Thank you very much for the warm and hospitable staff of ibis sipcot, I had a great week in Chennai. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the hotel are amazing! There is a big shopping mall near the hotel and there is a big supermarket in it. Walk for 10-15 minutes. The road in India is a bit difficult to walk. Actually there is a juice bar next to it, and you can buy evaluated drinks and water

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE It is unfortunate that I have to write this review for Green Cocunut,..well situated in the ECR, closer to my daughter wedding venue Dakshin Chitra, and it so happened it just turneda NIGHTMARE for me. We almost booked the entire property for the wedding weekend and it turned sore and disgusting experience. 1. LIFT WAS NOT WORKING- we booked 24 deluxe rooms for elders in family and relatives and they were forced to climb with luggage to upper floors. Despite the manager Charles telling it will be rectified, nothing happened till the guests left. False promises only added fuel to the fire 2. FLUSH Not working in few rooms. Nightmare for guests to realize that flush is not working after the bathroom usage. They had to carry water from Washbain for toilet usage which turned horrible 3. AC Not working - 2 rooms had AC issues and it was not fixed despite repeated requests 4. HOT WATER NOT AVAILABLE. We paid more that 5k per night for all rooms and the solar water heater went for a toss and my guests ended up in cold water on the wedding day. It was super bad experence 5. BUGS found in Bed: Atleast 3 rooms reported bugs in the bed which could have turned a mess had the guests suffered any bites 6. BIG NO NO Issue- One of our elderly guests requested for an additional bed and they simply went and put the same using the duplicate key as my guests were at the reception. Tresspassing into the hotel room in absence of guests is a sure NO NO. The guests had silk sarees, jewels and bags in the room and they were shocked to note that someone entered when they were away and had something gone missing, it would have been a mess. They dont even know who went and the security is a big issue I made a mistake of booking this place for one of the best events of our lives and I regret. In case you are looking for this place, please be aware and dont end up paying so much for a place that is not worthy. Greenary, the ambience, and location is great,..but service is the worst. I regret writing this even for it just made me so anxious during the wedding taking care of the guests. NOT WORTH the Money I paid!!!!

The Room is good enough for our stay for 2 nights. The Front desk staff Srimathi, Archana and Praveen were very helpful and check -in and check - out were superfast. Bell boy Gokul helped us by delivering our luggage on both times. Complimentary breakfast is very basic - idlys, dosai, uppma, eggs and coffee/tea. If you order for fresh dosai , fried eggs and coffee, takes extra long time and waiting was difficult as air-con was ineffective. Kalai, the driver, provides free ride to the airport and helps with loading and unloading our luggage. Complimentary rides were very helpful arranged by this Hotel. The real downside are the approach roads which are full of pits and pot holes making the drive very hard. Also the place is inundated with mosquitos and we had to spray mosquito repellent all the time.

The hotel is in a poor location and maybe, it is catering to mainly the employees of the nearby compannies for official visits. And, the room provide is not so clean with dark stains on the bed head rest. The towels given were also dirty with lot of stains. The toilet seat is not fitted properly and seepage from the bottom of the commode. The only positive aspect are the people who were user friendly. Ultimately, not worth the money.

First of all, they don't allow the guest incase anyone comes to meet you. They rudely behave with them. Breakfast is average and tasteless they will start calling you multiple times after 7:30 am in the morning for breakfast even after you are sleeping and don't respond. The stay was best. Our previous hotel was cancelled due to some app technical issue. In rush we booked Al Noor palace. We were traveling with family booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms here our not so spacious but the in room amenities, ac , tv, cleaning everything was perfectly managed and maintained. The staff was so polite, Mr. Rehman and night staff, the housekeeping, the restaurant person everyone was so helpful. Only one suggestion just try to increase the staff in breakfast timings. Rest We all loved the place and definitely would recommend to our friends and also would come again whenever we visit Chennai. Thanks all for this wonderful stay. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to give a bad review, but compared to the hotel I stayed the next day, this one is much better, so be lenient. The hotel decoration is very old, the rooms are average, the sheets are not clean, there are scum, hair and stroke marks. This may be a common problem in Indian hotels. As long as the sheets are not dirty, they are obviously not changed. The breakfast buffet is decent, with seven or eight food options. The price of more than 300 yuan, can live in a good hotel in the country.

