I really enjoyed my stay here. I made a mistake with booking and hadn't booked the day I landed and Huseyn went out of his way to make sure he secured me a room for the night and took it all in good humor. I travelled here alone and so I felt looked after and secure. They have the best view of the fastest part of the F1 track and so I enjoyed watching the race without paying exorbitant F1 ticket prices. The manager was friendly and warm, the rooms were clean with nice welcome touches. The bar staff are amazing and also went out of their way to keep an eye on me and made me feel safe and 'at home'. Hotel is value for money and close to all the sights I wanted to see. I would recommend

The front desk service is very patient and the check-in will help you bring your luggage to the room. The hotel’s pick-up service was booked in advance and the driver arrived at the airport in advance. The hotel is fully equipped with good breakfast and a shopping mall. The food delivery service is also very special, a good stay experience👍

The reception staff are very friendly and pleasant. The equipment and linen are new and clean overall. The bed is only filled with curtains on the lower tier, and the upper tier is rattled. However, even in the lower bed, the curtain on the part in contact with the next bed is shared with the next bed, so it is a little uncomfortable. The sheets and duvet covers are white, so there is a sense of cleanliness, but the mattress is a little worn out. No towel. It was still a cold season stay, but the room was nicely heated and comfortable. It is confusing that there is a men's toilet next to the women's shower room and a women's toilet next to the men's shower room. Moreover, there is a sofa in front of the women's shower room, and it is difficult for men to sit in the shower room. There is a hairdryer. There are two women's showers and only one toilet. There is little space to dry the clothes, and even if you do the laundry, you may not be able to secure a place to dry.

So this was our 4th trip to baki. Having stayed at the top hotels in Baku, very last min we decided to check into Theatrum which is in the heart of Nizami street. U get out and it's restaurants and full of life. Rooms are good but make sure to go for the deluxe rooms. They hv a lovely restaurant right below. Their lobby and coffee shop area is gorgeous. Now the best part the staff / team - Front office manager Mr. Azer Mirzaliev who took care of us like we were VIPs. He was the most amazing manager we hv ever come across. Was helpful throughout and ensured we hd all the comfort during our stay right upto wen we were leaving. A smiling face always leave a mark on our minds n he is one of those. Another one on the list is Right, Gulnoor, Elnara, and the most outstanding security person who is always standing ensuring we are all safe. Thank you for the bful experience. I don’t usually submit reviews, but thought it worthwhile this time. The pros: the hotel is extremely well situated within the pedestrian area with all of the downtown attractions within walking distance and a vast variety of restaurants to choose from. The rooms are also clean and spacious. The cons: I would no longer give it a 4* rating. It seems little effort has gone into the maintenance of the hotel with curtains missing in our room and difficulty getting simple requests such as an additional towel (it took two days). The breakfast is extremely disappointing and the room is not very clean with the person working the breakfast generally uninterested in our simple requests. The hotel is also above a night club playing loud music until about 5am. If you are a light sleeper choose a room away from the club. For the price and the location it is worth it if looking more for a 3* experience in Baku.

Excellent service! One of my favorite places to stay when I visit Baku. Stuff does their best to accommodate all of my requests. Breakfast is much better than in most of the places in town especially considering the prices of staying in this hotel. There is also a nice spa service included with the room!

A new 4 star hotel that deserves it and more. It is located near Nizami Street and the old town. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and there is a large supermarket next to it. Friendly reception and quick delivery of rooms. 4 elevators to transport guests. Spacious rooms, well furnished and decorated. Very comfortable large bed. Spacious bathroom with everything a tourist needs. Unremarkable good breakfast. Quick checkout. I recommend this beautiful hotel to Baku visitors.

Arrived at the hotel around 8 pm, it was raining and the weather was very cold. From the airport, take a taxi to the entrance of the old city. The driver said that the car should go to the city for 5***at. I said that I left, and then I took the suitcase and walked in to find the hotel. The ground in the old town is Shizi Road. As a result, the hotel was close to the door, but because I was unfamiliar, I found it for a long time. Finally, the front desk asked me to stand still and pick me up, so handsome, refill. The check-in also sent a bottle of Azerbaijani red wine, super good, but they said that not every room is sent, no normal. Hotel staff is very good in English, don't worry about communication problems, the room is very clean, big room, TV air conditioner Mini Bar, hot water bottle and coffee tea, the bathroom is very big, there is hot water, very quiet, check in and check out Soon, no more than a minute, when I left, the room card did not check the room, and the luggage was stored in the evening. Breakfast is on the fourth floor, with glass windows on three sides and a nice view. There is no special choice for breakfast, but the basics are still there. Western-style buffet, Chinese stomach ham and eggs eat more. Overall okay. Remember to go early, go to the microwave and heat it. What are the requirements to ask the staff, they will be very friendly, and the principle of reasonable and possible help.

The luxury of the hotel was great. The place was a little distant from the city area on a hill and was a little inconvenient. The size and facilities of the room were good, but there was a part where I did not understand how to use it a little. I tried to ask for room service, but there was a scene where I couldn't reach the phone and wondered what had happened. After checking out, I asked for a taxi to the airport, but thank you for negotiating the price in your local currency.

Nothing looks so good on the photo, the room decoration style feels the same as the small hotel in the county. It was clean, but the surrounding feeling was rather deserted, and there was no popularity. The road in front of the hotel was still being repaired. Not taking the subway, they are all taking taxis. When you check in, your passport will be at the front desk and check out will be given.

