We decided on travelling here for our honeymoon as I loved the old Italian style portrayed in the pictures, the location wasn't too far from Venice yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The main building looked beautiful upon arrival exactly as expected however, I was a little disappointed by our first encounter of the staff. Arriving at around 10.30pm the boy behind the counter gave us our key and literally just took us out of the main building and pointed us to a "pink house, ground floor", this was extremely unhelpful considering it was dark outside. We didn't have a clue where we were going and when we found the "pink house" the numbers were not on the outside and the doors looked like they couldn't be opened from the outside. After trying our luck with the black door we got into the building where we finally found the numbers and our room. The room was okay, the bed was inviting very well made up with a ensuite. In the cupboards were numerous blankets. There was a air conditioning unit in the room but no instructions as to how it worked. When we got into bed we discovered that the beds were literally 2 fold out beds pushed together (not very well either as there was a huge difference in the bed heights) so we couldn't even cuddle in bed as it was very uncomfortable. The room appeared to be clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels, toilet roll and little packs of toiletries however....there were cobwebs left around the light fittings and hair stuck in the showerhead and the sink. The next day we had breakfast. It was merely okay. Cheese, ham, croissants, yogurts, cereal, fruit, jams, bread rolls, bacon, eggs and sausages (the later were not the best and only a small amount made) coffee was made by the lovely waitress who couldn't do enough for the guests. We asked for a taxi to the shops as we were not aware of the bus situation plus it was heavily raining. The gentleman arranged for that however the taxi was on €8 when we got in the taxi and took us God knows where ended up paying €26 and there was a few shops in a mall like setting and a couple of resturants. We spoke to a few people (who were very rude and had so much attitude) about how to get back and we did eventually get back to the hotel around 6.30pm. The next day we were going to go into Venice, the gentleman had told us to catch a bus but didn't tell us they sold tickets at the hotel. (I only know that now after reading reviews). Anyways we got back to the hotel and the sheets towels etc had been changed room was clean. There was a private party in the garden. The next day the weather was okay however Jacuzzis were not in use for the duration of our stay, the swimming pool looked lovely but we never had the weather to use it. Overall I am happy with the hotel, however... I don't think I would return here, there is nothing to see or do in the area. (The restaurant across the road is lovely! Most friendly and helpful people we met and food was delicious) Italy in gene

My partner and I arrived on Friday and came home Monday night and we stayed here as was one of the cheapest. The bathroom wasn’t the best and flooded if on too long and the room was purple! The cleaners came in and cleaned our room every day whilst we were out but in aceually a cleaner myself and felt I could’ve perhaps got to a few of the places that they had missed. We stayed in one night at their bar which wasn’t really a bar just a couple bottles of beer and some spirits and had them in their little garden out the front and it was lovely. One of the chaps working there Matteo was so so helpful and tried to ensure us a lovely stay. Checking in and out times are a little confusing as they tell you different times each time you ask! It’s a very loud hotel to as in you can hear people talking in the early morning and late at night and dogs barking but as we are heavy sleepers it didn’t bother us as much as it could others. The breakfast was also a disappointment, we had ours included but it was literally some cereal, brioche which wasn’t fresh, some bread, spreads and ham. For what you pay this place is a good little find with the 7e bus stop around the corner into Venice and a lovely bar at the end of the road!

We stayed with a wonder ox and added 2 extra nights. The owners, who moved from Amalfi, are very friendly, the room big and clean. Each room has a different name (4 out of the Repubbliche Marinare, including Amalfi) and are nicely decorated according with the corresponding city name. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, the farm site and a few cats all around. In the weekend the restaurant is open to external guests, so could be more busy, but it was very quite during our stay. Good continental breakfast with a selection of delicious home made cakes. A bit isolated, out of the village, definitely need a car. Good position to visit the nice mansions on the Brenta River, but also to visit Venice (possibly by bus), as well as Padova and Treviso.

