It's really basic and if you are in the upper floors (4th and 5th) prepare to climb a lot of stairs every time you get into or out of your room. A/C was not working. The staff was willing to help and called a cab for me, but the language barrier and lack of information on their part made it impossible to book trips from the hotel or get any more assistance / orientation than that. Barring that, the location is perfect and the low price makes it worthwhile.

I think this is the best hostel in Hanoi after trying so many the past 3 years .... It's really perfect. Nothing to complain about. The private rooms are beautiful, clean and new. The staff are awesome!! Thanks so much, see you again when I come!

The hotel does not include meals and must be purchased separately. The hotel location is the center point! There is no place to park the car because it is in the alley. Nearby is a puppet show around Hoan Kiem Lake, a night market, not far from the former residence of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, driving a motorcycle for 10 minutes. There are two prince hotels nearby, one with the same name and one called Prince II, and they are all in the same area. Three prince hotels are 1 km away. I do n’t know what Vietnam and Thailand always like to do with this prince and princess. The network signal was not good, and the navigation was unresponsive. I looked for it for half an hour, and finally asked the locals. The service is very good. The hotel can rent motorcycles with small shifts for a fee of 130,000 and large ones without shifting 160,000. There is no hard tip.

It’s in a great location, right by restaurants, bars and clubs. The room is basic but does a job of just having somewhere to sleep. Staff were nice and welcoming. My only negative is that in the shower, there is no place to put the shower gel and they put the shower gel in a ceramic dispenser. Unfortunately it fell in the shower as I was washing (there’s no place to put it) and the hotel charged me for damages. This is something the hotel should consider sorting out - put something in the shower for the shower gel to be kept. Or put the shower gel and shampoo in plastic containers to avoid breakages.

This hotel is very good, but the downside is that the 4-person room has a toilet without wet and dry separation. The door will be closed when you return to the hotel too late. It is very difficult to enter and exit, but the good thing is for our safety.

The allocated room is an inner window, which may be due to the low-cost room. It was not explained when booking. The hotel is quite satisfactory, and there are traces of decoration construction when you check in. It was a very bad experience to start the decoration around 7 am the next morning.

They did not prepare the right type of room first and then asked us to move to a new room for every day, which made our stay very inconvenient. Also the rooms are pretty old looking and not very clean. The only good were the room design and the location.

Location is good and staff are friendly but the owner just doesn't understand about proper cleanliness. I get it's hard to properly clean all 20 or so rooms you have but you are not doing the bare minimum. I've been here on two seperate occasions and both times I found uneaten food from the previous guests that encourages ants, bugs and mice. Clean the room properly please.

Not recommend for family trip, it is suitable for backpackers or travelers who spending more time on the street instead of staying in. The room is super small (15m2) for 2 people, not too clean and the facilities are quite old. The only plus point is the location is next to Sword Lake with a lot of foods and restaurants around. Otherwise, I still can find better alternatives options around this area so… the experience is pretty uncomfortable. P/s: after complaining about the room, they upgraded me a bigger one. It’s ok but still not too clean. Also I feel someone was touching my personal stuffs in my luggage but I have no evidences to prove… Hence you need to be careful with your belongings when staying here

The location was good, the bed was good, the shower had hot water, The Wi-Fi was good. The only issue I had with the room was there was no window Which was in all the pictures. So if you want a window, you have to make sure you make that clear when you make the reservation.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

stayed in room 301 for 3 nights Room - 5/5 spacious room with 2 queens and a table and chairs for relaxation. Sound proofing is pretty good in room to ensure good night sleep. Location - 5/5 super near to Hoan Kiem Lake, like 1minute walk away. Easy access to old quarter and many other places. Amenities - 4/5 beds are comfortable, sheets are little rough. Towels can be more fresh. Toilet - 4/5 basic supply of toilet amenities, better if there's rain shower or shower curtain as the whole toilet to have wet and dry separation, entire toilet gets wet after shower for the next user. Extra - 5/5 all rooms are lift accessible, have Netflix and Youtube on TV for entertainment, wifi signal is good. Staff - 5/5 courteous and helpful. true Hanoi hospitality! Lovely hotel! Decor is nice and updated. Rooms are very big. We stayed in a Deluxe room and it came with a bathtub. There is a supermarket in the building across the road and lots of food options nearby as well. We didn’t take the breakfast package but there are 3 cafes nearby for coffee and light bites. the hotel also has washer and dryer in the laundry corner for guests to do their own laundry and it complimentary. Only one washer and dryer. Receptionist checking us in was very helpful and pleasant. All in all a lovely stay at M Hotel.

It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. the hotel is very good located in the old town, very easy to get around. staf are nice and helpful and it is a clean place. However be careful by booking a room!!! because on trip.com when you book a room, there will be no information on the windows. The staff in this hotel were excellent! From welcoming us with some welcome drinks and fruit, to politely going through our booking details with us (as there was a mix up about payment) and even looking after our bags for a night (as we spent one evening in a village a little way out from Hanoi and returned to the hotel the day after). Of course the rooms, cleanliness and breakfast were also fantastic - and the only reason for rating the location as a 4 is owing to the fact that as it is centrally located in the Old Town, it can get quite noisy at night. In fairness, the hotel accomodated this by ensuring guests were placed in rooms further away from the noisy street (and with double windows), but it is something to bear in mind. We didnt mind of course - you cant expect to be in the midst of it all, and at the same time expect pure silence!

Awesome location, amazing staff, superb breakfast for vegans and vegetarians also. Bargain price booking through trip.com. Coming to the room, the Royal Terrace Room 700 was fantastic. It was huge with a big bed, sofa, balcony. The only complain I have is the bathroom. it's not having separation between bathing and toilet area, and they are very close. They should consider a remodeling of the bathroom. Trip.com should update the pictures of the reception as it's completely different now and looks so much better.

Check in was really easy with self check in. Landlord provided proper guidance for that. Apartment was spot on. It contained all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s in a central location surrounding malls, supermarkets and restaurants. It’s possible to get anything delivered via grab too. Apartment was on 22nd floor hence we had a great view of the city. It was such a cute little apartment with enough and more privacy. We had around 4 comfortable nights here. Highly recommended.
