center of the city, everything is very close, you can easily walk to each and every destination worth visiting when first time in the city. Very close to Central Station and airport bus, so its easy to go everywhere you desire. Very good hotel service, quick check-in as well as check-out, excellent breakfast, all day coffee and tea, good room and I lovely sauna! Taking all into account excellent deal!

The room's heating system was malfunctioning. No phones in the rooms. A leak in the bathroom. The next morning when the tranquility of my stay was shattered by the deafening noise of renovation work. It felt as though the ceiling was being torn apart. Making it impossible to rest or even concentrate. When I contacted reception from my mobile phone ( no phones in the room) to voice my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a claim that there had been prior notice of the renovation work. However, this was not the case, as I had not been informed, and the noise level was beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. As someone who suffers from migraines, the loud noise exacerbated my condition and caused significant distress. Upon checking out, I discovered that a notice about the renovation work had been placed in the reception area. This underhanded tactic further compounded my frustration, as it felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than acknowledge the hotel's responsibility for the disturbance. Overall, my experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House was deeply disappointing. Despite its promising location, the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and disruptive renovation work overshadowed any positives. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel until they address these significant shortcomings and prioritize the comfort and well-being of their patrons. I do have videos as evidence of the noise and the leak but the website won't allow me to post a video here, only photos.

Our recent stay in Malmö barely made our satisfaction. Here are the key observations from our experience: 1. **Room Size and Amenities**: The room we stayed in was small, even for 1 adult and 1 kid. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, and the windows could not be opened. This made the room feel stuffy and a bit uncomfortable during warmer weather. 2. **Food Quality**: The food served at the hotel was acceptable/ fine, but it did not stand out in any particular way. It met basic expectations but did not exceed them. 3. **Cleanliness**: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was average. However, we found the restaurant to be somewhat dirty, regarding interior and area with glass. Also we did find long hair from previous guests in our bed upon arrival. In summary, while the food was passable and the cleanliness was average, the lack of air conditioning and the inability to open windows, and the discovery of hair in our bed significantly detracted from our stay. But the staff was kind and prime location for exploring the city!

I have visited the few times now on business. The hotel is located in downtown Malmö, close to the central station. The hotel is very nice with a bar in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very polite and smiling. The gym is in the basement. The gym is very functional, but quite small. They play very to beat y music, which I always enjoy. In fact the only drawback was wireless in the room. The download speed is quite low, so downloading more important documents or entering movies, etc. was only possible without temporary interruptions. I even attached the speed test screenshot. Generally, a good download speed is close to / over 10 MB. The hotel typically has 1.5-3 MB. Therefore, it seems that they should invest in better wireless internet terminals.

Second time my wife and I have stayed at MJ’s. We love this hotel, the atmosphere is very welcoming and staff are really friendly. The decor is also very cool. We have only stayed in the small rooms, which are basic but really comfortable. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, central to the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel bar can get lively, which my wife and I like but the noise cannot be heard from the rooms. Only let down this time was the breakfast. We opted for a late time slot, 10-10:45am as we didn’t want to get up early. However, the food items were not topped up for example no boiled eggs, chicken sausages, juice etc. which was a shame as in our opinion all breakfast items should be available during the breakfast serving hours.

Malmö is easily coupled with a Copenhagen trip. The location of the hotel is extremely good while avoiding the night noises. Clean and tidy room that has all basic amenities plus a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast buffet is superb with good quality bread cheese, cold cut meats, eggs and lots of juices/ coffee/ milk varieties. Most places are within 10 minute walk. Almost everything in Malmö are within 20 minute walk. Highly recommended place to stay

Malme is the second time. I stayed for 4 nights this time. I was worried many times at some hotels in front of the station, and I stopped the hotel I originally decided and decided to do it here. The hotel is clean, and although it makes you feel the history of a good old hotel, the water area is very clean and the drainage is good. It was also equipped with something to dry the laundry. It was also a 5-minute location from the station, and it was very convenient for sightseeing because it was in the center of the city. Breakfast is plentiful, the venue is nice, and is it a pub during the day? It seems to be used as a pub and the decoration is wonderful! The seat width with the next door is also quite taken and not cramped! There was a noise review but our room was a soundproof door and I didn't mind. Also cleaning was really polite. The staff were also kind. If you have a chance to come to Malmo again, I will definitely make this hotel! Traveling to Europe is long, but definitely within 3rd place of all the time! it's recommended!

