The location is great. 5 minutes walk from centralen and NK. The furniture is a bit tasteless, the Bluetooth speaker works well, the shower is Hansgrohe, and the shower can almost wash the car. Next door is a famous rooftop bar.

Had an amazing time, as always, at AtSix. This time though I really saw some amazing service from the one and only Alexandra Ruzic (Guest Relation Manager) who solved a situation that looked very dark for a while - she did an beyond amazing job. Also Amanda in the reception was fantastic and more then needed for me. I also want to mention Laura in the breakfast serving that was the best waitress I ever met. Amazing crew - amazing hotel!

In addition to the relatively small room, the sound insulation is not particularly good, I think it is really good! Location: Right in the city center, it's easy to go anywhere! Very close to various hotel shopping malls! Breakfast: There are a lot of things and the taste is not bad! The only drawback is probably a bit salty, but the breakfast is really rich. Room: A few days ago, I booked with the help of the company, but it was a little smaller. Later, I ordered a slightly bigger one. The room layout is very cozy, and everything is there. The only drawback is that the hotel ’s refrigerator is only refrigerated without freezing. Service: The hotel arrived early, the staff directly gave the room, it is particularly good to be able to stay directly! I saw free activities, but I didn't participate because of work. You can try it yourself later

Hotel is located near Stockholm Central station and within 5 minutes walking distance. You can take the Arlanda Express directly from the airport which travels approximately 18 minutes. Checking in and out was smooth. Room was large and bed comfortable. Had 2 nights of good rest. Breakfast spread was excellent with Swedish food and western too. The hotel is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A strategic location in Stockholm.

Lovely hotel in the Center of Stockholm. LOvely traditional feel in a great old buildingthat has been modernised superbly without losing any of its appeal. The Rooms were a good size with plenty of space for bags and a small wardobe ideal for business traveller. Tea and coffee a bonus and the usual bathroom essentials meant travelling light was a good option. The breakfast area was in a restaurant in a huge atrium area that some of the rooms overlooked. Breakfast was traditional European continental breakfast and plentiful. This area converts in the evening to a very mice looking restaurant. We didnt use this as we were eating out with colleagues. It has a small bar area that is open until about 10pm

With a 200 e / night you get a very good location but a small windowless rooms. Windowless rooms were very cramped although functional. The bed was nice and I have no complaints of it but I could hear water flushing in waste water pipes the whole night which was mostly just annoying and would have been forgivable without the other flaws. As a cost saving measurement the scandic hotels have stopped cleaning your rooms unless you ask it specifically at the front desk. That is fine itself as a cost saving measure due covid but the attempt to frame it as a environmental thing is pathetic. The breakfast is good and has a large variety but for some reason they have someone to seat you at a buffee which is awkward when your seated 20 cm of a unknown person when there would have been plenty of space. Also coffee is only available from small 1 dl cups and tastes terrible, especially if you accidentally try to take it one of the machines outside the main buffee serving area. Also when I used to pour milk to my coffee at one of these further away coffee stations, the milk separated as it was sour. Rooms also have a very nice TV system which allows you to cast video to your Rooms TV from your cellphone. Which would have been super nice feature for a business traveller, but unfortunentatly sign in feature of it constantly redirected me to a non existed Web page which gave me only 404 not found errors. Also I ran out of my cell phones battery and did not have a charger with me. That was completely my fault but made me notice that the room has no visible clock anywhere, not even in the TV system. Even the TV allowed me to use its alarm function I could not check time anywhere.

Here’s an honest review 🏨The hotel is supposed to be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star but it didn’t feel like one. Below are the reasons why⬇️ 1. The rooms are not sound proof. We can totally hear noises from outside and upstairs people banging the door (even though windows are totally shut). 2. They did not have complementary water (which I believe all 4 star hotels should provide). They only gave us after we called them the next day. 3. No slippers provided too, until we called and asked. 4. The shower and bathtub aren’t separated, and it’s slippery. I fell and hurt my elbow. 6. Lastly, I paid for a hotel where I can use their amenities for free (atleast that’s what I thought). Apparently, this hotel doesn’t allow their guests to use the pool and gym for free. You need to pay to get access. (300SEK = 200¥+) Such a disappointment! 🤬 It felt like I was ripped off 😔 On a good note, the location is great. 👍🏻 It is just a walking distance to everything like bus station, coffee shops, mall, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

Excelleny choice. Easy walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants, stores close by and a very central location for all of Stockholm. The room was very nice and comfortable. Great bed, nice seating, coffee, tea and small fridge. There was a place to hang clothing, but not much drawer space. Great shower and toiletries.

