Love the service and room, especially the provision of water each day, hair dryer, clean towels each day, self-service check in and check out. Everything was great except the ff: 1. WIFI - Our room was on the 3rd floor and we can only connect to the wifi on the 5th floor. It was freaking slow (for ex. cannot open 1 photo from messenger)and sometimes not connecting. We relied mostly on our data 2. Outlet - the ones beside the beds are not working. Those that are working is slow when charging. Been to several countries and this is the first time this has happened. 3. Thin walls - could hear our neighbor making weird noises on our first night and it was so uncomfortable. Thankfully, it was only that night and didn’t happen again.

The first time I lived in such a great youth hostel, the privacy was high and quiet, and there was coffee to drink 🤣 I saw such a high evaluation on the reservation website and wanted to study it. I didn’t expect to find a treasure youth hostel. The location is also good. The Taipei Station MRT Station is less than 3 minutes away, and there is an elevator. Large luggage is ok. I am too lazy to walk. It is close to the MRT in the city center. It is too convenient. It is the first time to live in such a great youth travel. The privacy is high and quiet. There is also coffee to drink. 🤣 I saw such a high evaluation on the reservation website and wanted to study it. I didn't expect to find a treasure youth hostel. The location is also good. We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

I chose the hotel due to its location. It is across the road from the museum, has a convenience store close by, plenty of food places, and a Metro station is just 200m away with the main railway station just 400m away. My room had wifi/internet and a bar fridge. I stayed here twice and was mostly satisfied. Better rooms are on the front of the building. The back rooms have no view and sound carries between them via a light well. English speaking by staff is mixed. They do have a left luggage facility if you arrive early or are departing late. Not all staff understand such requests.

The room is very impressive and warm, the location is in the middle and you can go anywhere (e.g. national taiwan museum, huashan creative park, etc) by bus with an acceptable time. Staffs are nice too. Afterall, this is a nice place to relax yourself in Taipei! Here is the view from the room.

Some staff were nice. Some were not (maybe im a foreigner so they are less friendly) . They have hourly charge once you arrived a lil but late (like 10pm only) and I have to pay extra! I dont think that's worth it. It's in Ximen but really very close to it. You have to walk 15mins. Room is good. Price is so-so. Have big lounge space. Water. Kitchen.

客室の壁が薄いのか遮音性が大変悪く、隣室の宿泊客達が深夜になっても騒いでいたため、就寝することが出来なかった。 フロントに事情を話したところ、隣室に注意をしてくれて収まったが、せっかくの短い旅程で何とも嫌な思いをした。 客室は綺麗であったが、部屋のセーフティボックスは壊れており、エアコンも調整が効かず、また、冷蔵庫からは異臭がしていた。 なお、ルームクリーニングを夕刻の遅い時間に実施するとは、世界中を旅しているが初めての経験であった。 スタッフの対応は良く、台北駅と西門町から徒歩圏のため便利であるが、残念ながら再び宿泊することは無い。 The walls of the guest room were thin and the sound insulation was very poor. When I told the front desk about the situation, he warned me about the next room and settled down, but I felt bad about the short itinerary. The room was clean, but the safety box in the room was broken, the air conditioner didn't work, and the refrigerator smelled bad. Location and services were great, very friendly and helpful. The smaller room with no window tends to be a bit more moldy and wet, not really very comfortable. We love the snacks and instant noodles at the reception area, with ample chairs, sofa and table for usage. Really happy that they opened their cafeteria for guests to use after operating hours.

Since the room we booked had a window, we were initially assigned a small room that was close to life and the window was small. I immediately contacted the sister at the front desk and quickly helped us change the room. Although there was a window, the view was... An iron wall🥹🥹🥹 After staying for 4 nights, the supplies were cleaned and replaced every day, which was really nice👍🏻👍🏻 It is also very convenient to go to Ximending. It is also very convenient to take the MRT to other places. You can take the National Taiwan University Hospital Station via 288 Peace Park to Shilin Night Market, which only takes about 10 minutes by car.

Stayed for three consecutive nights, the waiter and valet parking service are very good. The Chinese and Western breakfast is simple and varied. Parking is limited, luckily there are spots. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong, so be careful when using it to avoid flooding the bathroom 😂 It is 400 meters away from Dongmen MRT Station, and the nearby Dongmen Market is very convenient to visit. Although it is not the most upscale hotel, it is very good to sleep, thank you for your care.

I stayed for three nights. Recently, there seems to be no word of mouth posts, so I hope you can refer to it. As the past word of mouth, it's really dark throughout. I don't know the control of the lighting in the room, and I can open the curtain in the morning and finally work at the desk. The corridor is dim and in addition, there is only one elevator, and it is unbelievable that it is No. 1 in the tango in the Nakayama area. The room with a coffee machine was out of order. I gave up because I was troubled to go to the front desk. The hospitality in the rooms other than the lighting is the best, and I think it is the best hotel since Corona began to calm down and I can go to Taiwan. I was especially satisfied with the bathroom. There were plenty of towels. I like it many times, but I thought it was perfect for hotel life except for lighting. Meals are about a bonus. It was also dim here and it was difficult to confirm the product name. I never stay at a luxury hotel, but I feel that the breakfast level of a hotel in Taiwan has fallen recently.

