      I was surprised at the value for money especially since it was labelled a 2 star hotel. The room was more spacious than expected with excellent lighting and modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot with great pressure! Staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The location, though in a shady neighbourhood, was ideal for accessing downtown Toronto. Great job, I will be back!

      Had the misfortune of booking this trash online. On reaching the hotel at 10 in the night, the receptionist told me that the booking was for 1 person in Queen room, while I had booked for 2 people. On contacting booking.com, as usual their response was delayed. On contacting his colleague(?), the guy let us go to the room without charging us. And yes, made us pay the entire amount for 8 days in advance. The guy took us to the 3rd floor on stairs (no elevators and creaky wood floor). On reaching the room, the room smelled as if a pesticide had been sprayed into the room. Changed the room, to the 2nd floor, where to my utter shock found that the music downstairs was too loud. It was then I discovered, that the hotel was above a strip CLUB... With a heavy heart, took the room feeling that it was better than the smelly rooms on 3rd floor. However, when the music didn't stop at 3 am, my old mother got agitated. Adding to it, the bed was not just small but rickety and maybe full of bugs as well. Tired and frustrated,she went to the reception, where a new guy gave us again 3 options on 3rd floor, each one more smellier than the previous. Utterly frustrated, we asked him if there was any other bigger room, which we went to and found was not smelling. Without any options, had to cough out 230CAD more and take the room. Just feel so cheated now, given that could have got better hotels at overall 118 CAD, a night. Some other gems about the hotel: 1. There is no phone in room to call reception. You have to go the reception, every time for every minor thing. 2. House cleaning happens once a week, if you are taking a room for a week+. ***! Have to ask for towel change and toiletries. 3. Semi-clad girls are in a passage adjacent to hotel lobby and the music is super loud. 4. The adjacent area is damn scary, and outside the hotel you end up meeting a lot of addicts, asking you scarily for 'change'. 5. The walls are so thin, that if TV is on in an adjacent room, so you end up hearing the entire thing. For some wierd reason, had a loud talker in the adjacent room, who kept TV on for the entire night. To give some credit, yes the location is near to major attractions downtown and the receptionists were helpful. But the hotel is a trash-bag, to be avoided at all costs!

      Stayed a weekend at the Holiday Inn Express on Lombard for a girlfriend getaway. Excellent location for a walk to the Jays games, or the Scotia bank, Eatons center for shopping,etc. Front desk staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Beds and pillows super comfy. Rooms are excellent and very tidy. On site underground parking fantastic. Can’t say enuf about this hotel. We all ahead a great stay and look forward to coming back.

      We checked into the Omni on a Friday afternoon and checked out on Sunday morning and had a great stay. Upon arriving a bride was having wedding pictures taken on the front steps and it was her wedding day, like ours 32 years ago the same day! Check in was quick and easy and being an Omni Rewards Member we were given a coupon for a complimentary drink each at their restaurant or bar. We used it for a glass of house wine the same evening prior to going out for the night. The next morning after working out at the hotel gym (spacious with a TV per machine so we could watch Sportscentre), I stopped back at the front desk and our excellent host Miles gave us another set of drink coupons for our second evening, and again we stopped down for a glass of house wine before setting out for the night. The next morning coming down for coffee (which is served free in the lobby each and morning and is pretty darn good) Miles was sure to greet us with a warm “Good morning!” We checked out a few hours later and were very pleased with our weekend escape to the Omni King Edward. The hotel is quiet, yet centrally located near the Eaton Centre and multiple coffee shops, restaurant and stores, and we look forward to coming back! Parking tip - the lot at 65 King Street East (the building is the future home of Google Canada) is around the corner and is the hotel’s designated parking lot; upon parking opt for the parking garage fees versus the hotel parking fee as it will almost always work out to much less of an expense, for us it was about half the cost for the two days! And the lot is very easy to get to and upon exiting you are across the street from the hotel side entrance.

However I had the luxury of staying in one of there renovated rooms and the bathroom is divine from the gold wrapped faucets and rainfall shower head. The bed a king sized dream so comfy. And the 65 inch smart tv which is wall mounted compliments this simple yet elegant room for a couples getaway Thanks to the pantages staff excellent quality customer service. Cheers

      The hotel is near the airport (so there is some noise) and the next morning the plane is very close. Check-in and check-out are very fast, and the credit card deposit is refunded immediately. The parking lot has enough space to push the luggage, and it does not need to use the ridge and climb the stairs. The design is reasonable. We only stayed for a very short time and the whole feeling was very neat and efficient. There is also a ruth chris steakhouse next to it. It is very convenient to have a good meal.