The only positive thing in this place is the position. The cleaning is poor and the internet is very slow, in fact, in the bottom floor almost absent; it is paid more for anything, for the closet of the closet, towels and old and ruined towels. But apart from this, we are given the room where the lady who takes care of the rooms lives, a very worrying situation: I come out of the hostel and I don't find anything in my bed (leather, towels, clothes and personal articles) at night. I ask for explanations at the reception, and no one knew anything to tell me; after half an hour they finally found a pack containing my items. At 2 p.m. we wake up from a discussion between a young girl who wanted to spend the night there, and staff who could not communicate with her because no one of them, except the girl, spoke English. The lady who takes care of the rooms begins to speak alone and to walk without sense, all this inside our room as if it were two of the afternoon. The second night I go out of the hostel and I find another person in my bed, and to finish in beauty someone stole my tricks from the box but no one knew me anything about it.

There are actually two radissons on both sides of the central station, one is the viking royal, which is relatively old, but the street outside the hotel gate is obviously much more lively, and the facade of this waterfront is on a side road, which has the advantage of being quiet. Everyone has their own choice. However, there are several room types on the 567th floor of this restaurant above the restaurant. There is a corner area in the restaurant. When you look up, you can see the live broadcast behind the large French windows in the room above. Be careful not to act too crazy in the room during the meal time

The hotel is very close to the subway station and is five minutes away. Breakfast buffet is the same thing every day and there are not too many things to eat. But really recommend mini croissant! Delicious! The hotel should have too few facilities, the room is not convenient without refrigerator and dumplings, but in the lounge there is a microwave and drinking water place. My room is so remote that I have to walk a long way to drink water every time I want. The ground floor was a bit too old and the walls were beginning to look disrepaired. Staff would like to clean only once knock on the door and immediately open the door to come in, even the reaction time did not ⋯😱 Is the price not too high, or is the price too high in Sweden? Always feel not worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights from the 3rd-6th June 2022’ Room- When we arrived into our room, it had a very comfortable double bed, sofa bed, good sized TV, good sized bathroom and plenty of charging points to charge my electrical items. I also liked all the Nordic toiletries and the design of the room. Facilities- Whilst at the hotel, we had breakfast in the main hotel restaurant.- Lykke. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of continental items (meats, cheeses), a few hot items and a good selection of breads and pastries. As this hotel offers free breakfast with their room rate, I felt the breakfast offering was very good at this hotel. On our first night, we had a few drinks in the hotel bar and it had a good selection of local beers and Gins. Location- This hotel gets a 10/10 for location- It’s near all the major sites, attractions, shopping etc. The hotel is next door to the Stockholm Central station where you can catch the Arlanda Express to the Airport. It takes around 18 minutes and trains depart every 20 minutes. The Gamla Stan (the old town) is around a 20 minute walk from the hotel and there’s plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. If you love ABBA, you should go to the Abba Museum. The Museum is located on the Djurgarden island and it’s around a 35 minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively as Stockholm is surrounded by water, you can easily pop on one of the ferries to the other islands. The ferries are frequent and are reasonably priced. I would also recommend going to the Vasa Museum. It’s about a five minute walk from the Abba Museum and it’s very interesting learning about the history of the boat- It was epic. Lastly I would recommend doing a Archipelago boat trip around Stockholm. The tour takes around 2-3 hours and costs around 345 SEK per person. Dining- Stockholm is also blessed to have a great number of restaurants in the city. If you are interested in looking for a yummy informal Nordic meal, I would recommend going to Bistro Bestick. The restaurant is around a five minute walk from the hotel and the food is fabulous- You should try the******** Loin and the Truffle Crème Burlee. If you are looking for a contemporary modern restaurant, I would recommend going to Rolfs Kok. It’s around a 12 minute walk to this restaurant from the hotel. Whilst the food is pricey, it’s definitely worth having at least one dinner here. The food is wonderful and you should try the Beef Entrecôte and the Ox Cheek- It was so good! Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel & Stockholm and if I ever came back to this city, I would consider staying here.

