Good stay, in a great location . Hotel close from tram, MTR and easy to get a taxi . Upon check in , the front desk tried to downgrade our room. We protested and showed our C Trip voucher. Eventually they recognized their mistake . The unpleasant surprise was the closure of the pool “ until further notice”. We were not notified when we booked . I just checked , trip.com mentions pool available. We booked a few months ago, not sure if there was a notice on the hotel website at the time. When the outdoor temperature is over 30 degrees , this makes a big difference . Great food in Chinese restaurant .

Staff are excellent! Very friendly, helpful and polite. They did what room availability allows to accomodate my early arrival and late departure. The location is quite convenient, there's a little bit of walk and a steep slope to walk up to hotel from MTR (subway) but not bad overall. Definitely exceed my expectation. Mattress was on point, not too soft or hard. Bathroom was clean. Shower may take just a little time to get the hot water running but I do appreciate the steady supply of hot shower. My stay during the Chinese New Year was a little cold, the room has only A/C but not heat. Needed to use a space heater but the one provided in the room was not working and needed to request for assistance. The instructions for washer was old and unclear. Would be better if staff is more aware of hygiene when handling the espresso machine located at the front desk - should avoid touching (guiding) the tube that goes inside the milk carton with bare hand when changing milk carton. These Public place (play room, living room and outside space) is great facility to allow family gathering during my stay.

Situated right at the heart of the action, Nina’s Lodgewood Wan Chai delivers you convenience, culture, and calm in one of Hong Kong’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. With a choice of one or two bedroom serviced apartments, the pricing allows you a chic urban lifestyle for the price of the outskirts. And a neutral and soothing palette allows you to make this a home of your own.Your hotel room is a sanctuary, a place for pleasure and peace, comfort and convenience.

Travelled with a friend and only booked for one bed but the staff upgraded us for two beds with the same price and a nice city view from our room. Room is clean and size and amenities are perfect for two persons. No room service but there are plentiful restaurants in the area. Stayed for 3 nights, room were cleaned and toiletries were restocked everyday.

Had a pleasant stay with Brighton Hotel HK. Location are great, wanchai mtr exit C, walk up and turn left and walk abit u will see the hotel. The area surrounded by lots of good food. As usual, hk hotel room are small and packed, so we didn’t expect much. Their room service was pretty good, overall is a good experience.

Overall satisfied to stay in this hotel for our trip. Walking distance to MTR Wan Chai station (A need to use lift with luggage or B exit). Nearby with restaurant and convenient store. Room is spacious enough for 2 Adults 1 Kid. We can open 3 luggage on the floor and still can walk thru. Only minor dissatisfied was the lobby with staircase..if you need to lift wheelchair, baby stroller and heavy luggage, you may need to lift one by one. Besides this, the lobby got the weird smell (like urine mixed with perfume)

Enjoyed my stay at China Rich Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. However, it would be better if the room is a little more spacious. But we all know how hotels in Hong Kong are, so not a biggie. Hotel is well situated near the subway station which is really convenient.

If you want a hotel with seamless wifi connectivity which will enable you to browse with ease... then this hotel is not for you. The wifi connection is beyond worse... you cant even connect to the wifi as it would give you an error prompt especially at night when most guests are in their rooms connected to the hotel wifi. I complained at the fonrt desk and they gave me another wifi access and guess what? hahaha you guessed it right... still hopeless! Most of the guests from what i can see go down on the lobbly to enjoy a better connection as the lobby wifi is different from that of the rooms. Sad thing is the lobby wifi as the name suggests cannot go beyond the lobby area hahaha But who wants to go down at the lobby when you want to stay in the comfort of your own room? This hotel uses a wifi splitter router on every floor, and i guess that is why (see phpto) Imagine hundreds of hotel guests sharing the same wifi? I guess its time to upgrade your wifi mpire Hotel. But other than this, everything seems fine.... clean room, good housekeeping and lots of bars and food choices within the vicinity of the hotel.

I found couple of good steakhouses around the area. The room is clean and tidy. Lobby staff are helpful. I left the hotel in the early morning to the airport, the staff has helped me to get a taxi, very helpful. This hotel is highly recommended for sure.