In order to participate in the nearby exhibition, this hotel is set, the overall is quite satisfactory, retro style, the elevator door needs to be manually opened is more inconvenient The breakfast is very rich, there are a variety of bread, smoked ham, cheese, milk drinks with cereal, smoked salmon is very popular, there is foie gras sauce, fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs are very delicious The room is slightly smaller, but the bathroom floor has heating which is amazing! It was a pity that the refrigerator in the room broke on the first day, but the hotel staff changed the new refrigerator the next day and presented two bar coupons to compensate for the food I damaged. The price is just enough to cover two meals, and it is quite delicious. It happened that the exterior of the hotel was being renovated when I checked in, and it was a pity that I didn't see the full appearance.

Our favorite hotel when we have to spend the night in Malmö. Fair price, friendly staff, clean rooms, free parking with good opportunities to charge your electric car. The breakfast is not flashy but okay for the price. The 3-foot test passed with flying colors compared to other hotels. (see picture) It is warm in the rooms and only some of them are equipped with table fans.

Instead of skiing we decided to visit Malmo in Sweden with friends. In Malmo we decided to stay in hotel OH-Boy which is close to town center and Malmo castle and of course Turning Torso. We booked rooms by booking.com and there was no problem at all, what more you do not need keys to get into your room instead you use personal pin code. Rooms are rather small but this is nothing new in Sweden, but there are fully equipped even with fully equipped kitchen. Each room has bike available which is nice because in Malmo bikes are fastest way of communication and there are plenty of bike roads. Malmo its architecture is beautiful also location close to Oresind straits and Oresund bridge, which connects Sweden with Denmark make this location perfect. Hot to get from Malmo airport to city center or to hotel, you can call to this number +46 76 274 60 43. This is for Rayaner certified carrier, cost for 4 adults and 3 children was 50 Euro which is not that expensive. Where to it, everywhere :) and of course do not forget to visit IKEA it is around 12km biking in one way. Spot the differences :)

We stayed at the Havshotellet for the Eurovision song contest. The hotel is near the sea front and easy to get to via bus from Hyllie train station. It is a small but very quirky hotel and we absolutely loved our stay there. The staff are mega friendly and very helpful. The receptionist provided us with a proper street map of Malmö, helped us with all our questions and even printed our boarding pass for us at the end of our stay. (Yes we are old fogey, who like paper versions.😂) However, there is nobody at reception after 7pm and access is via a security code after that time. We stayed in the ”Titanic”room and it was lovely. Not huge but still very nice. The beds had adjustable mattresses from soft to hard. There is a double socket on each side of the bed. A lamp attached to the head board is badly positioned, as it might be awkward if a tall person wants to sit up in bed. The lamp should be positioned more to the side. There was a kettle, coffee, milk and a bowl of delicious bonbons provided every day. The bathroom was a bit small, had underfloor heating, a gorgeous smelling hand soap and also good quality shower/hair wash, conditioner and body lotion. The wardrobe space was adequate, but we were wondering where people would put a large suitcase if they were travelling with one. (We travelled with hand luggage only) There is no lift in the hotel, but as there are only 2 floors, we did not find that a problem. The breakfast room is small and cosy and the breakfast buffet is very good (I particularly loved the smoked salmon and fresh shrimp salad ) The food is of excellent quality and the coffee is also very good. All in all an extremely pleasant stay.

Had one night stay in this hotel and we arrived late, we were disappointed that no elevator from parking level to the main lobby and we were forced to carry the luggage all the way up on the staircase. Was told this is because old building but still not convincing! The room was specious and very organised and clean. The breakfast was very good and very rich with many options to chose from, special thanks to Asem at the restaurant/ breakfast for being nice with us. There is no free parking for the hotel and must use the basement paid parking