The location is close to the central station and not far from the main scenic spots in Sweden. Although the elevator is older, the room area is considered large in European hotels. Children need to pay more to stay. The toilet space is narrow and the room heating effect is good. It is not cold in winter. Weekly newspaper is very convenient for shopping and eating

Very friendly welcome. It explains where the breakfast is and asks when room service should clean the room. Doesn't happen automatically or every day. Beautiful hotel building, located in the city center. Our room has a balcony facing the street and is located on the fourth floor. Summer is not suitable for sensitive people because you have to ventilate, but tuned vehicles that often go through the city all night can become very noisy. Nearby clubs and bars play good bass on Fridays and Saturdays. The windows were closed and it was quiet. Unfortunately, our room had a dirty carpet, smelled of old damp socks, and the windows had to be kept open. The size of the double room is okay. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets. There are few channels on the TV, and the remote control is dirty and sticky. The bathroom is large and the shower leaks, so the whole floor is always wet. There is a lot of mold in the shower room, not to be missed. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly. Only from the made-up bed can you see room service including room service. The bathroom was neither cleaned nor vacuumed in the room. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The next subway station is about 10 minutes walk away. Remember, Stockholm is hilly and the sidewalks are not always flat. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant that serves breakfast. The breakfast buffet is poor. Slice sausage, cheese, jam, bread, rolls. Well, the hot sausages and scrambled eggs are always moist and not well done, not particularly like the meatballs of La Cote Brar. At least apples and bananas have to be taken away. Bottom line: I have seen several hotels and know the price range. In Stockholm, you must make sure that the hotel has windows! If the carpet is clean and smell-free, and the bathroom is clean, I will give 8 out of 10 points despite the large amount of breakfast and poor breakfast, so it is only 3/10 left and it is not recommended.

The Scandic Upplandsgatan is a hotel with good location but this is way more expensive for the price we pay. The rooms are super small and after paying this much, there could have been a room size where you can at least have a chair to sit. The room doesn't have a chair to sit and there is hardly any space in the room besides the bed. Once you are in room, the only option you have is to lie down on the bed as there is absolutely no other facility and not a chair even where you can check a simple email on laptop. The rooms don't have cupboards for clothes hanging and you have to hang them on the walls around you. I find my stay super congested and was not comfortable at all. The only good thing is the location as it is located at a good location where it is accessible to go shopping and central station.

Our group were travelling from the UK. On the day we arrived we received a text message that gave us code for front door and room code. After an hour in Central train station we found the green metro line, this took us in and out of alvik every 3 mins. The green line journey was approx 7 stops and took around 20mins. Some rooms were extremely noisy due being next to the train station and dual carriageway. We originally find the hotel, mainly thanks to Google maps. Codes sent to be let in front door worked so we jumped into excelators and off we went to our rooms. The key pad I found easy to use. As soon as I opend the door and switched the lights on the smell of rotting food hit me. On inspection there was mouldy food left in cupboards. Automatically I check the microwave which has food caked everywhere inside. The cupboards that plates and cup were kept in had some kind of congealed substance dotted everywhere. I then noticed that a drink had been dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. I then noticed spatters and smudges of blood on the floor area. I would have been straight down to reception to request a clean room. However it seems reception is no longer manned. Free tea, coffee and fruit is no longer offered. 5mins walk is a supermarket where I bought cleaning products. It's not safe staying in these conditions at the best of times, yet alone covid times. I scrubbed that one bed apartment which is not what I wanted to do after travelling 14hrs. That night there were people running up and down room hallways banging doors and trying handles. We returned one afternoon and 4 armed assault police officers were running in and out of the hotel. All in all our stay was a disaster. I only write of my room, however both of my colleagues suffered the same. The toilet had not been cleaned and a massive jobbie was waiting for him. An headboard completely fell off mid sleep. No locks on 10th floor windows. The only saving grace for me was that the bed was clean and comfy.

The location is very good, you can refer to other reviews for good places, but you have to add money without checking your child ’s passport when you check in. Actually, you do n’t need to add money under 4 years of age. Later, you checked the e-mails you sent before asking if you do n’t need it. Add money, but the heating of the room is bad, the front desk obviously knows in advance, and changed one after asking. The key is because after the cancellation of the New Crown flight, check-out was made one day in advance, and then a certificate was required to apply for insurance. The hotel actually said that we did not check-out early. Although it did not affect us very much, I did n’t agree with this service. I won't stay next time.

