Hotel located 12 min walking from casinos (Venetian, The Londoner…), and approximately 40 minutes commute to St Paul’s ruins, etc. Bus station nearby with bus 26 going to Macau Tower. Outdoor swimming pool opened from 8h to 18h. Breakfast was not included with the room, 55 MOP extra. Small buffet. We made a request through Trip before our arrival to have a non smoking and quiet room, and the request was rejected. We got a non smoking room but at night from 22h it was noisy both nights, with continuous noise from the pipes the first one and laundry-like noise the second one. The room was spacious, fully carpeted floor. The hair dryer worked a bit and stopped, and again. Water bottles were not replaced. We had to leave really early the last day to take the train, we asked the staff on the first and second night if they could help us call the taxi and get price quotation, they said to come the morning directly, and couldn’t tell a price. She also offered us to take the shuttle at 10h30 am while I told her we had to leave at 06 am. The last morning we came to the desk and asked for help, the receptionist told us to go at the front of the hotel and wave to call a taxi.

The hotel has just been renovated this year. The facilities are very new. The location is great. It's just near Guanye Street. It's very convenient to eat and drink. The guy at the front desk who checks in is very helpful. I will continue to stay in the hotel next time I go to Macau

I really want to praise the excellent service provided by the Altira Macau. First of all, although the hotel is not located at where most of the luxury hotels are, but still it is very convenient and I think is even better than those like the Waynn Place, Parisian etc. Since it just takes a few minutes walk from the hotel, you can reach 711 and so many local restaurant that closes at midnight like 3am or even 24hrs. Which I think is quite important for a vacation. Secondly, as I booked this hotel at the very last minute(this is a birthday trip), still the Altira try their very best to arrange and help me to make this birthday trip a nice and great one. And the staffs are helpful and courteous. Thirdly, this time I’ve booked a suite. The room is large, the view is great which you can enjoy the night and day view of almost whole of the macau. This is a very nice experience and yet the best accommodations I’ve ever had in Macau. Thanks again to all the staffs at the Altira.

We stay in the okura macau for 1 night but we have experience best quality services. Upon checking in, front desk staff namely johnny and val help us to assist our bookings and introduce different types of activities to offer specially the Grand Resorts deck. Also they give some gift for my kids a cute teddy bear. My son was so happy after he received the toy. Also from the housekeeping staff jaypee and allan assist us. The room so clean . We promise to stay again this hotel for our next vacation in macau.

The hotel is only located 10 minute walk to the Pai Kok LRT which is very convenient, and it is also out of the ****** *****s, so the surrounding is tranquil and peaceful. A short walk to Galaxy to catch free shuttle to other locations. The hotel serves breakfast which is a plus point. Didn't manage to enjoy the facilities of the hotel, such as the swimming pool as busy with sightseeing!

The lobby reception was incredibly nice and friendly. Not sure because I'm late check-in or what, they actually upgraded me to the room no. 1. The room was completely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Most important is, room no. 1 had an incredible view. During my check out, the staff also very helpful and manage to get me a taxi although during peak hours. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to some of the famous places. Besides the location, I'll rate it 10/10.

Hotel is just allocated across the galaxy macau and along the same street as as broadway Macau . Very conveniently located as there are buses in front of the hotel and in front of galaxy to take you to Macau downtown . Just 20 mins walking distance to guan ye street . There’re 2 24/7 convenience shops on the left and eight of hotel and a dessert shop that serves very nice mango pomelo. Will certainly stay again or recommend to friends Hotel staff are very helpful too.

Near main street and walking to tourist attractions only 5 minutes. There is a dim sum restaurant in 1/F. Environment is good . Food quality ok. The hotel is beautiful and well located in the middle of nature with the sea view The room is very spacious , bright big with a balcony and the sea view The restaurant is great, offering very good non alcoholic drinks and very nice fresh food ! A big thanks to the receptionist and the manager of the hotel ( Yuri i think this is his name ) allowed me to check out later and use the swimming pool after I’ve done the check out, such a nice gesture ! I’ll come back for my next trip in Macau :)