We came from Copenhagen and stayed at the Grand Circus Hotel for a few days. The team was friendly and relaxed, the atmosphere very familiar. Each circus wagon is individually designed and thematically adapted - e.g. the ballerina's wagon, the magician's wagon, the fakir's wagon, etc. Some have their own toilet and a small kitchen, for the others there are shared sanitary facilities and a cozy communal kitchen with dining room. The wagons are well described on the hotel's website. Unfortunately we didn't pay attention and were accommodated in the contortionist's wagon, which was cozy and interestingly designed, but unfortunately also quite small, and we also had a dog with us. You quickly get to know the other guests, there was a happy and positive atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the location of the hotel is also unbeatable. Although the Grand Circus Hotel is more like a campsite, it is not located in the hinterland, but rather centrally. Supermarkets and places to eat are available in the area, and the city center is within walking distance. Excursions into the surrounding area are also possible. You should be aware that you won't find a luxury hotel here and that you will have to stay in a relatively small accommodation if the weather is bad, but the accommodation has a unique charm - authentic, alternative, family-friendly. We really liked it, it was an absolute experience.

Two of us spent a week at UNITY Malmö and used it as a base for exploring the city, the surrounding area and Copenhagen. Positives: Everything is brand new, stylish and very organised. A lot of thought has clearly gone into things. Wi-Fi super fast, but frustratingly prone to drop outs. Gym is just about big enough for a decent work out. Negatives: The studio room was organised with a good amount of storage but just a little bit small and cramped. The kitchen was cramped. There’s a space for everything but nowhere for things to go if you actually want to use it! No clear recycling policy. They don’t provide you with kitchen paper, a kitchen towel or washing-up liquid. There’s a small dishwasher but it’s a bit OTT to use it after each time you cook. You have to use a very noisy extractor if you cook to avoid setting off the fire/smoke alarms. They could use some clearer instructions for new arrivals - eg you need up lift the bed up to find the second duvet; some of the cupboards look like blank panels but are push-open. Bed is too small for two people. The biggest negative is the location. It’s not good. Inconvenient, out of the centre (take the bus or walk for 30 mins) and nowhere near anything you might want/need.

It's pretty good on the ground, but the outside of the hotel is a little old. There is no refrigerator in the room, you can't get down the floor when you print the lift card, you can only get down to the floor and 1.kat dinner section. Breakfast is enough and beautiful. The price is better than Copenhagen but Malmö is not a quiet city of Copenhagen. Although there is coffee and tea in the room, it is not watered, but is stayed for the place and breakfast as price and performance.

This hotel is located in a sort of industrial estate, about 1.5 km outside the center. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel with very regular departures to the center. However, the hotel disappoints. Very warm inside, without air conditioning or climate control. Desk staff not very helpful with upgrades and wrong explanations about public transport. It seems like they have no interest in their guests. No fridge in the room and 2 twin beds instead of queen size bed. Breakfast is fine, but dinner is not available on weekends. This is a small place in a residential area about 20 mins from the station. The rooms are basic but clean. Staff are very friendly. There is an excellent breakfast and tea and coffee freely available all day. Plenty of eateries locally and lots of green space nearby. A 10 minute walk to the main central areas but there is an adjacent bus stop although we never felt the need. Malmo is lovely. Laid back, untouristy and by Scandi standards affordable.

It may be the pursuit of environmental protection in Nordic countries. This room is the most streamlined hotel in Nordic countries during my Easter holiday. There is no refrigerator, no ironing board, no body lotion, no disposable slippers, and two-in-one bath and shampoo. The location is very good, there is a large department store with beautiful design nearby, and there is a large supermarket. A restaurant on the ground floor is delicious. The skybar on the top floor of the hotel can have a shallow drink.

We stayed a couple nights and really liked the location. We liked that you signed up for a time slot for breakfast to help spread out the amount of people getting breakfast at a time. The room is extremely basic which is their concept. It is an easy walk from the train station with luggage but due to our timing we were there early. There is a place to drop your bags but they had a room open and offered it for an extra price. We ended up on the 6th floor with only a sky light window above the bed which isn't what we thought when we had booked a window room. There is no air conditioning so we had the window open all the time except for when raining. When booking the room we had difficulty with the language barrier. We accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of 1 and although we tried to remedy the situation as soon as we found out a couple months before our stay the hotel never responded. Then the first night of our stay we got an email asking when my husband was checking in so we went to the front desk to explain. The receptionist saw the correspondence they hadn't answered us and said the rooms we had booked were non-refundable. It ended up being a pretty expensive stay when we added up the room we stayed in, the extra room, and the extra fee we paid to get into a room before check in for our luggage. It really put a damper on our visit to Malmo. Be careful when booking here because any mistake could be an expensive one since they don't seem to be very flexible.