BEDBUGS! To start with, we are aware this is not a 5 stars hotel and our expectations were not high. The breakfast was not the best but decent, the local staff a little unkind and rough, the shower curtain smelled bad. However, the real problem were bedbugs and the attitude of the staff after it was reported. We noticed insects in the room (we didn’t know at the time what it was) and I ended up being severely bitten. I reported this to the hotel by e-mail after I learnt what it is and after being examined by the doctor. I wanted to make sure they do something about that but they immediately replied there’s no way there are bedbugs in the hotel. Searching for bedbugs should take at least 1 hour (the insects hide) so there is no chance somebody even went to the room to check. I need to use ointment with antibiotics and do disinsection of my apartment in case I transferred bugs from that hotel. It is a costly and unpleasant process and the hotel’s attitude is unacceptable. I went through other comments on booking and we are not the first ones to report that. The personnel’s response is the same, though.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room. BUT we are all tired from lack of sleep. It was in the low 80sF during the day and cooler at night. But the room basically has no Air Conditioning. There is a button you turn on and the cool air comes on for a couple minutes. Then nothing! It doesn’t cycle back on at all. So unless you get up very often during the middle of the night to press the button, it gets quite warm. We opened the window, but it was very loud, especially rooms that faced the street. Then bugs came in the windows. So we closed the windows and slept poorly. I had a polite conversation with the front desk and they simply said it was warm weather. After being in a home with no AC, we were excited to sleep well, but no such luck. Surprised a Bonvoy hotel has this issue. We had multiple rooms so spent a decent amount for poor sleep. That said, most of the year this is a non issue as it is cooler.

It is a very historic hotel with very good maintenance and maintenance. The five-star and four-star hotels are really far away in the local area. For this price, I really want to book a five-star hotel. The four stars are also the price. But I have to say that the sewers in the washbasin are blocked. I didn’t realize it at the beginning. I felt that this water was so slow. After I took the plug, I still didn’t go into the water. It’s just a little bit unseen. It is simply that where the water is washed and washed, the water will not go down. In addition, the air conditioner did not know that the hotel agreed that it was not open, or it was broken. This weather is really awkward in Sweden, because the quilts used by the locals are very small, unlike other hotels, the hotel is really only 1.5 meters. 1.3 meters or even smaller, very unaccustomed, sleeping a little cold at night. Then I woke up in the morning and it was a little hot, because the doors and windows were all closed and there was no ventilation. This is not the case with this hotel. The problem with this quilt is where it is. The bathroom saw the hanging towel, and the heating function was quite good, but there were some walls that were warm and did not work for a long time. The surrounding environment is really invincible. It's so beautiful, especially in the autumn of Stockholm, the autumn is so beautiful. There are many boat docks in front of the hotel, which can be visited by boat in minutes. In addition, I have to ask the information hanging on Ctrip that the hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport. In fact, there is no such thing. When I ask the front desk staff, I look at it seriously. I feel as if I have to take the bus. The front desk staff said that it is recommended to take a taxi to the airport, and the old town of Sturgeon went to the airport for a price of 545 kr. In fact, in addition to his reputation, the hotel actually felt that it was convenient to travel, otherwise it would consider another one. As a result, this information is incorrect. In addition, the hotel's own restaurant is actually of average quality, but the service ecology is superb. When choosing wine, it is not annoying. After tasting two kinds, it is decided to be a French. But the scenery is super beautiful, facing the beautiful palace. See many locals have a seat there for dinner. In addition, the fabric on the wall in the room is very beautiful, the color is coordinated, and it is a single room. In fact, the bathroom is very large and very comfortable. It is said that when the Nobel evening party is held every year, guests will stay at this hotel, but they have not seen the relevant introduction. In addition, the hotel reception will recommend the spa and swimming pool free of charge. Unfortunately, there is no time to experience.

Breakfast, and it's pretty good. The front desk was very friendly. The room I booked was slightly smaller, but very clean and very neat. Your Central Railway Station is also very close and you can walk to it in 5 minutes. Overall, this hotel is very good and recommend everyone.

First, the location is fantastic. It's a short walk to nearly everything, several transit stops are nearby, and the most beautiful park is right across the street. We ended each day with a walk through this lovely park. Because rooms are small, I went with an upgrade to a ”deluxe double,” which was quite attractive and comfortable. Bathrobes were provided along with the more usual amenities: fridge, coffeemaker, decent sized cups & glasses. Bed was comfortable. Shower had very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. my only complaint is that the breakfast seemed rather low-quality. Baked goods and cold cuts were basic supermarket level. Fruits were either underripe or overripe. Breakfast was served in the street-level restaurant, which is kind of gloomy for a morning meal. These are all minor complaints--overall, it's a great hotel.

The food is of high quality, very well made and the staff in the dining room, and throughout the hotel in general, are attentive and friendly. Very good organization and operation. A highly recommended option for those who want to spend a few days in Stockholm comfortably.