It was the worst hotel experience I have had in Macau. I booked 路氹 金光大道景 豪華 特大床客房 (non-smoking room) for one night (June 8-9) through Trip.com and additionally put a remarks regarding birthday arrangement for my husband on June 8. I also received a confirmation email from the hotel on 22 May that the hotel will prepare relevant amenities to be delivered to my room during our stay. When I checked in with the reception on June 8, the front desk staff Edward had arranged a smoking room for our stay! We even re-confirmed with him during the check-in that we wanted a non smoking room and he saw the 2 years old toddler with us. Once we entered the floor and the room, we found that the smell are intolerable. So we asked the front desk whether our room and floor are smoking floor and room. They confirmed that our room was a smoking room and they managed to switch the room for us to a non smoking room. I had to pack my stuff and carry the baby to different floor and spent quiet some time inside the hotel doing this room re-arrangement. (After I reported a complaint to the hotel by email, the staff Cristina contacted me on 10 June to explain the reason of the mistake is that the hotel is unable to know what type of room I booked, because I was booked through trip.com, a third party agency. I had booked so many times through trip.com and never encountered a problem like that with other hotels.) In addition, the hotel forgot to deliver the birthday amenities until I had to call the front desk for reminder at night (11:30pm). After the reminder, the hotel is able to deliver a small chocolate moose cake without any birthday plate. So it was very disappointing, the birthday arrangement at COD is even better because the cake and champagne were well set up inside the room. The whole birthday celebration is so ruined by the hotel. I wasted my time switching the room and waiting for the birthday cake to come because of their careless service.The staff Cristina had offered me a complimentary upgrade on my NEXT stay to a Cotai View Room with complimentary breakfast for 2 as a compensation. I have no idea why they thought/ wanted me to spend extra money to book another night just for the complimentary view upgrade and free breakfast. I honestly did not expect 'Sheraton' this worldwide brand has this type of service and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Staggered the time of travel on May Day. The price is okay, not exaggerated, the hygiene is not bad, and the bed is big enough. There are disposable slippers and toiletries, and the hot water for the bath comes out quickly. After crossing the border, you can take the free bus to Shiliupu. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is easy to find, just come in directly in the small alley opposite the supermarket, and it was a circle at that time. Superb location if you are plan to stay near MFM (e.g. accessing events at MCC). Just don't look at the map for location advice where it shows 20min walk around the airport. The hotel is literally on the departure floor and right in front of you. Front desk is on the 11 floor and MCC is 5~10min walk from the back door. Great room size and good cleaning service. You get everything expected in a good 3-star hotel. Staff are very friendly and if needed you can exchange cash to MOP at front desk.

It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, we stayed there for a few days, and the room and the bathroom are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are accommodating in guiding and answering our questions. every day we got compliments from the hotel staff and it's so amazing for us. The Hotel's location is very strategic near the Galaxy Arena complex. There's a shuttle to Galaxy Diamond and Crystal Lobby, so it's very easy to shop or find something to eat, and don't forget the ******. There are also several big complexes near the hotel Venetian, or Studio City. The hotel lobby is also near the Cotai West LRT station so if you want to travel using the LRT only 3 mins walk from the lobby.

This second time I came to Macau, compared to the hotels in Macau main island and Taipa, Coloane is more comfortable and quiet. The room is not big, but it is very clean. Every detail shows that the boss is a very caring person. The sanitary conditions of hotels in the same price range in China cannot compare with them. The only drawback is that the shower is separated by a curtain, which can easily spill outside. The water pressure here is super high. I have never encountered such a high-pressure shower. I was shocked when I opened it. Please be careful to slowly lift half of the water when opening the bath. Haha... This quiet little fishing village in Coloane is worth a visit.

It’s within ten minutes’ walk to Ruins of St. Paul’s, very close! And you can find it just by following the Gaode map. The location is very easy to find and very conspicuous. Both the lobby and the room are very clean, but they are a little small and have poor soundproofing, but it doesn't have much impact. I sleep very comfortably and the air conditioner is cold enough. The hot water broke down at night and was quickly repaired. There are also many late-night snack options nearby. The beef offal nearby was super delicious! ! It is also good to have storage service before check-in or after check-out, and the front desk service attitude is also very good! Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose it again next time I visit Macau near Ruins of St. Paul's!

We choose it because on trip.com it was mentioned as one of the best for families due to the kids playground, but turns out it’s not the hotel’s, there is a FunZone that can be accessed publicly in the same complex (adults pay the entrance even if they want to accompany their kids, and they were not flexible to let one parent go inside even just for the last 1/2 hour before closing, to accompany our 1-year-old…). The complex is huge (includes the W hotel as well) and has access to a huge mall with plenty of food options. The main hotels of Macau are walking distance. Room was ok and view is stunning, but we found rice under the armchair that hadn’t been cleaned…

The family friendly triple room was nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was okay; the usual spread of local cuisine. Staff were quite friendly. Unfortunately, the corridors reek of smoke, despite it being supposedly non smoking, and the rooms along that corridor are supposed to be family friendly which. This hotel also does not have shuttle service as it is a smaller hotel, so have to go to another hotel for the shuttle.

I kept soaking my feet and asked the staff to clear it, but it still happened. Hygiene: Everywhere is clean, tidy and comfortable. Environment: The surrounding facilities are very complete, and it is very close to Ruins of St. Paul's. When I was shopping, I found that they have several branches around Ruins of St. Paul's and some of them are quite close. Service: The service attitude is very friendly. The guy on the day shift speaks Mandarin, and the guy on the night shift probably only speaks English. Fortunately, he was able to understand our poor English when we talked to him, hahaha.