      Decent and clean! Forgot to book the lakeview option, upgrading to high floor and Lake View was $30-40 on the spot. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Bathroom had lots of towels, and plastic cups, soap. There was a coffee machine with Starbucks coffee packs, and a bottle of water, several plastic cups, mini fridge. Tv has Netflix, Amazon prime vid, you just need to sign in to your account 🔥. Parking is free (1 spot for 1 room, u have to get a tag and put it in the windshield from the front desk when u check-in). Wifi was free with the room, but when i login it said 16$ a day will charge if applicable, I didnt want the hassle / didnt need it so i didnt use it. But i enjoyed the stay, front desk service was fast and friendly both in person and on phone😊

      We stayed at the Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel the night before a recent trip to the Caribbean. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, our bathroom had obviously recently be cleaned well, and they upgraded us to a corner suite. The best thing about this hotel is the Park and Fly option. Most hotels in the area of the Toronto airport have you park at a nearby, but separate lot like Park 'N Fly. The Sandman allows you to leave your car in their lot which is well lit, and they have a private shuttle to the airport for just their hotel. Most other hotels share a shuttle. My only complaint is that the desk clerk in the morning of our checkout was rude and acted like he was doing us the biggest favour by supplying me with a receipt for our stay. Perhaps he had a bad night, but it left an impression on us. The hospitality / tourism industries cannot afford to lose customers due to poor behaviour of staff.

Great customer service. Would definitely stay here again and I recommend staying there.

The hotel is very careful, leaving a warm explanation card at the door, parking It costs 15 yuan / night, because we checked out at 6 am the next morning, so we returned the car one day earlier, and told the front desk that the parking was one day, but we still deducted our money for two days. I told the front desk, I hope the money can be returned, not much CAD 15, I don't want to leave regret in Canada!

      I was disgusted with the stay. I called Friday to speak to the manager. Did not hear back. When I checked out Sunday we again asked to have a manager call me. As of mid day on Monday I haven’t heard from anyone. My bed had dirty sheets on it. When I called down she told me to wait until morning. After saying they was totally unacceptable and some back and forth I finally convinced them to find a way to send me some sheets. In which I the had to change in my own. If they were short staffed I should have been offered a new room. Was locked out of my room regularly I had 4 additional keys by the time I checked out. None in which worked. When systems were down on Saturday we waited an hour after saying our keys didn’t work and just needed into our room. Finally asking for someone with a master key to please just let us in! Awful experience. I stay at the convention centre often for events. Will never ever stay here again and I was there on a Friends and family from the owner of another location!

      My wife and I were on our way to Cuba and stayed overnight at the Sheraton while travelling from Halifax.We checked in April 7 and were greeted by a friendly front desk person.The room was ready and well appointed and after settling in we had dinner in the lobby retaurant.Excellent food and super friendly staff.The next morning the Hotel shuttle bus was on time and took us to the Airport. After two great weeks in Cuba we arrived back in Toronto on April 23, at 1:30 am Saturday (thanks to Sunwing) with a 7:00 flight to Halifax that same morning. The young lady at the front desk greeted us warmly and when we explained why were this late,she immediately said"You deserve an upgdade".A short stay but a pleasant one. The shuttle bus was on time and we caught our flight back to Halifax. This is the way a Hotel should operate.

No breakfast at the hotel, there are meals around the hotel, walk 7 minutes to A&W, breakfast is quite a variety, and cheap 3. Parking for 50 a day, very expensive, and not stop by yourself, give the key to the waiter to help you stop, pick up the car, there are two parking lots opposite the hotel, no more than 30 a day, stop opposite, very close 4. There is a Chinese restaurant for six or seven minutes, or I am used to the comfort of a bowl of noodle soup. 5. The Kindle that read the book the next day after the check-in can't be found. The front desk said to help me find it. There is no feedback yet. I lost it inexplicably. This level of hotel should not be reasonable.

      The apartment was at 85 Queens Wharf. Apt 1701. The instructions were sent to us the day before we left, and were really easy to understand. Gaining entry into the building was easy as we did exactly as instructed. The apartment is modern and had washing machine and dryer. Hair dryers. Toothpaste and toothbrushes, cleaning products and tea and coffee supplies. Ironing facilities, kettle toaster and more... In fact lots more than we needed! We found the security to be really polite and helpful upon our arrival and during our stay. We had amazing views of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario. Upon arrival we noted the bath plug was not working. We contacted by WhatsApp and it was dealt with the next day. The building is close to Tim Hortons, bars, cafes and grills. The entertainment area and lake. I really cannot fault Simply Comfort Suites at all. We had a fab stay and we will definitely use again in the future.

Driving by car is very convenient, a little far from the city center is about 20 kilometers. There is a famous market in the city center of St. Lawrence. It is recommended that you go shopping and buy it yourself.