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a recent business trip and thought I would try and give a balanced review of my experiences. I decided to stay here base on the large number of good reviews both on Google and ***********. However I immediately realized that the place wasn't really in line with my expectations and regretted my decision to stay here, rather than in some of the other boutique hotels I was also looking at. To start with it's not really a hotel at all, despite the name. It's somewhere between serviced apartments and an American style motel, depending on what kind of room you have. I stayed in one of the ”loft” rooms which ironically was on the ground floor, with my door opening straight onto the street and pavement. Not ideal for security or peace and quiet. The space itself was very large but most of the unit was empty and very spartan. It reminded me of when I had moved house in the past and my furniture and belongings hadn't yet arrived. So if you like minimalism and Zen living this place could be perfect for you. For me it felt just rather sad and empty and not somewhere I wanted to spend any time, at least not without some beer. On the plus side the bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows were a a bit of a joke. Think four fat cushions full of lumpy teddy bear stuffing. I ended up making a more modest sized pillow out of the spare duvet. I remember seeing on the booking details that the place had a coffee machine. Great I thought. So yes, whilst I can confirm that my room did in fact have a coffee machine, it had no coffee to go with it. Which of course means that you need to go shopping and finding a shop that's open late or early is kind of hard in this neighbourhood. I also could not find a hair dryer. The room also didn't get any daily cleaning such as the bathroom or refreshing towels. Apparently if you stay long enough, you get a weekly clean. The unit was also really hot and despite leaving the air conditioning on full blast for many hours I only succeed in getting the temperature down from 30 degrees to 27. And as none of the windows opened my only option was to open the front door right onto the street allowing everybody to see in. Apparently this is a known problem and they are trying to fix it. But even if it had worked, leaving it on at night would not have been a good idea as they are industrial AC units and very noisy. Reception did try and find me a fan but alas, there were none. The loft rooms also have the bed upstairs and the bathroom and toilet downstairs so if during the night you need to get up to answer the call of nature you have a very steep set of stairs to navigate. Whoever was in charge of soft furnishings either cut corners or had a tiny budget because the blinds did not cover the full width of the windows meaning that basically the room was full of light even with the blinds shut. In order to participate in the nearby exhibition, this hotel is set, the overall is quite satisfactory, retro style, the elevator door needs to be manually opened is more inconvenient The breakfast is very rich, there are a variety of bread, smoked ham, cheese, milk drinks with cereal, smoked salmon is very popular, there is foie gras sauce, fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs are very delicious The room is slightly smaller, but the bathroom floor has heating which is amazing! It was a pity that the refrigerator in the room broke on the first day, but the hotel staff changed the new refrigerator the next day and presented two bar coupons to compensate for the food I damaged. The price is just enough to cover two meals, and it is quite delicious. It happened that the exterior of the hotel was being renovated when I checked in, and it was a pity that I didn't see the full appearance.

This hotel must have a high score. First of all, it is convenient to travel. It takes only a few tens of meters to get off the subway. The room was clean and tidy, and the scenery on the 12th floor was praised and it was great. The morning is rich and fresh, and there are hot and cold foods. What kind of replenishment I want, I can buy it for emoria. The price, in the Nordic more than 500 nights is definitely the price of cabbage. Must be recommended, I hope that Ctrip can continue to sign in a similar hotel with good price and good environment!

Stayed here for my first time back in Sweden after leaving at a young age. Very clean hotel. Perfect breakfast. The location is about 5 minutes from Malmo central station and other famous locations. We walked everywhere. Didn’t use any buses inside Malmo. Visited the tranglen shopping centre, Malmo castle and turning torso. Would definitely stay again when I come.

The hotel is in the downtown, with easy access to anywhere. The breakfast is excellent and there are egg puffs! The staff is very warm! The hotel is clean and the bathroom is super large. The room facing the road is a bit noisy, and it's better to choose the inner side.