A friend of ours suggested the Dreamland Golf hotel as a nice escape from the city amidst curfew and travel restrictions for our anniversary weekend. Even though it is just outside of Baku proper, it felt like a perfect escape. The hotel is modern and spotless, and the staff were warm, friendly and extra attentive. The room we stayed in had a beautiful set up with the bed placed in front of the sliding glass doors to the balcony looking out over the greens of the golf course. The hotel staff gave us extra special treatment for our anniversary, with rose petals, candles and special sweets waiting for us upon our arrival. We enjoyed dinner, drinks and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the fresh air, bright October sun and green space offered by the golf course. It was a perfect “away weekend” even for non-golfers, but with the driving range within feet of the hotel and the first hole a cart-ride away, it’s the perfect place to wake up refreshed to start your 9 or 18-holes. Thanks to Gulnara and the team for such a great stay!

This hotel is located 15 minutes away from nizami which is for me is a plus point as i love to stay away from traffic and noises. Starting from check in until check out every single thing was smooth and fast. Only one thing which i had a problem with was ac on the first day which they fixed it later. Their was a lady at the reception she was very much cooperative. Breakfast i had a confusion as one chef said that the bacon was haram the other said no. Overall i would suggest this hotel for friends and families also. You can hire taxi in 1-2 manat everyday to reach baku central everyday.

The hotel's location itself is a huge selling point for tourists but the quality of services provided were also excellent. The staff was extremely cooperative, specially Samir, Nicat & Kamil. Whereas the breakfast lady, Aidah, was also the sweetest person I have ever come across, she is extremely passionate about her job, which is reflective in the manner she serves you your meal; always with a bright smile on her face. I would definitely choose Sapphire, if I am to ever visit Baku again.

First of all, the location isn't great. Even though there is a metro station 15 min walking distance, the trains are not regular at all, so you might end up waiting for 1 hour to get in to the city center, if you don't want wait for the only few shuttle daily services offered by the hotel. Secondly, the staff at breakfast were far from friendly. The man serving the coffee was the moodiest person that I've ever came across. And thirdly, The rooms were not sound prove, so if you have disrespectful guests staying on the same floor, you WILL NOT be able to sleep. We had people near us playing loud music and slamming doors the whole night. Absolutely dreadful and unacceptable behaviour for a five star hotel!

The hotel is located in the old city and it is convenient to all places. It should be opened soon, the hardware facilities are great (as far as the old city is concerned), and the toilets are in good condition. There is no elevator in the hotel, and the old city hotels seem to be like this. The roads in the old city are not suitable for sunk boxes, and taxis can't reach the door of the hotel directly, so living in the old city is suitable for tourists who don't have much luggage. But what made me unhappy during the whole journey was the hotel’s service. I booked for three consecutive nights through Ctrip. I didn’t rest assured that I contacted the hotel via Facebook to confirm the reservation. The hotel responded to the reservation and received it, but when I arrived at the hotel more than 11pm on the first day , The hotel said that there was no room for the first night, and sent me to the hotel next door. The next door was just a small bed and breakfast. The room was less than 10 square meters and had a double bed. The 29-inch box I brought could not be fully opened. I booked with Da Vinci The rooms are totally unmatched, and the hotel’s approach is totally unintelligible! I originally said that I could move back after 12 noon the next day. I went to the hotel reception to confirm at 12:30 and agreed to move, but after I moved in, I told the room that the room was not cleaned. I asked me to wait for half an hour and I sat in the hotel. The front desk waited for more than 2 hours... before finally entering the room, the hotel front desk did not help at all during the coordination period, just let me wait, which was very unhappy! The most uncomfortable experience in the whole process! The front desk service of the hotel was particularly bad, including asking for help to get a taxi later, no matter how short the distance was. The picture was sent to the guest house next door to me. Da Vinci is the same as the picture on the website, and there is no other picture if he is in a bad mood.

The hotel is not bad. The room was big. The cleaning was held daily, the refreshment of drinking water and the waste materials in the bathroom (gel, soap, shampoo, tooth). Breakfast is uniform, but the choice is. The hotel administration decided our question very quickly and quickly by moving to another room. Before leaving without questions provided weights for weighing baggage. The transfer from and to the airport cost 30 manats and was implemented very quickly. There is always a person who speaks Russian. Generally recommend this hotel.

I stayed five nights in Four Seasons Hotel Baku in June 2022. The room was very spacious, comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was very large and had everything one needs on travel. There was a separate walk in wardrobe with a lot of space for clothes and personal stuff. The breakfast is very reach, diverse, tasty and can suit the needs of different food preferences. And most importantly the staff of the hotel wherever you go (reception, restaurant, breakfast, lobby, business meetings area, etc) is very friendly and eager to provide swift help to meet any needs one might have. The hotel is located very centrally and close to the Old City and the sea side. I will highly recommend the hotel for everyone travelling to Baku irrespective of the travel purpose.

We were originally booked at another hotel, but once that fell through, we went to our second choice which was here. We hadn't booked this hotel already because in the photos it seemed it lacks a lobby and also we didn't believe the high reviews and thought maybe they are falsely jacked up. We were delightfully mistaken. This hotel was perfect! Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful reception staff (who constantly helped us with sightseeing and shopping locations and with bus routes and also called taxis for us), excellent breakfast (if a bit limited in range, but we didn't mind), FANTASTIC location (five minutes walking distance from fountain square, the old city, McDonald's and KFC and Hard Rock Cafe, etc), and last but not least, the prices were fair and reasonable. What more could you ask for? My wife and I would like to particularly thank everyone in the cleaning staff, and from reception we would like to sincerely thank Guluzar, Nargiz, Robert, and Farid, all of whose willingness to help and politeness and kindred spirits made our trip to Baku a very memorable one. Sincerely from Iran, Maral & Ali