The room was a pleasant surprise – spotlessly clean with fresh, neat bed linen. We dined at their restaurant, and the food was not only delicious but also served quickly. I appreciated the friendly service, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Parking my car on the roadside outside the hotel was hassle-free, and the staff assured me that it was safe, which put my mind at ease. The thoughtful amenities in the room were impressive. I enjoyed coffee both at night and in the morning, with the hotel providing ample supplies of coffee, tea, and milk pouches. An electric kettle and a small fridge were also provided, ***** with two water bottles, ceramic tea cups, and glasses. The bathroom was stocked with everything a traveler might need, including a shaving set, dental kit, shampoo, and shower gel, adding to the convenience of our stay. Overall, the hotel offered a fantastic experience with clean facilities, great food, and excellent service. I look forward to returning in the future!

When you leave the airport, you can find ola's customer service at the door in China to help you book a car. It is a good deal to get a taxi to the hotel for 20 yuan. There are many restaurants to choose from at the nearby phenix mall. There are relatively few tourists, basically tolerance; some Korean faces or Japanese flight attendants also live here. Rude,uncourteous and robbing attitude of staffs abd management of an international organization was shocking. I booked for 10 days in the first week of May, for the dates,May 27th to June 5th, but I chkd in on 26th itself a standard AC room for 2 adults, at the time of direct phone call booking the tariff I was told was INR 2476, inclusive of GST and complimentary breakfast for 2...while checking in on May 26th, I was told by the female front desk incharge that 8 had to pay first for 2 days and then pay the rest in incriments for my 10 days stay,I wasasked to pay INR 2594 per day, when I asked why change she literally slapped a tariff card in front of my face. I paid INR 5188,on 27th ,there was another manager to whom I paid for the next 4 days till May 31st, he charged INR w500 per day, I asked why the change he said something like its like that it will decrease after initial payment, but didn't give me any details. On May 30th I said, to the same male front desk manager I will pay the balance 4 days till 5th,he said there will be a tariff change and he can help me to have a late check out if I pay on June 1st, when I asked what does he means by tariff change, he said some unclear technical margon about chk out chk in tining etc. On June 1st, when I went to pay the female staff was there, she asked me to pay a balance of Rs 200 for the previous 6 days I asked her to show me the invoice and made her do a tariff calculation, that's when I was told the first day of stay all guests are charged INR 100 as club associations fee and rest of the days,INR2476, so I was akteady charged INR 214 excess, then she apologized and said since today on June 1st it will be considered a new check in ,,I had to pay for the breakfast INR 200 per head, I said I won't as I am going to continue my stay, then she reluctantly Saud ok pay for one person, I said NO , I don't want any adjustments for late check out, and I will pay right wlaway for the next 4 days. Then came the shocker, she said rhe room tariff for 1 day now isINR 3900, I asked how cone they hiked 50% in one night and without information and also I hooked for 10 days when the tariff was 2476, the management refused to budge In the end I refused to pay 3900 for June 1st and paid the old tariff a d checked out and was fortunate enough to find a better place with much better tariff nearby. They don't keep enough water bottles,nor do they clean impeccably, no room service, breakfast is decent,property is good,for public transport but rooms are old and just one plug point

As soon as I got checked in, it felt like the hotel I run in Bangladesh, same same but different (Hotel Bengal Blueberry). Inside the room, all amenities are provided except the tissue box. It's location is perfect for any foreigners visiting Chennai. I hope the Bar services were available when I stayed. It would have been a better trip in that case. However the restaurant did not disappoint. Even if you take the No-Breakfast package..when lunch is served the food is fulfilling for long hours. Mr. Alex, the front desk officer has made my stay in the Mango Hill very fruitful. I wish the hotel owners the very best nonetheless.