A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. Also excellent service!! Food pics from that restaurant😋

The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station. A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards. Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.

The room is clean! ! That is, a foreigner who brought a small baby pothole must ask me to make up 150 yuan. The above is obviously two people. We have three people! ! ! Deeply pitted! And clearly booked a double room, small baby can sleep together! Foreign countries are estimated to see that we are Chinese. Cautiously staying, the first time I was gone, the net was also pitted, and nothing was stated on it!

I booked the hotel on the day I went to Hong Kong to watch Baselworld. I booked the hotel after one o’clock in the evening to attend a friend’s birthday party. I booked this room for myself. There was an aunt at the front desk. She was very kind when I checked in. The hotel felt that the bed was clean and the toilet facilities were limited The toilet seat is broken, but they are barely usable. There is plenty of hot water. The location is easy to find from the subway station. The front desk will charge 200 deposit the night before and will refund the next day, although the price of 500 is more expensive than usual hotels Yes, but there is no way to make a reservation on the same day. Other hotels have also increased to about 1,000 that day. Although the facilities are relatively old, it is safe and comfortable to live in. Hong Kong is a relatively large room, which is not bad~ It is recommended that you book early if you have a room Service: The service is very good. The grandmother at the front desk at night is very polite and reassuring.

The hotel is well located in front exit A of TIAN HOU (天后) of metro and the reception is super nice and upgraded me to 37 floor with very nice view and the sky swimming pool is tiny but perfect for me to go swimming by myself! Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt, I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

The most beautiful sea view youth hostel! The youth hostel is almost at the top of the mountain, and there is a winding road up there. I was not familiar with it for the first time, and the climb almost made me kneel, but seeing the sea view at the bottom of the mountain, it was all worth it! Not only does the scenery have a good view, but it is such an unexpected paradise in Hong Kong. The youth hostel also has a large, fully equipped kitchen, and the shuttle bus runs three times a day, which is very convenient for guests. The handsome manager of the hotel is very nice and always answers my questions. The beauty is also very gentle and enthusiastic. This will be my permanent residence in Hong Kong from now on.

Room: Big and spacious. Modern. Well laid out. With excellent lightings, very comfortable king size bed, large flat screen TV and a huge wardrobe. Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities. Bathroom: Big and spacious too with separate bath tub and rain shower cubicle. Excellent shower pressure. The basin has a mixer but with two separate tap controls. The WC is of standard design. Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction. My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

I don't need to bother taking expensive taxi from airport to hotel for check in and vice versa when I need to travel to airport on my departure day. Excellent location and I think this is the main merit compared to most other features. The room is standard and basically clean and tidy. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly.

Rooms are hostel style: bed, bathroom, small desk, and internet access. Small kitchen cabinet in common area of entryway. Fridge, microwave and hot water machine only. No cooking place. Room is as big as the bed, plus 1-2 feet of maneuver room. Bathroom is same: toilet, sink, and hot water shower. Shower head could be broken so get that checked. Bathroom is okay. It has the amenities so space is extremely limited. Not something to sit in on your phone and relax 😂 If you need change of sheets or towels, just ask the front desk or the keeper on staff. It is not done automatically. The room is also not very friendly. Just a space to basically sleep and relax but makes you go outside for the day. So it’s fine. Located in a central hub. Lots of places to simply walk to, stroller friendly is okay. Have to lift sometimes but there’s elevators and escalators everywhere. Subway easily accessed. Buses and Piers easily accessed. Everything is literally a walking distance. Movies, food, money exchange, supermarket and grocery stores, and various entertainment. Would highly recommend if you plan on staying the majority of your day out.

It's quite affordable for a room at this price in Hong Kong. It's small, so you get what you pay for. The location is good and convenient for traveling. It's suitable for a one-night stay because it has a windowless room and you can't hear the traffic outside. However, the soundproofing of the room is poor, and the sound of turning on the faucet next door can be heard clearly here. The shampoo cannot be squeezed out, so I suggest you take care of it. After eating it, I will look for it and I will give priority to future comments.

Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. You can store your luggage there after you check out, which is great. Easy to go out!

Location was great, short walk (~5mins) to Jordan MTR but we hardly took the subway during our trip because there were lots of buses that went to the places we wanted to go. Room was clean and spacious as well for a HK hotel. The TV had a variety of channels and some played old HK movies which we enjoyed every night in the room. There are many food options nearby too, with McDonald’s across the road, Ippudo Ramen next door and a food hall in the ba*****t. Will definitely consider this place again the next time I visit HK.

It should be newly renovated soon, and all the facilities are relatively new. You have to open two doors to get in, which is safer. The front desk service attitude is very good, will take you into the room and explain your matters needing attention. The room price is not expensive, the key is to be relatively clean. Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s pubic hair right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

Checking in is still very convenient for mainlanders! I prefer the environment of this kind of youth hostel. Everyone is very free. There are two bathrooms and toilets, which are very useful. There is a small yard where you can chat. The top floor is also very beautiful. It is great to chat with friends or sit alone. ! It’s great to be able to hang out and meet so many great travelers and friends from all over the world! Although the small courtyard downstairs may be reminded if it is too loud 😂😂😂, I still had a lot of fun hahahahahahahahahaha

We booked the exquisite room for the much needed space and because we are a family of 2A2C. It has a superb view of TST’s Nathan road and Haiphong Road. Heres what it consists: - 2 queen sized bed - bath amenities (replenished anytime you need them) - toothbrush set (for kids too!) - bedroom slippers for all guests - bottled water provided daily for all guests - room cleaned and bed made daily - toilet is a little small but expected as HK rooms are small to begin! - bed is a little hard to sleep but probably cos we are tired, we still slept pretty okay. Took us awhile to locate the hostel as it’s not as prominent as hotels around. The check in counter is at another building from where our room is. Location of hostel is super conveniently located right outside TST exit A2. Lady boss is super duper friendly and helped us with any queries we have regarding traveling around HK. She even bought packets of little treats for my kids to eat! Last day of our stay, we checked out and left our luggages at the counter, came back at night to collect them, couldn’t find our way to take the A21 bus. Lady boss got her friendly staff to bring us to the bus stop and provided us with water. 🥹 Never regretted choosing them for our stay and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient location, especially if you have kids!

The floors and rooms are relatively neat and compact, and the beds are narrow. Although the majong is small, it is well-equipped with general equipment. There are no windows but there is an exhaust fan, and the adapter can be borrowed with a deposit. The shop owner was very cheerful and directly added us on WeChat so we can come again next time.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, there are many subway bus lines, and it is convenient to go anywhere. But the room is really too small, smaller than expected. Not hard to find, it is easy to see the door number.

In the heart of the city and it’s beautifully decorated and spacious the bed was comfortable. Happily with the hotel and you are in walking distance to everything in the CBD there are restaurants below and it’s convenient if you don’t want to go far. The staff is amazingly helpful.

Highly recommended! Friends who go to Hong Kong can stay here with confidence. Because it was newly opened and there were no reviews, I was quite worried before going there. Environment: In the Lixin Building next to Jordan Station, the first floor of the building is filled with shops, but the upper floors are quite clean and the staff are simple. There are basically three hotels on the fifth floor. Lucky Star Hotel is newly renovated and seems to have only 8 rooms in total. The owner can understand Mandarin and no deposit is required! (Emphasis added) The sound insulation is average. Occasionally, you can hear the sound of other rooms pressing code locks and the sound of cars outside the building, but you can just bring your own earplugs. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price... Facilities: The single room is small, but has everything you need. Including British standard to national standard plug, hot water bottle, hair dryer, shower gel, disposable cotton bath towel. But I didn’t see any shampoo or toothpaste. I washed my hair directly with shower gel, and it was quite smooth. You can probably ask the boss for toothpaste. Hygiene: The toilet is also clean!

My friend is Spanish, and I am quite a sociophobic person, and I am afraid of communicating with foreigners. Fortunately, the boss can speak Chinese, and my foreign roommates are also quite nice. They live in a warm place. I hope to come back next time.
