Have stayed here many times and left positive reviews. Past few stays seemed to be on the decline. This stay started out by trying to traverse very icy parking lot only to discover room assigned to us was not made up. Evidently housekeeping signed off on it, but no one double checked it. Back to office still fighting treacherous ice conditions. Given another room, we didn't check it closely cuz hauling stuff in. We then realized fake hardwood floor had not been mopped, in what seemed like quite awhile. Very dirty, but we carry slippers with us, so we put them to use. Then we discovered lots of dark hair on a towel which we tossed in the tub. All said, beds were quite comfortable and sheets were clean. Again, our past 3 visits were not up to our expectations or their standards. Desk staff didn't seem to be on the friendly side either. Unfortunately, I think we will find another hotel for future visits

I this was a business trip and it is one of go to hotels because it has a pool which is heated to a reasonable temperature. Very nice hotel, good breakfast. People very friendly. Front desk efficient and attentive. I find the staff very accommodating.

The location is good, except for the slightly smaller price in the hotel, it looks pretty clean. There are fewer types of breakfasts than domestic ones, but it is a problem for Chinese to eat in the US for a short time.

I don't think I ever had such a bad experience at a Marriott hotel. Front desk told me they couldn't find my reservation and even when I showed them the confirmation I got from Expedia they couldn't care less. I called Expedia and their customer service tried to get in touch with the hotel staff. I could hear the phone ringing but the front desk lady would just walk away when it rang. I told her that's Expedia calling to clarify my reservation but she was flat out rude and said that's not the hotel's problem. I asked for a manager, she told me the manager will be there at 6am tomorrow so I can come back then. All of this, while I was at the hotel, late at night, with a hungry and tire toddler. She didn't care and you could tell she hates her job. Half an hour later, the ”absent” manager turned out was actually around. I approached him and, while he was a little more (not much) polite than the front desk lady, he wouldn't want to help and kept on blaming Expedia (he, as well, refused to take call from Expedia escalation manager who was trying to help locating the reservation). It was obvious they have an issue with Expedia, however, they were punishing the customer for that. Eventually Expedia made another reservation with me on the phone and they couldn't claim there is no reservation. The whole check-in experience took 2 hours. Check-out wasn't any more pleasant but there wasn't much there with the exception of the $4.95 fee which they insisted on charging for premium internet, although I tried to explain that, for a Platinum member, premium internet is free.

Checked in and went to room, smelled like smoke, dirty rags, poop in toilet, and dirty sheets. Went to front desk told them and put us in another room. The other room, the walls were falling apart, mold on bathroom ceiling, broken bed. Pool was closed, elevator broken, other family member had to stay in another room because elevator was broken and couldn’t climb stairs. No breakfast, just a packet of hot cereal and cold cereal. Ice machine not working, and while there, they painted two sets of stairs, and since elevator was broken, had issues getting to room. Hotel is falling apart and not sanitary. The only good thing was the staff is excellent! Do a major fix on hotel and keep the great staff.

The employees at this Hotel are super friendly and Hospitable. They ALL speak to you. They made me feel very welcome. Tammy was one of the sweetest. I was sitting in their lounge area and couldn’t help but over hear her interact with all the guest. I thought, ‘she has really found a job that makes her heart sing. She is truly in the right job with her personality.’ Francis was friendly with me too. After she set up the breakfast items, she was curious about what I was working on and I asked her to allow me to explain it to her. Little did she know, she helped me get a little nerves out since I was preparing for a presentation that I was about to do with a local business nearby. Pros: Friendly professional Service, clean everything, feels like home away from home. Cons: the Hotel is currently under construction, but it did not matter because they don’t put you in rooms near the construction.

Although we did not stay at the hotel, we attended a cocktail party today for a family wedding. I want to say that this far exceeded our expectations. The manager Megan was the person who ran the event and she was outstanding in every way. She made us feel so welcome and spoke to each of us multiple times to make sure that we were never left with empty glasses. A few of the others had met her during breakfast they said, and she remembered them when they entered the party this afternoon. Now that is impressive! She was everywhere and went above and beyond. But I want to mention specifically that my grandson was very hungry and food was not included. Megan offered and went and turned on the fryers in the kitchen and made my grandson a side order of French fries even though the kitchen was closed! Now that is hospitality!!!! Next time we come in town we will stay at this hotel and we hope that we will get to see Megan again. We may even come in just to see her for breakfast tomorrow morning.

Hotel Staff: friendly, available, helpful. There is no housekeeping but you can get new towels by going to the front desk. Hotel Itself-very clean, breakfast daily (we didn’t eat there but it smelled good), plenty of parking. Rooms-there were 2 of us; king bed. Beds were comfortable, room was immaculate. Plenty of towels, toiletries. Walls are rather thin. My only complaint, but it’s a big one, the WiFi is terrible. It’s a big deal when trying to work remotely during part of the stay & then trying to watch Netflix at night to drown out the noise from other rooms (thin walls).