At the price I paid, I was a bit sceptical about this place until I checked in. But this was a sweet surprise. Built out of a historic building and on the fringe of Gamla stan this is an absolute steal and a hidden gem LOCATION: Located on the island of Gamla stan and easily walkable from all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Free Coffee and refreshments are available at the lobby level all day long for guests. Ws quite surprised by the Excellent breakfast served at the restaurant. The spread was amazing and had everything from delicious pastries to gourmet Pies. Not the usual boring stuff! And they also accommodated all kinds of dietary preferences, including Vegan! ROOM: I stayed in Room 507, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the building next door; SIZE: Very compact room, but good enough for 2 adults; AIR-CON: No Air conditioner, and can get pretty warm on hot days; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines, which is a super rarity in the old town. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made me feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Low-speed Wi-Fi(up to 10 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

A really good and clean apartment with all the ustensils that you need (hairdryer, dishwashing liquid, whasing machine, ...). Very spacious and calm, we had a good sleep. The apartment is near a tramway station (5 minutes), it's a very good location in 30 minutes, we were in the city centre. There is just an only little thing that was that there weren't a lot of informations about the dustbin of the apartment and it was difficult for us to find the location of the bin at the outside. However, in general we recommend this flat and this address.

Loved this hotel!! Sofia was amazing and helped me when I got in and on my way out. While there Marie was also helpful! I was lucky enough that my room was ready before 3pm (check-in) and they let me in to change etc!!! Just a 10 minute walk from the Express Arlanda station, taxi ride if you have big luggage. ONLY 5 minute walk to the pier and many of the touristic options of boats and hop-on-off boats and buses there! The room was big enough for me because I was traveling by myself. With a big tv for nights in, room 14 has a huge bathroom if you don't mind having no windows and I didn't because I was mostly out and it's better for sleeping 🥳. Having two supermarkets within 5 minutes walking was great if you need something. The big church 3 minutes away has a coffee shop that is very good for relaxing in the patio area. There are always scooters and bicycles around to use in front or nearby. Come and enjoy this lovely city! The room has a small hair dryer, a kettle (coffee and tea), a huge tv, and very comfortable bed/sheets and towels. They offer liquid soap/shampoo in the shower and sink.

The very kind and helpful staff are what make this place worth staying at. They serve a good breakfast and were very cooperative when I had to print out some papers late at night, the lady at reception printed it out very kindly or else i would have been stuck. The room size is fine if you are on work and so will spend minimum time in the room as its quite small, which is mentioned. But it is well equipped and very clean, has a nice restaurant in the hotel. So i would defintely recommend it as a really nice place.

We booked two hotel nights in Hotell Årstaberg for our stay in Sweden half a year before our trip. About three months before our stay, I received a message about a water damage at the hotel, which caused our reservation to be transferred to Hotel Älvsjö. We approved the transfer, as based on our background check, the hotel appeared valid based on photos and reviews. The message mentioned that Hotell Älvsjö is one of ”their” hotels. When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t get inside. Despite several attempts, the door phone and the reception phone were not answered. Eventually the door opened and we were looking for a reception in a maze of dilapidated and cigarette smelling dormitories. Already at this point, we noticed that the reality is different from in the pictures. At the reception we were served by a senior man with an Asian background who had unsufficient knowledge of English and Swedish. I told him about our transfer to the hotel and the man seemed confused. He claimed he could not find our reservation in my name, so I told himabout the message from the previous hotel. The man said the hotel was overbooked, but after a long time he found a reservation in the system. Despite this, we did not have a room in the hotel, so he offered an extra spare room. The man’s arguments and opinions changed many times during our conversation, and we did not find his claims to be true. We asked for a discount because the room was said to be a spare room that was kept empty for situations like this, and it did not match the level of the hotel room we booked. The spare room we got didn’t match the marketing images in any way, nor did any other room we happened to walk past. The room did not meet any hotels’ general hygiene or equipment standards in any way, as it was unclean, windowless, and more reminiscent of a prison cell than a hotel room. The furnishings in the room consisted of two dirty mattresses laid on worn beds, and a trace of a shoe found on the other mattress. Only one towel and soap were found in the bathroom, as well as some moldy crevices in the shower room floor. No toilet brush, hair dryer, or any other hotel bathroom equipment was found. The shower head was the head of the bidet. There was fecal-looking secretion on the doors, and the walls were covered with runoffs of liquid and dirt. In addition to this, the sounds outside the room could be heard very loudly, which would definitely have disturbed the peaceful stay. The man refused to give the discount, so we suggested an immediate refund if we leave the hotel immediately. The man agreed to this, but when we returned to the reseption after getting our luggage, he agreed to refund only the price of one night's stay (we had been in the room for about 15 minutes). We had to argue with the man about the refund for a long time, and he seemed very nervous and aggressive. In the end, we managed to get the majority of the amount we paid, but not completely. We will wait to see if the mone