Pretty decent location and condition for this price. The only defect is probably the check-in procedure. The first step is to contact the staff via Line, which the QR code is above the number lock at the entrance and I saw a couple of people not being aware of it, then provide with them a photo of your passport. After that, you’ll get two sets of passcodes, one for the main entrance and another one for the box storing your keycards. The procedure is alright if you understand written Chinese, and preferably speak Mandarin, but definitely hard if you are neither.

First of all, the location of the hotel is hard to find. It is in a residential area and there is no sign outside. You need to ask at the front desk of Fengju Hotel. There will be staff to pick you up. The hotel is on the 7th floor of a business building. The room is big and clean. It is quiet at night. The wifi is powerful and the facilities are complete. Breakfast is at the restaurant of Fengju Hotel. The buffet is not bad. The location of the hotel is really good, 5 minutes walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station, so it is convenient to go everywhere. 3 subway stops or half an hour's walk to 101 Building, 1 station to Taipei Main Station, 2 stations to Ximending MRT, 3 stations to Songshan Airport MRT or 120 Taiwan dollars by taxi. It is also 2 stops away from the duty-free shop, and next to the hotel are Pacific Sogo and Sogo Sogo. The room fee is only 350. The price/performance ratio is too high. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. I will stay here next time.

This is a unique small hotel in Dadaocheng. The interior space is very well designed but not artificial. The layout of the old space is used appropriately in both public spaces and rooms. There is McDonald,7-11 and family mart. Also nice beef noodles. A-cai oil fried bao is located few doors down. A few vegetarian stalls around the hotel. Free coffee provided at lobby. U can top up water at the lobby. Service - friendly staff and polite. Room is clean but small. Staff provides a recyclable bag for us to use. Highly recommended👍🏻 The hotel is located at the heart of shopping district besides MRT station. Lot of eateries nearby and the breakfast is good. They even serve free flow of snacks (assorted biscuits, mini pancake, etc.) after breakfast time. Really enjoyed the bubble tea from Orange Tea shop which is at downstairs only. Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Taiwan.

Rich Garden is a well-maintained, well-run little hotel located just a few short blocks from the Ximen MRT station and the heart of Ximending. Our room came with a terrific multi-nozzle shower and a firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. There’s a gym we didn’t use. Self -service laundry is free (including detergent). The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for luxe go elsewhere but if a well-located place to hang your hat is what you want you won’t go wrong at the Rich Garden.

Located not far from Taipei Main Station, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Taipei Main Station. If you have time, it is very convenient to go to the Ningxia Road Night Market in the evening, and the night market is just across the intersection. Environment: Not far from the night market and other shops. Facilities: so-so, and many places are dilapidated, and the wallpaper is cracked. The room was very small with no room to move after a queen bed. RMB 350 for a weekday stay is not bad, but RMB 560 for weekends is a bit high, and the price/performance ratio is low. The windows are a little dirty so it looks old-fashioned, but the other places were clean. The front desk is kinder and impressed. No problem except no toothbrush, no Wifi, no refrigerator. Hot water comes out in the shower. It is located on the 7th floor of the building, which takes less than 2 minutes from Matsuyama Station. After clearing customs in Macau, my first choice was to travel to Taiwan with my family. Taiwan’s scenery is still beautiful, the food is delicious, and ********* people remain hospitable and polite! On the first day of this trip, we immediately went from the airport to Beitou and stayed in a hot spring hotel for one night. During the Christmas tourist season, I met people from Hong Kong and Macao everywhere in Beitou, which was very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite scenic spots, parks, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and close to the MRT station. I stayed in a family quadruple room with my mother and two daughters. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a separate hot spring bath. It would be best if you place an auxiliary stepping chair in the bathroom in advance, because the shower area is the same as the hot spring pool. The location is very high and the pool is very deep. It is too inconvenient to get in and out of the pool. The TV remote control does not work well, and Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ channels cannot be viewed. The check-in time was set at 18:00. I arrived in Taiwan on an early morning flight and arrived in Beitou at 13:30. With young children, I could only spend some time at the 7-11 downstairs of the hotel and the park opposite. The front desk staff was very nice, storing my luggage and arranging my arrangements. After checking in, I was given coupons for lunch, dinner and breakfast, and I was allowed to check in early at 17:00. I ate in the hotel restaurant. There was a children's playroom next to the restaurant. Although the place was small, my daughter had a great time. The front desk clerk helped me make reservations for restaurants in Taipei and called us a taxi out of Taipei. It was a great hospitality and I will stay here again. The ideal check-in time is 15:00. 😁

There are UBike available for rent when you get a Taiwan E-sim and register a UBike account. Cycle from hotel to Metro station only 5 mins. Hotel swimming pool, steam room, sauna room and hot water pool are very well maintained. Friend housekeeping, fitness Centre staff and front desk staff. Especially the female doormen, give clear instructions on how to get to metro stations and nearby eateries. Will stay at this hotel again when I visit Taipei. One last thing, guest room is big that can keep all my three 30 inches luggage’s.