This was a middling hotel. The welcome we received was very underwhelming, having had to find a side gate as the main gates were closed and nobody could be roused to let us in. After a while the lady warmed up a little so I don't think we had seen her best side first off. The breakfast was sufficient with the highlight being fruits freshly grown in the garden and homemade cherry pie. The wifi was hopeless however, only available in the lobby and not a strong signal there. And the aircon was dreadfully underpowered, not adequate after a hot day but sufficient when the weather was cloudy. The location was good however with Mira-Mirano station being a short drive or a longer walk, from where trains to Venice were only 20 mins or so. The restaurant was closed when we visited (COVID times) which was understandable but you might have struggled if you didn't have a car to get to other restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay there and for our kids it was a great adventure. We stayed in the tent Bagolaro and despite the low temperatures outside (~6 Celsius) the stove in the tent provided a really acceptable temperature during the day and the night - in the night the temperature was even a bit too high. The bathroom in the tent is well equipped as well and the beds are really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and every problem was solved within minutes. Breakfast is served in the main building and offers a good selection of food with a local flavour - the cakes and pastries offered had a great taste! Absolutely recommended to stay there as a family!

We chose this hotel online because it is close to Venice and it is very affordable. And it had good reviews. We were surprised by how clean and well kept it is. First of all, the staff is very friendly!! The rooms have everything you need: good beds, tv, bathroom with amenities (shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower cap), AC, safe (extra charge) , wifi (not very strong when we were there),... It is a safe place: without a room key you cannot enter the grounds, the door are safety doors and there are extra electric blinds on the inside of the windows. The rooms are well insulated: we did not hear our neighbours nor noice from outside. There is a coffee machine in the lobby (good coffee, 0,5€ or 0,6€), so you can have your morning coffee or latte or cappuccino... There is a restaurant next to the hotel: great pizza (8€) and house wine (10€/1 liter). You can take a train to Venice (station, 1km from hotel, free parking) or drive there (30min). So if you are visiting Venice by car, this really is a good place to stay.

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

The hotel location is very good, only 7 minutes walk from the cathedral. If you want to get up early to take a picture of the church, do not miss this hotel. Each room has a separate small balcony. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. The hotel lobby is very artistic and the breakfast is relatively rich, but the European breakfast is not used to eating. Haha Hotel's capsule coffee machine is also very good. The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive. Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. There will be two Chinese restaurants, one is pizza, the boss is a young guy and parents, very enthusiastic, the bulk wine in it is very delicious, and the other is Chinese In the restaurant, the boss spoke a little discriminatory to the Chinese. Although he was Chinese, he asked the boss to recommend red wine. The boss had a lot of guts: "Of course, the most expensive wine is the best." There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

It only takes a few steps from Milan Cathedral, Milan wakes up very late, so when you come to the Cathedral at 8 or 9 in the morning, you will experience the unique feeling of the Cathedral. You can also easily reach the subway by going to other places, but in the end I still choose to take a taxi for about ten euros to the train station. There are too many people in the subway! The efficiency of the front desk is a bit low. We waited at the front desk for a long time to check in and check out. There have been constant phone calls and other things to do. The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The opposite is the railway station subway station, which is invincible. Going to Milan Cathedral and taking the subway station at the 3rd station is the square. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? It will not take the initiative to serve, but if there is no obstacle in language communication, it is good. The door is like a person who is really welcoming.

The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.

Raw ham is very delicious and coffee is very delicious. However, the porridge for East Asians is not delicious, but one heart is better than nothing. There are egg fried rice and fried spring rolls. The rooms are not small and fully equipped. They have a kettle, disposable slippers, no plastic slippers, and the bathroom is dry and wet. The room was quiet and suitable for those who had just taken a long-haul plane. It's very close to Milan Central Station, walk straight for 300 meters. The airport bus stops next to Milan train station. Tucao front desk, cold attitude at check-in, I feel very unfriendly to people with poor English. OK when checking out, although the smile exaggerated a little bit, it is a smile, luggage storage service is good.
